I would like to inform you @eflat01 that I will add your suggestion for a r"eading/masturbating animation for Tirwin" to the to-do list.

At the moment, I personally don't have time to try to make such an animation, and it's not a priority, but it is being considered. It's possible that someone would make this animation for us, but it wouldn't be one of the bigger animators like Billy, Anub, Babo or NCK30.

Pretty sure @killer905 has already told you multiple times not to ask that question. Why don't you listen?

@Donuts4me replied to you, but it's taking so long because we encountered a few problems. Now, in the tasks I've created, I've encountered another problem, namely the inability to enter a location if we haven't completed the main storyline related to that location.

We can solve this in two ways. Leave it as it is, but require players to complete this quest line with this location, or try to fix it, but this again involves delaying this update again ;/

As far as I remember, he asked once or twice, but I understand his impatience. Unfortunately, this update has caused a lot of problems.

The last task is almost complete, but new problems found in the first 3 of 6 tasks may delay the update again... sad news but sadly this is Skyrim Modding.

Rieklings、Boar、Naryu 和 PC 的所有动画都是这样的吗?

在我看来,这个木制平台比我游戏中的要高,但这可能只是我的错觉。另一个原因可能是,这个特定动画的运行坐标与实际坐标不同。

All animations are like this, whether it's a wolf or bear mission, even in the wild, Tirwin's animations are all done underground, I think it may be the coordinates of the mod that are wrong

You are the first person to have this problem. I think you need to take a look at how SexLab launches animations on your side.

I would suggest clearing SexLab first (there is an option for this in the McM Menu), but I can't remember what the option is called. Then try to see if the problem persists. Alternatively, if another user has had a similar problem, they will be able to help you better than me, as this is the first time I've seen something like this.

Much more cordial answer than they deserved imho so good on you. Take all the time y’all need.

I can only speak for myself, because I am waiting for two mods that have not yet been updated, so I understand this impatience. Anyway, this raises a question. Should we release an update where there is a high chance that many things will be broken, or should we try to fix as many things as possible, but thereby delaying the update, which we have already postponed four times (?), and additionally gave up on one task (it will be added in another update) so that the next version could be released faster.

Well, imho it depends on what your update does and/or changes. The timeline for you releasing updates should entirely be decided by y’all, not influenced by ppl complaining or asking. Personally, I would try to fix as many bugs as possible as that will only swamp y’all with more complaints i would guess. I apologize for the long-winded answer. Perhaps, if possible, you all might do “maintenance” or “bug fix” updates separately from “feature” updates? Just a thought. Y’all have lots of interactions with users so I appreciate that. My puny two cents of course. Regardless, y’all’s work is appreciated.

Perhaps, but our goal now is to fix as many problems as possible. The last task is practically complete, but it needs a few tweaks. So we are close to update.

Thx, but for the record it really was @leking's idea. All I did was respond to leking's post, and giving a little thought on what would need to be done to provide their suggestion.

btw... If you did come up with a decent animation for that, I might likely look into reusing it in OAR somehow to have women use it in library's?

i.e. Arcanaeum, maybe even in wizard rooms and alchemist shops? Now you have me wondering now if there may be some idle marker for book reading? I know Serana will often reads books in such places not sure if it's SDA or what gives her that?

Hello, why is it that every time Tirwin's animation plays, her position is always underground? I can only use the free camera to see the animation.

Do other SexLab mods have the same issue? I suspect they may sometimes. Reason I ask is before @Gristle invokes a scene the first thing they do is place a marker to align and play the scene on. To me it seems like that marker is somehow falling through the cell/worldspace floor?

This does not happen often, and I have no lag in normal play but in my game seems slightly pex script heavy during startup it takes somewhere around  a half minute to be able to fast travel at first because all these mods are running their "on load quests" to get things situated. So, What that may sometimes cause is if I'm at someplace with a ton of objects like Solitude or Markart during the load and a SexLab mod happens to kick in a scene my PC and/or the Npc involved may just fall through the street. ... iow the rendering has not yet finished before the scene is played.

Wow, I already nominated them for the "Noble Piece Prize"... Darn Jarl's never listen to me though, thanes get no respect. Oh Yes! that's "Piece" not "Peace", Tirwin certainly is a hot piece of... for that matter so is Naryu. ;)

Ahh, right.  I read wrong post :D

Emm... never use OAR so idk what is this and i think anwser is emm, no? But we see.

I think SDA makes him use something like that. Normally, I haven't seen college students using it, or I've never paid attention to it.

I checked in CK and all the sex start markers are level with or slightly above the floor. So there must be another problem here.

Note:

Marker can't falling through the cell/worldspace floor.

Here, markers are used to move NPCs/creatures to this marker, where the sex scene begins. We used these markers in the last task in a different way, so that they would start with a very specific animation, e.g. by a wall, counter, chair, table, bed, etc.

If someone does not have these animations, SexLab will run a different, more general set.

I'm just grasping at straws to figure out the other poster's issue. I very seldom have a issue with falling through floors and it may be those SL mods which do might not be placing a marker, i dunno. I'd never really looked at the game engine's rendering code, never bothered to decompile nor even disassemble it.  Would be tedious at best...

OAR is Open Animation Replacer, which is a newer system than Dynamic Animation Replacer (DAR). I think SDA just uses idle animations for things, Serana was one of those early followers which wondered around interacting and using idles to begin with.

Basically OAR just allows animations to be played, mainly things like random idle animations, one nice thing about it is they're independent of the game engine so you do not need to use FNIS, Pandora, etc... to build any behavior files. You can set up conditions for the animations currently I've near 2000 animations it's using.

We plan to rebuild Animal Mansion Plus, but first we need to finish one mod that Gristle has.

Well now this is interesting, hope you guys won't fell into another curse on this site. Looking forward to it, and btw, you also gonna integrate it with this mod right?

Responding to the rest of your post, because I forgot.

As a separate mod, yes, but not as part of Animal Research.

Theoretically, it would be possible for Tirwin to interact with Animal Mansion, but first we need have to complete one mod ;)

I'm having some trouble with this mod.

I met Tirwin early on, but when she mentioned Ilinata's Deep, since I play Requiem, I knew I would need to come back to do this later because mages are way too high level for me.  Now I decided I was strong enough to take them on, after doing various questlines, including the Companions. At some point though, the quest got updated to the stage where I need to free the wolf, I have no idea how.  But there is no wolf.  The marker points to empty grass.
I tried clearing Ilinata's Deep with Tirwin in tow to see if that might reset things, but I can't find any unique book anywhere.

I tried searching this thread for similar things, but it turned up nothing. Please Help.
