Hi Slorm! I suppose checking quest completion is a possiblity, but in my experience it doesn't work very consistently. 

 

SS doesn't take your stuff, it just unequips everything, so your armour should be in your inventory.

 

Speaking of which, I thought I changed that scenario to unequip the restraints. Make sure you have the latest version. But I might not have. Can't remember.

Give me a sec and I'll recheck, but I'm sure the armour is lost

No it's definitely taking the armour (screenshots below). This is using V5.31 without Devious Framework

 

Test Cycle

 

I am using DCL combat surrender to trigger SS event, Robbery is set to 0%. In case it was DCL I ran a test setting the after event to 100% to transport the the pc to an Inn and the armour was still in inventory.

 

I then ran the same test but set after event 100% SS. All options were switched off in SS to force to use anti slaver group outcome. At the end the restraints are still in inventory but armour is missing. All other items appear to be there though, so it's just the armour

 

Hopefully this is enough to go on but let me know if you need logs

 

EDIT: I'm using ZAP v7 if that makes any difference with the restraints

that's really weird, because there is nothing at all in SS that moves any inventory item anywhere else. I know this because i have no idea HOW to move stuff. that's why it just unequips.

I got you a log but I think it's academic.

 

I added SS part way through a game, I just tried with a new game and the armour remained in inventory. I've no idea why it should be a problem in a current game though, it doesn't really make sense and I've not run SS before.

 

In the current game I did check the inventory after the DCL rape and the armour was still there so why it should disappear is a mystery, maybe it's something to do with the Thieves Guild quest and Devious Cidhna but I'm just guessing and it's not worth worrying about.

Now this is really bizarre. My OCD kicked in and I did some more tests with and without Devious Cidhna.

 

I then had a flash of inspiration as the forsworn armour I used in the new game was vanilla and came via the console, my armour has been tempered to Superior so I went back to my current game and tried again using Shrouded Armour and bugger me it worked perfectly, then tried with the Superior Forsworn Armour and that disappears.

 

I have absolutely no idea what causes this but it does at least prove everything is working

That's a confirm. I stripped the pc of all armour, then used the console to get Forsworn Armour and it remained in inventory. All I can say is my ghast has been flabbered it make no sense

Did you perhaps checked via the console (showinventory) to see if the armor actually vanishes or simply becomes unavailable through the GUI? There may be something that listen for inventory changes and then activate during SS auction for whatever reason - if it is the case that would be either an undocumented feature or a bug. Sometimes you get weird behavior in your game from undocumented features, like zaz collars given all around by the Sexual Fame 'Framework'.

I did just test that and the armour is missing when using player.showinventory

 

I'll run a couple of final tests to see if it's the tempering, outside of that it may be because I first acquire the armour from Druadach Redoubt which has some odd properties as it's friendly once Madanach escapes. I recall having some conversations with Srende while beta testing DH about that location as it behaves oddly

 

EDIT:

 

I tried tempering some new Forsworn armour I got from the console to Superior and SS worked perfectly, so it is just that specific set of armour I get from the Forsworn at Draudach Redoubt. So I've been chasing a phantom but I still can't fathom why it happens though, it's a 100% reproducible but makes no real sense as to why it occurs. I think I'll chalk it up to "one of those Skyrim thingies"

DA has a button to register all quests if Auto Register is not turned on (sorry for being stupid but I don't know what auto register is or how to turn it on) however if you click register, exit the menu, a message pops up saying DA is ready.  When you go back to DA Simple Slavery is now there.  Perhaps Defeat has a similar button (I don' use Defeat).

Thank you, but that's not the issue. If you install or upgrade your version of SS on a previous save, some parts of it will not function. Re-registering it in da won't fix that.

That's so weird. Wonder what it is about that particular armour. Did you try starting a new game, consoling yourself the armour, and testing it, just to see if it works?

well hello there, i have a short question. in the mcm menu is a mod listed called "Player Submissive (Legacy)"! Where can i find it? I always find the submissive lola mod instead of this one so i'm curious about it. It can't be the same mod because the submissive lola mod has an extra entry at the list.

Yes I tried that but it was just Forsworn Armour and SS worked fine. I also checked the id's on the problem armour and they seem the same though do show some bad edits in player.showinventory.

 

Its not really worth wasting the time on this by literally restarting at Druadach and mugging a Forsworn as it's possible it's some sort of effect from LAL in any case, as that was running when I got the armour. It's quite tricky taking out a Forsworn unarmed (I always start with literally nothing, no items, no spells just a devious leather collar - rp'ing escaping from being sold as a slave), it usually takes a number of tries before I get it right.

 

EDIT:

 

Just to be 100% certain, I went back to a game before SS was installed. I then player.removeitem for all the Forsworn armour, then player.addiem to add it back plus 4 leather and went to workbench to upgrade it to Superior.

 

I then saved and quit

 

Installed SS

 

Loaded game and triggered SS via DCL

 

Forsworn armour remained in inventory

 

I think that conclusively proves that the cause is that specific individual set of armour, as to why is an imponderable

i don't know if it exists anymore. it's basically the same as submissive lola (because Lola is the same mod, just with a little more added on).

I mean, you could tgm yourself just to get the armor without trouble, but I agree - probably not worth the effort.

Hello, i think i have a new little problem at Skyrim. After i installed slaverun reloaded and all the requirements and yps fashion, in all the sexlab animations the male npcs are not naked anymore and wearing underwear? could anyone tell me whats causing this?

I also have the luxury suite installed and when i change the cloth from a male npc to naked then they are naked so i think shlongs of skyrim seems to work somehow.

I know that this are pretty much mods but my game runs stable! (at least most of the time)

I know that this are pretty much mods but my game runs stable! (at least most of the time)

The missin shlong issue startet after i installed slaverun reloaded, i guess.

Second, when you run BodySlide, make sure you uncheck anything that says "Never Nude".

that's probably your issue. try it on a new game, just to see if it works.

Hey guys
By any chance does anyone here use Open Cities Skyrim + Simple Slavery?
Did they notice that you cannot walk into the Auction house - because the door for the Auction house was located in the RiftenWorld worldspace - instead of the Tamriel worldspace?

 

I dunno if there is already a fix for this, but I added a compatibility patch for it.

All this does is move the door from the RiftenWorld  worldspace to the Open Cities version of Riften.

In testing I found I was able to now walk from Riften to Auction house and out again. Auction sequence kicks off fine etc

Only issue I would mention is that I was a little lazy and did not rebuild the navmesh - as such the door may not be accessible to followers. 
(Unconfirmed, but likely...)
That being said - it may be a blessing in disguise - as we may not want the Auction npc's wandering riften etc
Or hostile NPC's following you into the auction.
