Yes, that dialog topic expects the SLUTS gag to be equipped.  The red bone would have come from somewhere else.  I will expand the conditions to include any DD gag, but for now I suggest replacing that gag with the standard "S.L.U.T. Girl's Bridle", xx00BAF6.

I twas equipped by the carriage driver though. Haven't seen that befor but it happened.

I guess it's possible that one of the advertising deals might use a generic gag (I really don't use that part of the mod, I just do cargo runs), or a sex/rape mod might have caused the dispatcher to equip that gag.  The one that gets equipped at the start of a haul should be S.L.U.T. Girl's Bridle.  It has the Block Generic keyword, so mods shouldn't be replacing it.  Anyway, I've fixed the topic for the next update, but for now you'll to replace that gag to complete the delivery.

It was the "bought from SS+ now you work for us" deal. I had just teleportet myself without the carriage.

Another thing I noticed is that the mod has a harness and the drivers mention it but it never gets equipped on my player

Your screenshot shots that "UD" (presumably Unforgiving Devices) failed to equip the correct item (S.L.U.T. Girl's Bridle).  Understand that Unforgiving Devices modifies Devious Devices, and it says that it's not compatible with all mods.  I don't use it, but it seems to work fine with standard devices and not work well with some custom devices added by mods, such as the custom SLUTS pony gear.

 

I don't think the two mods are compatible.  If you use both, expect conflicts like this one, where UD rejected the S.L.U.T. Girl's Bridle and equipped the red bone gag instead.

 

As I mentioned earlier, the next update will handle the dispatcher dialog when the player is wearing the wrong gag, but you'll have to work around that for now.  Beyond that, it's not this mod's responsibility if it tells DD to equip a specific item but another mod steps in and equips a different one.

There is a S.L.U.T.S Thermal Harness for players using Frostfall, so they don't freeze.  There is also a Harness of Conscription that can be used if your debt becomes larger than your escrow.  Unless you fit either situation, you won't see a harness.
