No worries! The Raped! quest has certainly changed. Big plus is that it now has a quest marker over the desk sergeant. The bad news is the dialogue is all generic.

 

The walls also appear and disappear while visiting the desk sergeant, which likely means Pervert needs to be lower in the load list.

yeh so i think so far as long the pervert esp is the last to load, everything should work out fine? there are some occurrence where animation wont load at all and my character is just stuck even when its outside of the dungeon. for the jail section sometimes the animation will happen outside the jail, and after the animation is done, every prisoner and you will outside the jail lol

made a new game and test scurvy just keeps saying i am already wearing a collar? and gets stuck in the dialong of why are u wearing my collar

I cant help you with vortex, sorry. About  that animations isses, that must be something on your side, possibly script lag . Jail scenario is constructed to minimize all chances for scenes outside of cell. But still it can occur sometimes. There are a failsafe for player to be brought back, but not for your cell mates atm. For now I have no idea how to improve it.

Raped! Quest is meant to test new things for me. There is not much effort put into dialoges here. Also I'm not the best writer, so if you have an idea how to improve them, feel free to send your version :)

 

Flickering wall means problems with precombines. To fix thisn lower pervert priority in plugin panel (mo2)

Under Vortex you can lower it down the load list by changing the associated grouping. Most are lumped together under 'General', but there are those loaded later such as patches.

 

You can control the load order while maintaining the auto-sorting capability under 'Plugins.' There are two things you can do:

  • Change the group to one that will load later. 'Late Loaders' or 'Late Patches' might be a good bet. I know there's a diagram that shows you when they load.
  • Add a rule to make the ESP load after another. In my case there are a few mods that play with previs elements. Scrap Everything and Universal CWSS. I made sure that Scrap Everything loads last as settlements are more stable in that order, still buggier than when Universal CWSS is not loaded.

What I meant by 'Generic Dialogue' is that the desk sergeant acts like a regular guard now. There is no dialogue tree or options. Hence he is non-interactive.

 

The Raped! quest was a holdover from before moving to your developmental build.

ok, I understand now. Sorry, I'm not a native english speaker and sometimes I miss the point. :) 
There is no difference in this quest in released 0.2.0 and dev. 

I assume 3 days have passed since you had your weapons confiscated and you are wearing a collar. Is it true?

If so check up new dev version 182.

In this version guards wont chase you after 3 days if any loan quest is active. I made it so those 2 scenarios won't interfere. If player finish or fail any loan quest and this 1000 caps fine is overdue (no matter how long), guard s should visit you and demand to pay up immediatelly.

Most important thing is to end Raped! before taking any loans.

I never had my weapons confiscated, but I was wearing the previously discussed collar. The first time I talked to the desk sergeant I was wearing it as well.

 

I'll try your dev version and see if it makes any difference. Of course, I borrowed money, but I can pay it back with ease and see if that changes things.

 

As for the collar elements, plenty of games can generate those. It might make sense for the characters to check for the existence of the 'Indentured Servitude' quest, or whatever it's called. Another would be to add some sort of global variable (like the settings in your MCM menu). That way you don't have to differentiate between collars.

 

Is the ATM machine movable in workshop mode? The only reason I mention it is that settlements can be changed dramatically with Scrap Everything and Place Everywhere and my Bunker Hill is a pretty big change (within the shops floor). Moving it is one way to do it, making it a workshop item another, or another natively place it right before the gates which you can't normally build in. Just a thought!

its ok the animations are fixed now after i placed it in late loaders group. sorry that was my mistake. 

 

but this issue at D.B techincal high school still happens. i dont know how to fix this T_T

edit: ok so sorry. after reading other comments, i placed it in the low priority overrides group in plugin list and now theres no black stuff flashing anymore

So Scurvy dialogue appears to be fixed, with or without a collar I'll see what happens when my big loan comes due.

 

The desk sergeant dialogue remains generic, even if the quest marker indicates I should speak to him. Tried with and without a collar, and with and without a loan pending.

 

To be fair this could be something else. At one point the desk sergeant answered as a female settler...

what is your load order for pervert mod? and how did you do it? did you just put it in low priority override group in plugin list?

There can be voice mix-ups in mods like AAF-Autonomy, depending on version, can cause more than just Autonomy itself, to be mixed. I mean it will be that way for a few minutes(voices mixed), Sometime will fix on reload. Always fixes itself if Autonomy is off for a while(not knocking Autonomy I use it a lot)

Since I have no clue what else you have, this is just a PSA.

Hello - I appear to be running into an issue.

Every time Scurvy offers the collar, a message pops up that I am already wearing one - I am not. He then proceeds to ask me "where is my collar," and rape me afterwards. This is getting stuck into a forever-loop, and is thus unplayable. Could there be any insight as to what might be causing that issue?
My character is well dressed, but she doesn't wear a collar of any description.

Seems to be a bug in the current release. It's fixed in a development build, but either way I don't believe it affects gameplay.

That makes sense! Although the generic dialogue for the desk sergeant has remained consistent.

I put it into Late Fixes and Changes, which puts it almost dead last. Still have a door issue, but they could be related to the Workshop Framework having an override that loads last.

 

Of note I'm running a development version.

To test if it's problem with your save, you could do this:
- start new game and exit vault (or use save just before leaving vault, wait for mods to load and then exit)
- when outside type: coc dcbank01   in console

This will take you to Ivans bank, don't take a loan just go find Scurvy and see if your problem persist.
