Will it be fine if I don't update my "devious devices" (can't be fucked with bodyslide)? BodySlide is actually very easy to use. You will just have to run Batch Build with morphs for your selected body preset. Check my signature for easy instructions, or use files provided by Veladarius. BodySlide as a whole is very beneficial. You don't need to work with sliders at all, unless you are actually creating a new preset for your personal use. I would recommend that you at least give it a try. It will be updated to work with the latest version of the DD core mods. Will that require a new game? No, it will not. I am being cautious in the changes I make to avoid the issue.
Veladarius Posted January 16, 2017 Author Posted January 16, 2017 I have a few problems. 1. i get stuck in punishment scenes everytime after the guard herran or whatever his name is puts some stuff on my pc i get walked to the display with the restrictive stuff behind me facing master and the guard then i just hang there on chains coming from the ceiling and nothing happens stuck forever. 2. In the Embassy in the guard scene where you leave the cell for the first time and they are supposed to wash the pc the armbinder doesnt get removed and my pc gets stuck hanging from the ceiling and the guards just make some moves with their hands and nothing else happens stuck forever. I have the female guard esp in my loadorder. 3. I can`t pay the master to get black ebonite restrictive corset and the cd chastity belt black removed it always stays on strangly she can remove plugs and vaginal piercings sometimes even if it stays on the pc it`s weird. 4. Tiny little clipping at the underarm right at the buckle with the lock with restrictive gloves. I used CBBE - HDT and the Slim Option in Bodyslide if that matters and activated the arm fix in FNIS.. It just doesn`t look good the whole outfit has no clipping at all but a tiny little line of texture is missing. 5. Question do i need V4.08 is V4.05 more stable and the new stuff is in there like the hobble dress and the mittens? I just want it stable and working not the simple punisment scene is working anymore i mean wtf. And what is CDS_V4-05_LESP.7Z i installed it but i don`t know what that means? 1 & 2 - make sure you are using the latest version of ZAZ Animation as v6.10 breaks bound animations and keeps them from continuing. If you already have it then try switching to first person view, others have pointed out that this has worked for them (not sure) what the issue on that is though) 3- So you have the standard corset and a CD belt on, correct? This should not be an issue but it may be something with DDi but I will check into things on my side to be sure. 4- I can't do anything about how textures show on items, all the custom textures I have were made for me and all others come from the core DD mods. 5- Install v4.05 then v4.08 as it is an update that has fixes and a missing texture. None of the new items are in use from DD, the only way they could be applied is on the punishment where random items are added as it gets items by tags. The V4.05_LESP version was the last update for the German users as it had fixes for the dialogue. V4.08 is English only at this time and as for stability I have not had any issues yet and the only real changes I have made so far is for the removal of quest items.
Veladarius Posted January 16, 2017 Author Posted January 16, 2017 Commas are great, you should use them. 2> Armbinder in the embassy scene that stays on is an issue, try to remove it through console or DDe or the following scene won't behave properly or lead to CTD. 3> maybe she doesn't recognize the items 5> 4.08 is to be installed over 4.05. CD hasn't yet been updated for the latest DDx/DDa/DDi versions. LESP means "loose scripts", as in "no bsa file". 2 - Some of the items in that quest were missing keywords so the new removal function would not recognize them, they have been updated. 5- LESP was an update to the German version as I remember (it has been a while) and fixed issues with dialogue being in the wrong places. CD has never used a BSA file. Experimented with the mod and tried out the rebellious slave option and ran into a issue when you get to the punishing portion when being used as a display slave outside near the main Captured Dreams cabin. After being on display for the day when escorted back into the mine I ran into the same issue when it loads in my character gets stuck on the automated door as it only opens when specific NPCs walk near it therefore locking you in place at the gate. I trigger player controls but when I did that and got to the cage the event would not trigger where the slave handler would not open the cage for you and trigger the end day cycle. Just wanted to report this. You should not be walked back to the cage, it should fade out, move you and fade back in. If it walked you back then the ending of the scene did not trigger properly.

As for entering the shop it didn't even get to the point of equipping items on the npc's there (nothing about it in the log). See what mods you have that you can slow down how often they check the area around them and set it so it happens less frequently. I'm having some trouble with the CDxExpQuest03 "A Date with a Jarl" quest: After the second session (where Elisif is chained to the wall) the quest advances to 425 (as I think it shold?), but she does not leave the pillar and when approaching Elisif after 24 hours she forcegreets with the CDxEQ03_06_session2_04 dialogue. I searched the thread, but could not find a solution to this particular problem, although I gather it has to do with forcegreets not ending properly? If there is any solution I'd appreciate it. Her session should only last about 3 hours, there should be dialogue that shows that she is ready to be released. Having missed that has probably caused the issues you are having. Did you install v4.05 first? V4.08 is just an update to v4.05. Typically I will only do a full release of everything if there are changes to the textures and meshes so you don't have to download and reinstall all of them again.
Veladarius Posted January 16, 2017 Author Posted January 16, 2017 Current status report: - Removal function of quest devices is working well though it required adding keywords to about 250 items and changes to only a few scripts so far though. Luckily in one of the last major changes I adjusted a lot of the scripts to use the quest removal function so there are few things to adjust. - The issue of the infinite loop on equipping the belt in the delivery quest is partially solved. It will remove a collar if it finds one so the harness can be used but I need to set up something to check that the collar is one that can be removed in which case it will revert to the metal belt. I don't think there will be many dialogue issues since I am treating the questitem keyword the same as the blockgeneric keyword. All of my devices have custom keywords so my dialogue also looks for them so if it has the other keywords and not the CD keywords it treats it as a quest item from another mod.

Hi, I have seen that dialogue, it is the CDxEQ03_06_session2_04, she is released from bondage and fully dressed and has asked the PC to return the next night at 9pm. However, she will force greet with the "That was rather... intense" line from session 2 if and when approached.

If the npc has been set up as a follower it may have been added to their outfit in which you will need to use whatever follower manager to remove it but resurrect may still work in these situations.

You need to use v4.08 but if you are one of our German players v4.08 is English only as my translator is MIA. In v4.08 (possibly v4.05 as well) there is an MCM function to have it run the start of day in the mines.

Remove the LESP update as that was to correct issues with v4.05 and its dialogue. v4.08 will not have these issues as it is not localized so all the dialogue comes from the esp directly. Is there any possible solution to trigger and set the variables manually in the properties? To trigger the talk i think there should be some conditions in the Quests cdxguestcontrol, cdxcustomerassist02_main and in the globalvars i tried to occupy rooms with Vip_Room2_var to 1 and VIP_Room2_guestTotal_var to 1 also VIP_Enable_var to 1 PlayerRankMAster is 20 and Playerdisposition is 1 it should trigger based on thios variables i think., regards You can't force this quest because it is broken up among several quests. - CDxGuestControl is what initiates it when it sends a VIP to the room to stay. When it does it send all of the information to CDxCustomerAssist02. - CDxCustomerAssist02 contains the scripts for the rest of the quest and a set of aliases. It also has the start and end dialogue - CDxCustomerAssist02_Slave or CDxCustomerAssist02_Master has all of the dialogue based on what position you play - CDxSceneSet_VIPHouse has all of the scene segments used by all of the different variations of the quest All of these have aliases that are filled when the quest is set up when they arrive which can't be done manually. The last version I added some checks to make sure that the guest had not left to the initial offer dialogue, I will do some testing to see if I can find any issues with the initial offering of the quest. I'm having the same problem, the quest doesn't trigger for me, as in I don't get the quest in the journal and I can't finish the quest.

Is there any possible solution to trigger and set the variables manually in the properties? To trigger the talk i think there should be some conditions in the Quests cdxguestcontrol, cdxcustomerassist02_main and in the globalvars i tried to occupy rooms with Vip_Room2_var to 1 and VIP_Room2_guestTotal_var to 1 also VIP_Enable_var to 1 PlayerRankMAster is 20 and Playerdisposition is 1 it should trigger based on thios variables i think., regards You can't force this quest because it is broken up among several quests. - CDxGuestControl is what initiates it when it sends a VIP to the room to stay. When it does it send all of the information to CDxCustomerAssist02. - CDxCustomerAssist02 contains the scripts for the rest of the quest and a set of aliases. It also has the start and end dialogue - CDxCustomerAssist02_Slave or CDxCustomerAssist02_Master has all of the dialogue based on what position you play - CDxSceneSet_VIPHouse has all of the scene segments used by all of the different variations of the quest All of these have aliases that are filled when the quest is set up when they arrive which can't be done manually. The last version I added some checks to make sure that the guest had not left to the initial offer dialogue, I will do some testing to see if I can find any issues with the initial offering of the quest. I'm having the same problem, the quest doesn't trigger for me, as in I don't get the quest in the journal and I can't finish the quest. The quest does not run on a regular basis, there are a lot that has to happen first. There are no Journal entries for this quest as I remember, you need to listen to the npc's and what they say. If the quest has not triggered then how can you say you can't finish it? Questions: 1- Is the quest enabled? 2- Has the VIP house been built? If not then the quest will not be able to run until it is. 3- Is there a VIP staying in the large room on the left side of the second floor? VIP's staying in the room on the right are not involved in scenes. 4- Has the Master offered you the job (playing with the variables may be keeping it from being offered)? 5- If she has, have you spoken with the Admin of the VIP house? You need to be towards the center of the first floor for it to trigger her dialogue. 6- Have you been spoken to and been prepped by the maid? 7- Have you spoken to the VIP Admin on the 2nd floor? she will introduce you to the guest and the scene will start from there. This quest happens only if the VIP is there though the longer the room is empty the better the chance that a VIP will show up. This is not a simple timed event like the other quests as there are a number of things that have to happen Tampering with variables in the Customer Assist Quest 02 as well as the Property Slave questline is not recommended and will not allow me to properly diagnose things. I feel like whole mod is bugged/stuck for me only quest that works are work in mine, delivery job and recover delivery, also player statistics never changed for me. Any idea how to fix it? Sorry for bad english Try doing some of these things and post a copy of the papyrus log when it happens, it will give me a better idea as to what is going on.
neykiooo Posted January 18, 2017 Posted January 18, 2017 Hi, great job on this mod! i just have a problem with some textures that are pink( bronze,silver and gold chastity sets, maid dress), i guess they are missing. after reinstalled my mods they're still missing. i've searched in the mods folders and i can't find them. Is there a textures pack to download? i also checked the forum but the solutions can't resolve my problem. i tried: -install 4.05.7 before 4.08 -reinstall DDa, DDx and DDi -reinstall Zaz animation -install the optional files of the mod If you could help me it'll be great. thanks.

What I meant with not getting the quest was that I didn't get a quest book entry and after I had done everything, I went back to the Master but didn't get the option to wrap up the quest. But I may have screwed up something during the quest since I was a bit confused . So to answer your questions: 1. yes it is activated. 2. Yes it has been build. 3. Yes in the left room. 4. Yes it was offered and I didn't change the variables. 5. Yes did that as well. 6. Yes 7. And yes, the issue that I had was at the end, after I was done and had gotten my stuff back, I went back to the master but I couldn't finish the quest there and I couldn't get a new one because I hadn't finished the old one yet. But as I said, I may have screwed something up along the way. So again sorry and thanks for the help, I will try to be more clear next time.
neosuduno Posted January 19, 2017 Posted January 19, 2017 I have found the quest dealing with Erani does not complete. It just says that it is waiting for her load. The objective is wondering what the master has planned for her. I think that there is a scripting error. You should be summoned back to the Master concerning her after a few days. Tried for 2 in game weeks, no change. It also stops shopping with Master. Edit: finally triggered, three in game weeks later.
