Under what circumstances will the owner whip the PC if asked? It happened once but ever since then it's always "I'll whip you when *I* feel like it." Do you have to be at a certain disposition or slavery level?

You AFAIK need Thieves Guild quest to enter it (which is why I console click door and "unlock")

 

it's in the cellar where you poison skeevers in that quest

 

I know you can visit him when sleeping in the basement of the meadery, but the guide claims that doing certain things can also cause you to visit dreamworld

 

"If that option is checked, some conditions will gives you a certain amount of chance of visiting Sanguine on sleep.

  • sleep in certain places where he is likely to visit (some inns, his secret shrine, Morvunskar fort, the temple of the Divines in Solitude, Haelga's basement, etc)
  • you get additional chance to visit him on sleep if you carry Honningbrew Mead with you, or if you have collected dragon souls, killed daedras or visited him previously."

So I'm just wondering if those are bugged maybe?

So I'm just wondering if those are bugged maybe?

It is at 100%. I'm able to visit dreamworld when I sleep in front of the shrine in the Honningbrew basement, just not via any of the other methods.

I ran into a "bug" with the "Flowering Spriggan" quest, going to Solstheim for the first time on the boat, she had to fiddle with her chastity belt and wound up standing over water and no boat in dock, which obviously caused nothing to work after that.  Just thought I'd share this, so you all know about it, just make sure you're not going to fiddle on something if you're going to Solstheim for the first time.

Hi, I'm not entirely sure if SD+ is working the way it's supposed to here- can you please take a look at my papyrus and see if there's something up?

It's not anything huge- but there's lots of little minor problems that are cropping up- like not being bound after first enslaved, not getting any of the other dialogue options- indeed, it's limited exclusively to just "master?" Also bindings failing to appear, etc.

 

I'm not sure what exactly is going on...

A lot of these feel related to problems I've had before.  Would uninstalling and reinstalling Skyrim, MO, and all of my mods help "clean the slate" so to speak?  Also is there an updated and recent manual to SD+ as it is now so that I an compare how it is supposed to work vs. what is happening? If only so I know if I'm just not using the mod properly or if there really is a problem.

I'm enjoying this mod, and I want to thank the author for the impressive amount of work that went into it!  Bottom line on early impression:  great mod, loving it, fantastic ideas, a few bugs, escape too easy, punishments are too weak.

 

I'm using the current version (361), so far just looking at the enslavement part (haven't gotten to Dreamworld).  I love the personality styles.  This should add replayability over the course of several enslavements.  Great idea.  I also like the slavery levels, the concept of losing the ability to resist over time (and regaining that after a time free), and that there are MCM options for this.  Really very nice. 

 

Not sure if it's a conflict with Devious Devices 4, but after a whipping I frequently see the message "EquipDeviceByStringFailed: WristRestraint" (or sometimes Armbinders), and I'd be left with hands free. 

 

I can kneel or crawl, but I'm never required to do so and it seems to have no effect.  An unused feature?

 

The collar received upon enslavement is inconsistent.  I tried submitting several times (from the same base save) and sometimes I'd get a standard collar, and sometimes a harsher version with the Enslaved effect that neutralizes magic.  Another DD4 issue?  I like the harsher version, but the mod should be consistent (I can see variation based on power of the master, but the same guy should always use the easy or hard type of collar).

 

Got gagged for first act of defiance, but was disappointed that the gag does not block magic or shouts.  Granted, those get quickly unequipped, but if I'm fast I can Fus Ro Da or use Flames on master.  What kind of master lets a slave set him ablaze?

 

Fast travel should be disallowed when running away (when collar is punishing the wearer).  It was pretty easy to run for it, break combat by using terrain and then hiding, then fast travel to a city where a guard is standing right there to free me.  Way too easy.  Please, at least make that an MCM option.  I saw that the "patched" version supported by another author disallows fast travel, but I prefer to stick with this mod and its richer features.

 

Sliding during whipping scenes was disconcerting.  The other mod claims to have fixed that.  Mabye this mod can borrow that fix?

 

The only disappointment is the handling of a rebellious slave, but this was a real let down.  The mod seems to be heavily focused on pleasing the owner, less on escape, and much less on punishment (though I do love the ominous red lighting that precedes a punishment).  I wanted to test my new owner, and I played a fighting-mad unruly slave.  I'd insult, punch, or kick (DD allows bound combat in armbinders) -- anything I could do to piss him off, over and over.  The response was underwhelming.  I expected the Hand of Doom, especially for assaulting my owner.  I got gagged right away (didn't block shouts or magic).  Sometimes I got wrist restraints, which disappeared after the next punishment and still let me kick.  

 

I'd get whipped or raped for the offense.  And that's it.  I was expecting harsher treatment for deliberate rebellion.  I was gaining demerits, but that's meaningless to a rebellious slave.  My owner seemed incompetent.  Inept.  I never received blinders or plugs, or was shocked or anything like harsh punishment.  

 

The other "patch" mod has some wicked new punishment plugs, and if the owner is angry he can activate them to vibrate constantly for a long time.  I was expecting something like that, a real beat-down for direct defiance, not just whip, rape, repeat.  I realize that taking away player controls and disabling waiting can be tedious for the player, but after I punched my owner in the face a few times I think sterner stuff is in order.  Leave the slave in vibrate mode for a while, or locked in chains (a longer version of the 30 seconds of post-whipping restraint), or something else devious and creative.  It would be kind of boring, but even having the owner beat you into unconsciousness (longer whipping scene that ends with blackout screen and player awakes a few hours later) would feel more like the owner knows how to handle a slave.   

 

Probably a glitch, but Fus Ro Dah caused master to initiate overlapping whip and rape scenes (with rape animation during whipping) that never ended, just cycled to the next random whip/rape scene, and I had to reload.  However, that felt like serious punishment, an extended session of whipping and raping.  If the mod could do that on purpose (without actually overlapping the animations of course), back-to-back rapes and punishments followed by "You black out from the pain" would be a lot more serious response. 

 

The punishment aspect is my one real criticism (with constructive suggestions), and I salute the author for this great work and for the ongoing updates.  Thank you for this mod.

It is an actual line "Here is your mead my lord." or something like that. Make sure you have Honingbrew Mead. Give him that and then ask to be released.

 

If you have done that and he still hasn't released you ask again to be let go and released. He should then dress you in restrictive gear and teleport you to a random location.

 

I know it won't happen all the time and may take several attempts to get him to teleport you. The chain won't work until the end of the quest.

I'm having the same problem. I've given Sanguine the Honingbrew mead and asked to be released I don't know how many times. I've gone through all the conversations with the two Alicias who will talk with me, and with Crassius. I've reloaded and tried again a number of times. I'd like to enjoy this mod as I did years ago, but if in my first visit to the Dreamworld, I can't get out, then I'm unable to play the mod.

Which stages are set to 1 if you type this in the console?

Bugs:After gaining freedom armbinder cannot be removed, not by yourself, not by the help of NPC's, they just say "sorry can't help you" or "the bindings are too tight"

 

With male PC, when armbinder is put on hands disappear...


It would be nice if an option was included to pick what kind of arm binder/cuffs are used.

K SD+ has been acting up since I added MNC & enabled beast enslavement & I still have yet to receive any answer from my last post. This time I was taken by Hired Thugs after killing an NPC & when they were leading me to whoever hired them, one of them used the line meant for beast masters "your owner holds you back" & applied that glowy shit only Falmer use when raping you in SD+. Then after using the "Are we there yet?" dialogue, they released me instead of spawning me with whoever hired them. I really need some damn help because creatures are just not working with this mod so far yet they work with everything else I have & now its affecting human enslavement. Yet again, here's a log too:

EDIT: Here's another log, this time they send me to falmer instead of the NPC who hired them & the falmer still wont rape me while enslaved.

The stages set to 1 were: 0, 10, 200, 202, 232, and 234.

 

I did some testing. After talking with Sanguine the first time, in Misty Grove, I was transported to the Bee and Barb in Riften, the place where I started the A Night to Remember quest. I slept multiple times, 1 hour each time, until I entered Sanguine Grove. Unlike my previous troubles, I got a message that I was defeated and had a new owner (Sanguine). I found that if I submitted to him and obeyed him, in time he would let me go. I repeated this several times with the same results.

 

The stages set to 1 after successfully being defeated were also: 0, 10, 200, 202, 232, and 234.

 

I reloaded the game at the point I entered Misty Grove the first time. After leaving, instead of sleeping multiple times at the Bee and Barb, I played normally. In time, I slept at the Windpeak Inn in Dawnstar, and was transported to Sanguine Grove. However, again I was unable to become defeated and owned by Sanguine, and was unable to leave Sanguine Grove. I repeated sleeping and entering Sanguine Grove from the Windpeak Inn multiple times with the same results.

 

It appears to me that being defeated and owned by Sanguine is necessary to leave Sanguine's Grove the first time.

 

I'm content playing from my testing success. However, if possible, I would prefer to continue from normal play. Also, when I start a new game, it would be nice to know I can dependably get out of Sanguine's Grove. I expect there's a console command that would trigger defeat and ownership by Sanguine. If so, would please provide it? Whether there is or not, let me know if you would like additional information to help untangle this problem.

Hi I've been trying to figure out who the scholar is for the next part of the truth. Im a bit stuck here, I saw earlier in the thread someone said they overheard sanguine talking to an Alicia and got a hint, but no matter how long I stand there he doesn't talk to any of my Alicia's, not sure if that's cause of another mod I'm running or not, any help would be appreciated thanks.

The scholar is the guy in the cage. Crassio. Talk to him and he will send you out to find a book called "The Truth". Read that book and then continue the quest.

 

For some reason on the beta SD+ this part doesn't crop up and you can skip it.

Any answer to this appreciated, even if it's "It's totally random, no idea."

How does one get rid of the Sanguine's Artefact?  It is preventing me from doing quests that require you to be free of restraints before you start  (DCL's Leon quest, and I think Angrim's Apprentice too.)  The old trick of removing it and the nameless object isn't working.

Are you using the beta version? It should help already.

 

I am planning to release the next official version before the end of April.

It doesn’t right now but it will in a couple of weeks.

 

i made changes in beta 3 to help with the issue but it looks like it is not working as well as I thought.

How do I properly install the beta my dude? I uninstalled via the mod menu, then via the nexus mod manager. I split the master file, and pasted into my data folder, but I never get the restrained animations. Do I need to install the SD resources from Loverslab in addition to the files from Github? If I haven't done something still I'll just have to wait for the next official release. Mods great, will be even better when cage scenes work again. Cheers man.

Restrain animation are set up through zaz animation pak AKA  ( OVERWRITE ANIMATION) must be check in zaz also use overwrite aggressive animation via sexlab framework..

Hi there, I noticed something new and I wonder if it's a bug or a feature. I had the first visit to the dreamworld, then went back as normal. But now I noticed that Sanguine and one of his pets are actually following me into tamriel. Not like a typical follower breathing down my neck, but more subtle, at least at first. For some time I didn't notice it, but then I ran across Sanguine in the palace in Markarth. Then I did the Cidhna mine quest, and he showed up in the Mine, now following more closely. So is this a new feature ("Sanguine is watching you") or did something go wrong?

It’s a harmless glitch that should get cleared after you go back to Dreamworld.

 

or maybe Sanguine really likes you.

I made sure to double check that, and still no dice. I've tried activating the mod components as normal in nexus mod manager, and then updating the Data folder with the beta files,and still no luck. No restraints, no kneeling, nothing. I'm not sure what I've done wrong. Guess I should just wait for the official release.

Hey,

I have the problem, that I can not start SD in the mcm menu, I got the message it is starting, but in the mcm menu there is also the button to start.
