Do i need fallout 4 to play as a game for the bodyslider program to turn on, edit a mesh, and export it to desktop as nif to the desktop?

 

i been having this CTD error where editing and moving the .ini files dont work at all and all this really this is becoming a hassle.

yes i bought it, yes it's vailated, yes it used to work (choppy tho), and yes all that changed when the updates were installed. I'd really like to get rid of those.

I'm a little confused of what you're trying to do. Are you running mods? If you're running mods and if you disable them is the vanilla game able to start? If you're running mods do you have the required mods they need?

 

This is my experience with Skyrim and since you're asking for help in a skyrim related thread...

 

In any case why are you exporting the nif to the desktop? Why are you needing to edit and move the ini files? The ini files will be recreated by the game if you just delete them.

 

Does your computer meet the needs of the game to play?

I suppose it could work without a game. It is a stand alone program. It won't break anything to try.

Can you plz make a CBBE Bodyslide conversion of Xinafays High Heels? It would b much appreciated.

You'll need the original if it asks for it. In some cases conversions will be from another body type and a meshes and or textures will be altered for the conversion.

 

It can be safer to install them manually into their proper folders. Sometimes the compressed folders of a set will not properly follow the folder structure; however, this is very rare. Everything is placed in the Data folder. You'll have meshes, textures, and CalienteTools, which is where the bodyslide files are located. If you extract the conversion you'll see the folder structure.

 

As for a guide you'll need to download BodySlide and Outfit Studio

 

This installs CalianteTools under Data and allows you to select basic bodysets or you can create your own. You'll need to save your build if you make one and then build it. This replaces the default or the bodyset that's being used by the game.

 

Bodyslide and Outfit Studio only affects armor that can be "built" or changed to reflect the bodyset you choose. In other words if you only have one bodyslide armor that armor will be the only one. Remodeled Armor for CBBE Bodyslide HDT replaces all vanilla armor and clothes. There's also Immersive Armors CBBE and UUNP Refit that gives other armor options.

 

After you have your armor files installed in their proper locations you choose your body and preset in Bodyslide. Then by selecting "Batch Build" you can change everything to fit that preset.

 

Outfit studio allows you to manage armor sets. Once you get comfortable on using it you can swap out armor parts and make your own mashups.

This may sound to be a very specific request, but can anyone convert the "Pearl Panty" in this mod to CBBE HDT? It's the only piece of it that isn't bodyslide compatible...

 

EDIT. None of it actually works in game after going thru bodyslide, so I guess if one has the time...convert all of it please?

I have tried myself but having problems with the loincloth distorting.... not really bothered about the HDT, as I dont use it myself... if that makes it any easier?

Hello , yeah it does for some light armors or clothes, heavy armors have no hdt support and it was done on purpose ! but you can modify it on outfit studio if you want !

I will race someone to convert this armor to CBBE Bodyslide. I know nothing about how to convert things, but this is so goddamn hot I'm willing to bet I can learn and beat you by...let's see, whenever I have the time. Tuesday night, how about.
