It would be fun to have an option to make the Highstep keybind toggleable instead of holdable. We could also have more dialogue options in the future too. Like, for instance: Spoiler When you come back to Renna to decide if you want to become a pony, you can only say "yes". We could also have the option to say something like "I'm not sure" to which Renna could reply something like "You know you want it" knowing you are a submissive. We could also say "no" or "not right now" to which she would release the player and we could come back later to start it. Maybe we could even have a dominant path instead of a submissive one later? (Just throwing ideas) All in all, it's a fun mod and I'll be waiting to test out the next versions. I'll come back with any mistakes I find in the meantime.

I really like the highstep and the pose wheel, especially when you have to operate them yourself. That greatly increases the sense of immersion and interactivity. Some thoughts and feedback (just for reference, only representing my personal preferences – I think you should absolutely do everything at your own pace and according to your own taste): More active actions similar to highstep or posing, etc. (I actually disagree with Vuzzar above – I really love the “hold to highstep” setup. It gives me a much stronger sense of immersion, and it really sells the feeling that “this is something strenuous that takes effort.”) More noticeable leading/pulling effects. Sometimes I don’t realize I’m being led, or that I’ve been tied to a post. Being led around is extremely exciting, and if the effect were a bit more obvious, it would be great to know exactly who/what is pulling me and from where. (It would be amazing to see an actual leading chain, though I don’t think I’ve seen that in other mods.) A trainer who gradually becomes more powerful/authoritative: I really like the story of the slave-owner’s younger brother in Slaverun. He starts out timid, indecisive, respectful toward women, but after being assigned the role of slave trainer and spending time with the protagonist, he slowly turns into a stricter, more competent trainer who knows how to properly handle his trainee. I feel this mod could also have such a character: someone who is initially refined and respectful toward the protagonist, but over time, the protagonist and the surrounding environment gradually show him that the protagonist needs and wants to be treated like an animal. Maybe some integration with YPS Fashion, mainly for hairstyle control and pubic hair maintenance—having to be regularly shaved smooth as a pony, ideally with that lovely lady from the stable taking care of the upkeep. About leaving the valley and traveling around Skyrim’s cities to carry out tasks: Inns refusing to take you in, forcing you to stay in local stables; Only being allowed to use cargo passages instead of normal human walkways; Using the anus as a container to transport goods. Letting me pick my own hairstyle, and really emphasizing how great a ponytail hairstyle is! Some identity-emphasizing doors/rooms: for example, certain doors that you can pass through normally before becoming a pony, but once your status changes, you’re told you can only use the animal passage and can no longer share the same entrances/spaces as humans. This contrast would really highlight the identity shift. Pony competitions: occasionally holding some kind of pony evaluation/contest, so that through gaining honors the protagonist starts to take pride in their identity as a pony. A relatively high difficulty so that I actually do fail sometimes (instead of intentionally failing just to see the story), getting punished as a result—but with the overall success rate still being reasonably high if I really put in the effort. Content about being captured by other groups (villains!): you could add a lot of torment scenes at the hands of antagonists, and being rescued afterward would deepen the protagonist’s trust in their owner. At the same time, being captured as an asset (rather than as a human) would further emphasize their status. Daily life: pony cleaning/washing, fixed-time and fixed-place elimination (you could add a bodily functions system to introduce more variables/punishments into daily training), and body/physique management. Once again, I want to say how much I love your work! 4

Although the highstep sometimes triggers with just a short press.

It gives me a much stronger sense of immersion, and it really sells the feeling that “this is something strenuous that takes effort.” If I wasn't playing with a controller (yes, I'm one of those folks) I wouldn't mind either, but having to hold a key on my mouse or keyboard while also trying to move with both joysticks is a pain in the ass. Putting a keybind on the controller is not really possible since all controls are used for something else 🫤. I agree with “this is something strenuous that takes effort.” , but it's just not convenient for me (and possibly other users).

It was actually toggleable via the menu at first but I switched it to a keyhold because like someone else said I like that it is a more active thing. As far as the leash pulling not being super clear I was going to try to see if I could use one of the aura or circle spell effects on the person leading you so you can see who has your leash and how far you can get without getting yoinked. Never touched any of the spell visual effects though so dunno how/if that would work yet.

Would you consider collaborating with SLUTS or creating crossovers? Or perhaps adding content related to pulling carts? After all, a mare that doesn't pull a cart feels like she's not doing her job properly (lol). Also, since SLUTS' vehicle handles are separate from the body, would it be possible to create a cart that connects to the waist via chains? Also, I recall a patch for SLUTS that lets the protagonist ride in the carriage while driving, while NPCs pull it. Have you ever considered creating content where NPCs ride in the carriage while the protagonist pulls it? Regardless, thank you so much for your genius creativity. I'll keep looking forward to your future updates!

Since I made a couple of voicepacks allready, I am willing to share of course. But there is a problem how you configured your dialoques, which makes it so, that every Line will be created for every possible voicetype. that leads to a massive sized Voice Pack. 600 MB in Fact. If I wanted to share, I would have to split it again. And uploading to LL files this size is a pain in the Butt... Tildetyper Posted December 16, 2025 Posted December 16, 2025 As someone who likes Ponyplay - I did appreciate holding down the button to high step - it's not like it's difficult to do and it does give you something to do while it happens. The text is kinda easy to miss since it happens ambiently (Like in the background) There is a lot of waiting and I'm not overly sure the benefit of putting it at the end of the game (Even though it doesn't say) But I guess it's your clout that gets you in? They don't seem to need high value people though. As I was testing it i should have just skipped a lot of that within the MCM to get into the nitty gritty - I did get a little lost and can echo the "It would be nice for markers" The interactions are interesting, it does feel more lived in and community like than typical mods of that nature - the area is large - there is not much to do in the area (If you have some if vulnerable pounce you get bounced on mods - that does keep you busy but interupts so likely better to just let hte mod itself do it's business. Overall I'm interested, how the day to day pony life shakes out and how they doing quests within the world and going back shakes out is another interesting thing. Overall great start.

Ill see if it works when I play through the intro next.

Yeah the waiting is anoying, BUT I demand more content NOW! forget what I said earlier 😉 Ah one thing one of the carriage cart havent had textures and was pink. I'm not sure what dialogue you are referring to here but if you mean the last scene then you are meant to get stuck there for now. There is nothing past that and no way to get out of that cell without reloading.
