Yes, it's time consuming to do it that way, but how much time have you already spent on this? 1

I've tried tons of various combinations of these mods, but I had to disable all of these to get the game working... And sorry I didn't mention I tried a vanilla game and it worked. You should also check that you are correctly installing and configuring Crash Fixes.
