Thank you! I already have Diamond City Expansion and I can't install Diamond City Plus. I installed Diamond City Settlement and it looks promising, I can add settlers using console. However, it's a pity that females npc don't take part to prostitution scenario as clients.

 

I also have IceStorm's Clothes mod which adds a very fancy Fallon's Basement and a beautiful Rebecca. Unfortunately both DCE Red District and Fallon's Basement are different cells, even if they are located inside Diamond City, and collar starts to shock because it thinks you leave DC.

 

LE: I was wrong about IceStorm's Clothes. Collar doesn't shock inside.

It was all working fine until now, if i do a scene with TSEX/HARDSHIP and go to an interior. When the scene finishes and i'm supposed to return to where i was. It keeps loading, black screen. I can hear some menu sounds when i move the mouse and the game is not frozen, but it's a black screen.

No im using TSEX/Hardship alpha. It has more functions. It was working fine and now something happened. Whatever, bethesda bs.

Some things to try:

While in black loading screen try to enter VATS

Press Enter (sometimes the black loading screen hides a message box)

This issue is discussed in the TSEX support threads, I believe there is a fix there. Blame my senior citizen brain if there isn't.

Are you using Vortex to install mods? 
Then it may be that not all plugins are activated.

No, I'm using mod organizer 2.

Edit:

So Mod Organizer 2 didn't activate the ESPs it came with, but i found them in the plugins and activated them. Will test tomorrow

This mod is conflicting with PRP and Fens sherif department. In the Diamon City security office cell.

Yes, can confirm it as well. I couldn't get to work this and FSD together. Tried random plugin/mod orders without success.

Do you know if you install Perv_Fem.esp you get a female DC Guard stalker? I didn't test it but it's possible to get the same thing with Perv_FemFull.esp too. It never happened to me without those patches. However, not bad at all. A little work in LM and you'll have a beautiful female follower available for sex initiated by various mods.

 

My question: it was intended to do so or is an anomaly caused by those patches?

You have to manually activate the plug-in after you installed it with your mod-manager. 
If you look a few posts further up you can see a very similar (or actually the same) issue "discussed".
