one of the carriage cart havent had textures and was pink

Yes, I also noticed the missing texture on the carriage shafts, which Google tells me is the name for those parts of a carriage.

"Shafts: The two long poles on either side of a single horse that connect to the harness and carriage body."

Here are some suggestions that I came up with.
Considering, that the next part is mostly done, so some of the suggestions here might be obsolete or incompatible.

Spoiler

On the topic of gear. I believe, the handlers mentioned that there are possible gear upgrades. I'd like to propose some specialisation for pony outfits:
  - Field work: Corset, Boxbinder, Bridle Gag with no blinders. Theme is endurance: lifting heavy things, carrying high volumes of things, pulling heavy things.
  - Racing: Harness, Armbinder, Bridle Gag with blinders. Theme is speeeed: run fast, sprint for a longer time, recover stamina quickly.

There's a racing stadium. Clearly, there's a plan for some kind of pony race.
  - Hold a Big Race Event once in like 2-4 weeks. It has to be a big deal.
  - Guest masters visit with their prized racing ponies to compete.
    - It would require to flesh out their backstories, but we as a pony are not supposed to know it, or interact with the masters in any way. And if we try, they can just pat our head or shoo us away, and our mistress will notice and we will pay for that later.
    - For us to earn the right to participate in the big race - we need to win our qualifying races between ranch ponies first (what would be the point of declaring not the best one for competition). If we lose qualifiers, we really don't run. Good luck next time.
    - When we finish the big race, we are sent to stables to rest, but we hear that the guests are going to have an afterparty, which we don't get to participate in or even see. Just for worldbuilding.
    - Debrief after the big race is the next day. If we won, in the morning we are led outside to the stables, there's a table with pieces of gear on it. We are told to walk up to the table and choose the piece of gear we want upgraded (click "activate"). But to the side, just a little bit further away, there's a horse, just chilling. If we walk up to it (and click "activate") the mistress will comment something like "Huh... I guess it could be arranged", and yeah... we're getting the breeding session. It's not just for fun, though, we get some permanent buff for our character (+1% movement speed, or +20 stamina, or stamina regen). Main point here is to not mention the horse option, I'm sure someone is going to try it. :] And after that the horse option is going to be actually mentioned, and now there're 3 of them, so we can choose the buff knowingly. In dialogue it might be referenced like "this is Thunder, he's very fast (+move speed). This is Bulwark, astonishing endurance (+stamina)... etc" (alternatively, one horse, but it opens dialogue which buff we want from it)
    - I was thinking, why won't our mistress just give us the best racing gear if it's in her interests too? The reason I came up with is that enchanting gear like this is expensive and she just can't afford to put us in a Ferrari set. But if we win or make profit some other way, she now has something to invest back in us. And again, as a pony, it's not our place to know these things. We can deduce this by phrases like [when picking gear upgrade] "Alright, I'll order this one", and receiving it the next day and not immediately.

One of the most impactful and fun things to do is to earn things that have meaning. Like achievement badges, competition medals, or martial arts belts.
  - What if we, as a new pony, are not collared? Let's say we need to successfully complete the basic training and one real day to get the first leather collar. Then we need to keep getting perfect scores on our performance to advance.
  - Tails can be used in similar fashion, but for racing ponies. When a pony wins the big race for the first time, her tail gets braided. And if she has 3+ wins - she gets a bow for her braided tail. (both of those meshes are in default DD item list, I believe) If possible to make tails with differently colored bows, that could serve to show achievements and rank. Imagine first time participating and seeing some of the opponents have bows on their tails, and you know what that means.
  - Any ranking system has to be explained and referenced in dialogues beforehand, to give them meaning. Also phrases like "Dynasty is about to earn her Steel collar", "If you win this, I will braid your tail myself", "I have a bow waiting for you, make me proud" do help to add some weight.

Color coding some of the buildings. Give the main mansion a red roof, so it could be easily identified from a distance.

Somewhere way way down the line having the possibility of a permanent marking on our body is intriguing. Like, a Ranch Crest on our cheek (on face). It might signify that we are considered a pony even if outside the pony gear. It would be clearly a symbol of loyalty, but gameplay-wise I am not sure what reason and pros/cons could there be.

I assume you mean the little carts on the shed. Those carts were copied from sluts so I could test some stuff. Probably needs

a texture or something from there. I will yeet those and replace them with my own since I am not sure who made those carts or what the permissions are. They are just stripped down versions of the vanilla carriage as far as I can tell so should be doable.

I like the idea for the outfit specialization to help make certain tasks easier. Will do something like that.

I also like your ideas for a big race. I had something like that planned but that will probably only be after a 1.0 release. Smaller one or some form of training race or heats will be in before that.

This weekend is pretty open for me so I am hoping I can hammer out the first 5 or so daily quests/tasks and put out an update to give the enslaved ponygirl part of the mod some real content.

Not going to be as bespoke(?)/scripted(?)/story-oriented as the first 4 quests since they are meant to be repeatable and I have plans for some systems and stuff that will affect them that aren't in yet so keep that in mind.

I do have a suggestion, but since it might contain a spoiler I put it in a spoiler...

Spoiler

Since you can leave the farm between the sessions and will be called back, it might be best to not have to wear any items related to that mod during that time for compatibility reasons. But since the ownership doesn't really stop during these times, something should be there, like maybe a tattoo. That wouldn't take an item slot or get in the way of any outfits or mod mechanics. It could be black normally and light up when you are called back too. It would need to be in a discrete location since the farm is hiding from the public, so a pubic tattoo on this place might be best. So not one of these womb tattoo things, but right above the pussy.

Just out of curiosity, will there be any tasks / jobs that take place outside of the ranch? If so, what are they gonna look like? I vaguely remember Renna saying something about tasks that require you to leave the ranch, but I feel like the intro made a lot of effort to establish the ranch as something that Renna wants to keep completely hidden from the rest of Skyrim, so walking through big cities in full pony gear to deliver cargo like in SLUTS wouldn't really make much sense.

Posted (edited)

Well the implication of the 'ring' implies that ponyplay is a thing in this version of Tamriel if you have the mod installed. So people might somewhat be aware of it.

Renna might want to have her cake and eat it to. To show off her 'stable' but also keep herself and her ranch a carefully guarded secret. She lives in the middle of nowhere next to an orc tribe after all.

She could also maybe give some more discreet additions to more regular wear. Higher heels, a hidden vibrator, a somewhat tight corset. You know just to remind you that you have a task to complete, and not to get distracted by that nirnroot ringing in the distance.

Basically she could send you back out in the world with a few subtle reminders that you're really just a pony. Also I did get the SoC references if that was what you where going for.

A few minor things I noticed as I went through it.

1.) As people have mentioned the larger cart closer to the exit of the valley is missing back textures for some reason, and the grey face bug is here, but considering this is a .1 alpha neither of these are a big deal and easy fixes that can wait, although seeing Vengeance for the first time was comical because it looked like a normal elf with fanged teeth wearing a pale green latex suit.

2.) It's a small thing but eventually having the option to just say no, or that you aren't ready when Renna asks would help a lot. Just an end dialogue prompt to the conversation that potentially lets you come back to it later even. There is something about actually having a choice there that just helps everything else flow. At the moment it feels kind of railroaded, but actually getting to choose to give up everything and become a pony? It just adds an extra oomph to everything around it.

3.) A few cobblestone walls around the path near the front of the ranch don't quite connect. So if you catch them at the wrong angle you can see right through them. Not a huge deal and an easy five second fix in the CK when I noticed them.

4.) A long way off, but eventually having more conversations with people both on and off the ranch who are both aware, or not of your double life? That's some of the more interesting and theoretically easy additions (at least before scope creep) that could potentially spice up the times both in and between tack. The various people on the Ranch, seeing them out and about in Falkreath, or Solitude. Maybe a potentially wealthy donor for the ranch that meets the dragonborn and is slowly brought into the lifestyle himself through you? Eventually 'meeting' Dovah? (Wait too much scope creep already XD)

I've really enjoyed the mod so far, and am excited to highstep in circles for hours on end in the future. Good luck!

No, a big carriage parked outside in the central area.

AFAIK that carriage is a vanilla skyrim object that I didn't change at all. There's a copy of it that exists in the vanilla world at a poachers camp near the eastmarch hot springs giant camp. Does that one also have a screwed up texture? If so it might be you (and others) have a bad texture for that somewhere in your LO.

Yeah there is a bit of a problem with there being any real tasks outside the valley based on what you hear in the mod but really I just had a some task ideas that could only be done in the vanilla world ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ there's only two of them and they will both be in the next release.

I did add a sort of explanation in one of the characters flavour dialogue to try to help with that discrepancy so hopefully that satisfies the 1-2 loremongers out there.

I replied above but that cart is a vanilla object that I didn't edit at all. Texture problem is probably on your end?

The walls are screwed up because I used a replacer that made he positioning on them more forgiving. I already had to fix them all once.

And yeah SoC was what I was referencing earlier. Couldn't think of a secret society name so I yoinked one.

Some good ideas too. Can probably add a few of them to the roadmap.

Haha, I'm not a loremonger, I just think that consistent writing makes any mod instantly 100 times more enjoyable. If there is a short explanation now then I'm already satisfied.

Stables of Cyn a twine game set in the mass effect universe with a focus on ponyplay, latex, and bondage. Where you play as a Quarian who is balancing just getting into the lifestyle with their academics and social life. It's quite well written, and at this point has quite a lot of content.

So as long as you're alright with playing as a Quarian, you can read and experience some really well written characters and kink. Making choices about where it all will head.

Also I checked the cart in eastmarch, and that one appears fine for me. So I honestly have no clue.

Just putting this out here maybe it helps, I've run into the same issue as some other person here that going into the valley just put me infront the cave again.
I think the issue was an equipped collar from Lola that I still had one. I did unequip everything I had but I assume it was the collar causing this, after that I got through.

Hi it seem me and  @Eisvogel52 have the same issue currently we are waiting on renna to summon us but it just doesnt happen at all.

You should get another quest after 3 or 4 days of waiting. If you wait that long and still get nothing I am not sure what it could be. I cannot reproduce any errors there. If your papyrus log has any errors from my mod that might shed some light on it.

That is intentional. It should spit you back outside if there is some other devious mod that sent a suspend event or you are wearing any devices. There should be a messagebox that shows up after you get spat out that hints at why, did that not show up for you?

The carriage texture error:

I do have the Sluts mod also installed but still.

People were saying it was the big cart by the front but for you its the little one. That cart need uses a texture from sluts redux that I don't think sluts resume has. I already got rid of that cart though so it doesn't really matter.

I cannot find how to start the mod, no one has any dialogue options in the falkreath inn.

Someone should forcegreet you right when you walk in. You might need to save and reload once with the mod installed to get the dialogue to show up? The SEQ file should prevent you form needing to do that though. If that doesn't help then I am not sure.

With the possibility that it did appear, no I did not see it. I suppose you made it to trigger each time you get put out? Because then definitely no. :(
Also sorry I didn't see any replies stating that its a fail save

Oh also for a feedback, i didn't have issues with the mod itself. Just spotting that cave was very difficult because i had already run that road watching left twice before, i had to do it again to actually see it after realizing it should be there based on comments here. But i reached the ending message of the mod just fine at the cage.

Some other note is i had some Cursed Loot events trigger, so i had to turn its events off in MCM. Many other mods expect us to do that but mods could also suppress those if they wanted, don't ask me how though xD

Yes i have finish the mod now or at least up to when we get the message that tell us thats its finish for now. As far as I saw just like the last comment I had a very hard time finiding the cave and the ranch as well as both arent pin on the map the only way i knew where it was is because i check the comment.

I still get kicked out of the Secluded Valley even after completely emptying my inventory. Still giving me the prompt that my locks are scratched up even though I'm completely naked. Also playing on a fresh save/playthrough and no conflicts with the mod.

I really like the mode cant wait to see more . I'm curious when you do the first day as a pony girl and it ends getting lock in a cell is that it so far ?

I added a couple more suspend events here and there to try to stop that. Probably never going to be perfect though.

The quest checks to make sure you arent wearing anything with the lockable keyword, events are not currently suspended, and that you have talked to the orc at the gate and exhausted his dialogue. If you are completely sure you aren't wearing anything with the lockable keyword then it may be that a mod is currently suspending events. If it isnt that either then I am not sure.
