germanicus Posted January 19, 2014 Posted January 19, 2014 TDG - Thanks for the reply and new additions to your mod, thre-way concretely and PC's and NPC's cheating freedom. BTW, I'm using Sl 1.35, and as I said there is a possible conflict with Lover's comfort, although I disables all things related to animation triggering in LC:
javamonsoon Posted January 19, 2014 Posted January 19, 2014 Abour marriable Serana... http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/28685/? And the more important: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/39549/? I have never run into any problems using either sexlab and it's plug ins and even Neruin's business plan after marrying her. Unless I misunderstand how your mod works... I'd suggest to try it our first, as as far as I understand it, Serana herself apart from the cosmetics and the trick to let her be a spouse, is left untouched. She's basically Ysolda, but unmarriable before the mod.
ghostmist17 Posted January 19, 2014 Posted January 19, 2014 "Does this mod support custom spouses added by mods that DO NOT use the normal marriage system?" Not yet. Please tell me which ones you'd be interested in support for and I'll try. Just understand that not all of them will be possible. "Does this mod support spouses that are also followers?" Not yet. This is very high on my to-do list. Hihi! So, I'm not sure how to determine if the mods I have questions about use the normal marriage system - does that mean you need the amulet... So the two mods I'm curious will work with your mod are; Marriable Follower Ralof - and - Sorry Camilla but Faendal is MINE - Marriage and Perks Mod Assuming neither are followers, right because you said it won't work with followers. I'm just now checking these mods out, and I don't think you have to have them as followers to marry them. Okies, well just curious, thanks! Great mod idea by the way - I'm really looking forward to playing it.
AlerictheNord Posted January 19, 2014 Posted January 19, 2014 Nevermind. The dialogue option appeared. Love it!

But I will test them and if they work I will add them to the compatibility list.
soundslikethunder Posted January 19, 2014 Posted January 19, 2014 There are any support for khajiits from MFVM? http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/36913/? Could you make it please?
bjornk Posted January 19, 2014 Posted January 19, 2014 IIRC there was some kind of spouse kidnapping in Skyrim, probably added by one of the DLCs. Do you think you can do something with it?
Sdesser Posted January 19, 2014 Posted January 19, 2014 I'd love to marry Serana if there's a working non-script heavy mod out there for it and if Spouses Enhanced is compatible with her. I'm running BVFE - Serana and personally I think she's the cutest vampire girl in all of Tamriel. But back on track: Been playing through some side quests on my main character with Spouses Enhanced and it's working like clockwork! No problems. Everything seems to be in order even after moving my whole family from Proudspire Manor to Breezehome. I'll report back if I notice anything. P.S. Any ETA on the spouse-sending-you-a-letter function? I constantly forget to visit my home every day. Playing on Timescale 5 so I can actually get stuff done without days rushing by and I'm still having hard time remembering to visit home every few days. *Edit: Cuddle animation plays as if my character was male. My spouse (Ysolda) keeps touching a dong that's not there - to put it crudely. Not a big problem, more of a immersion breaker really.
Bwog Posted January 19, 2014 Posted January 19, 2014 Nicole's suggestion of a lovers faction (instead of spouses) would solve multimarrige and make divorce unnecessary. (Lovers Comfort also works with factions.) I second the idea that the player can choose the lover(s). (Players could also choose their spouse as lover. Edit: or Serana.) No rape or violence (options that can be disabled) please, there is quite enough of that. I like your idea that your lover/spouse can surprise you. The wardrobe is also an excellent idea.
Fredfish Posted January 19, 2014 Posted January 19, 2014 Mmh...Just wanted to ask if this is normal. Whenever i want to use the kiss dialogue option, sometimes, oral animation starts. (Oh, and my character's schlong sticks out of the armor...) Awsome mod by the way ! Do you have Foreplay ticked in the SexLab framework MCM options?
AlerictheNord Posted January 19, 2014 Posted January 19, 2014 So, 3-ways are finished. It will be in an update later today. You will be able to suggest your housecarl, a current (nearby) follower, or a single individual whom you've spoken to about the subject that has a semi-high relationship rank with the player (You've done something for them in the past, or they've helped you, etc). That person will get "tagged" and if you ask someone else about it, they will get "untagged" and the new person will become tagged instead. I hope this system will offer the most flexibility for most people. The dialogue tree will be: "What about our housecarl, <Alias.ShortName=Housecarl>?" (i.e. "What about our housecarl, Lydia?") "What about <Alias.ShortName=Follower>, my companion here?" (i.e. "What about Jenassa, my companion here?") "You know <Alias.ShortName=AliasName>, don't you? What about <Alias.PronounObj=AliasName>? (i.e. "You know Hod, don't you? What about him?") "I can't think of anyone right now." "Let's think of something else." Oh wow...this is gonna be awesome.
josenightbreed Posted January 19, 2014 Posted January 19, 2014 Hmm ... I think I wasn't enough clear. Sorry, my fault. I already have and use Submit, mainly for the "surrender" part (I already said I'm a nymphomaniac, did I?) and the sex-by-dyalogues-and-speech skills part. What I really meant is exactly to "create" a whole new faction of NPCs (males but also females, I'm not "limited" to hetero only) who will be "LINKED" to the player AS they are husbands or spouses BUT without have to go trough the entire vanilla silly process of marriage. You can say: "Yes but this is exactly a marriage overhaul and I don't want to go inside this". Ok, but I don't think it should overhaul or mess up with vanilla game because a new "linked lovers" faction should not interfere at all. Maybe. I'm also a noob about papyrus. NicoleD: So what you're asking for is a kind of "friends with benefits" or "lovers" system minus the marriage process. I think that's cool (and probably reflective of normal behavior for a lot of people). My main objective for this was to make sure it works well within Skyrim and Hearthfire as designed (the houses, marriage, children, so on). I totally understand (and appreciate) what you want, it just might take me a while to get there. Maybe this can help http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/9378/? <==Multiple Marriages-Spouse Dress Up-Rehousing-And More by Dudestia If using the mod doesn't work maybe you can get ideas from it
TheDudeGuy Posted January 19, 2014 Author Posted January 19, 2014 Something I'm doing regarding the 3-way is checking how the spouse is related to the 3rd party. If it's an "insane" combination, they won't go for it. "Oh, right, Lucan; I forgot that Camilla is your sister." Etc. In-laws are fair game.

Suggestion though...would it be possible to have a Speech-check to overcome the 'insane' combination? That is, the protest at first, but then you convince them to go along with it? Even more immersion!
rawr22 Posted January 19, 2014 Posted January 19, 2014 Looking forward to trying this when I finally get round to actually getting married in my current game. Suggestion that may be out of your intended scope: How about options with potential marriage partners if the PC is currently unmarried, with requirements to be met before they will marry you in the first place?

AlerictheNord Posted January 19, 2014 Posted January 19, 2014 I cannot seem to get the Spouse to approach me. I am married to Balimund, am at Affection Level 3, and am living in Riften with Lucia as a Child. I have come and gone from the home during normal gameplay but nothing. I am using Submit and Describ as my other SexLab mods. If it is worth noting, I married Balimund after instaling Spouses Enhanced.
Wahya1 Posted January 19, 2014 Posted January 19, 2014 I have been trying to get someone to make a mod like this for over a year, so thank you very much for doing it, you have made my day.
TBT Posted January 19, 2014 Posted January 19, 2014 I haven't even downloaded the mod yet, I just wanna to thank you a shitton for linking the bed collision fix because I could never find it again.
WrythePhokas Posted January 19, 2014 Posted January 19, 2014 I'm married to Balimund, but the cuddle/kiss animations have our positions reversed. Not a huge deal, but I would like it better if it weren't so. What I've tried of the mod works very well though - awesome job dude.

It must be (with the default timings) 48 hours since you've last done anything. Have you tried just waiting in the house? Are you sure that your Master Bed is in the same house that your spouse is currently living in? (Check your MCM) Your spouse will not approach you in areas where both you and the Master Bed are not present. I'm working on making this a bit more responsive.
TheDudeGuy Posted January 19, 2014 Author Posted January 19, 2014 Ok. Will fix in next version. Thanks.

I tried starting a new character, and this time married Vilnjar sp? (the shor's stone guy), and he approaches me. Mod is working just fine with him. Though I like Balimund a lot more.... Edit: I'll review my mod list and see if I have anything that edits balimund, perhaps there is a conflict somewhere since it works fine married to Viljnar. Edit 2: Are you sure they won't approach if the master bed is not present? Because I've had Viljnar approach me near his forge even though I set the bed to inside his house?
