The Jarl uses you then and proclaims you the Beast Whore of Whiterun. Days latter you're summoned to the Jarl and he wants you to find the best breeding stallion in all of Skyrim by visiting multiple stables across Skyrim. The Stage dialog and sex scene at the Whiterun  stable was complete - the others were not - so the quest stopped there. So, once I updated my PC was stuck with the active quest The Beast Whore of Whiterun quest, along with the sub-task of finding the Jarl a Stallion. To get that off my active journal I put the old version back in my load, marked the task and quest complete, then updated to the new version again. The quest somehow still shows up in the completed side of my journal even though it no longer exists, does not hurt anything though.  Edited February 27 by eflat01

I do not remember if there was a step - dialog or something - to get her following again from the point of the water?

Everything else in the quests seems to work fine. I had this several times as well, not sure if it is the quest or skyrim just bugging out. I usually reload to a previous save before I had the issue.

I'm kinda stupid at times so it might be something else but, It seems to stem from using High Poly Head with the Vampire head fix option checked.  I was crashing when trying to load my character preset in racemenu so I checked the crashlog. It was pointing to "FemaleHead_KLH" being the culprit and I saw Animal_Research.esp appearing over and over again. -- Uninstalled AR, No crash. -- Reinstalled AR, crash. -- Saw I didn't have the High Poly Head patch so I installed that, But still got a crash. -- Unchecked the Vampire Head Fix option in HPH's fomod, no crash and everything seems to be working normally again.Â

If you are on stage 350, it means the trigger box at the drawbridge advanced the stage correctly. Stage 350 starts a very brief scene. It's just Tirwin saying "Please, stop!" That dialogue advances the stage to 355. So, if the stage doesn't advance from 350 to 355, it means the scene didn't run.  Also, all the other problems you mention involve scenes not starting. The only related thing I can think of is that, in the last major update, I started putting the PC in each scene, even though the PC is given no dialogue or actions. Why? Because this shuts down other mods (like my Fame Comments mod) that are designed not to interrupt when the PC is in a scene. It works well for that purpose, but it sounds like you may have some other mod that has put the PC in a scene that has not ended. I'm thinking a mod because you are only the second person to report this scene issue.  There's a LL mod that tells you if the PC is in a scene (and what scene), but I forget which mod has that in its MCM. Anyone know? Â

I'll put this in the description as well. Â You can reset her outfit system by asking her to change into robes, then asking her to wear a custom outfit and taking everything away except the outfit you want her to wear. Lurker Scene/Animation Lock: After the Manor quest, the Lurker scene failed to trigger for my MC. Using a matchmaker spell returned a "MC is not added" notification, suggesting the MC was temporarily locked out of SL animations. This resolved itself immediately upon teleporting back to Skyrim. I also encountered an issue with the quest timer for Tirwin’s study. Despite being on v0.53, the "3-day wait" stage failed to update upon completion. Interestingly, the party room construction and its subsequent 3-day wait worked perfectly. It is worth noting that I updated from v0.52 to v0.53 mid-save, specifically after finishing the Winterhold quest but before starting any other quest. This update timing may have impacted the script behavior for the study (and could be just me).  Thanks for the mod so far and hopefully my notes are useful for you! Thanks for the feedback, and glad you like the mod.  The Khorst issue will be fixed in the next update, which should come soon.  College bed sex - These scenes do not use markers. Instead, Sexlab is being told to use to use the bed via the "CenterOn" function of Sexlab. In my experience, this makes actors sink into the bed a bit. I always thought this was deliberate, so the beds didn't seem made of stone, but it does obscure things at times. I can drop a marker on the bed and use that instead. That has been done in some mod scenes, but not most. But that's a lot of work, so will probably be done further down the road.  As for TDM, I can only make a note in the description. TDM seems to conflict with quests or mods that change PC controls - even the Helgen opening scene.  For Thoril's force greet, I think I found a way to improve its reliability. This will be in next update.  Lurker - I don't understand this one. All of the Tirwin/PC stuff is unwound when the action returns to Apocrypha. This is hard for me to troubleshoot because it's working for me.  Regarding the 3-day wait on Tirwin's study, you updated a bit too late for the fix to take effect. So, I don't think there's anything to address here. Â

Because quest mods necessarily make edits to worldspaces and cells, and rely on actors, etc. I decided it wasn't a good idea to mix them with a dialogue mod - which is otherwise pretty conflict free. So, the Dibellan Whore quest made it into Fame Comments, but even that I plan to break out into a separate mod. The Beast Whore quest will probably get used in Balazar - since I still need to do the Whiterun Jarl quest.

You can check (and set) them with the console:  To check:  getglobalvalue VAR_TirwinFollow    ; should be 1 getglobalvalue VAR_TirwinWait      ; should be 0  To set:  Set VAR_TirwinFollow to 1 Set VAR_TirwinWait to 0  If those are set right, something else is interfering.

I had installed the newest version of the mod and went to The Bannered Mare to talk to her about continuing our journey. We had a dialogue about the books, and I clicked that I wanted to find the book after VAR_Dremora (I think it was book number 23). When I talked to her again, there was an option like "Shall we find another book?". However, the quest "Baring it All" had already started, and yet the option to start a different quest was still there. I didn't realize this at the time, so I clicked it, which caused her to stop following me. To fix it, I loaded an older save and went back to The Bannered Mare. This time, I waited for the "Baring it All" quest to start on its own and avoided clicking the option to look for another book. At that moment, Tirwin started following me properly again. 1

I know I said it before but the Dibellan Whore quest is one of the best I come across. 1

I use save unbaker once in a while to clean a save but remove it afterwards because it will screw up cells by respawning objects I'd removed or moved - then I have go back and straighten that out again.  As to why the trapdoor ended up in the air, all I may thing about is something had to be in the position you'd placed it and it landed on top? Is hard to tell with a hearthfire home because objects are enabled by a linked parent object - you enable the parent it enables the children - that's how they furnish the home without having to enable every piece of furniture individually.

If you can give more detail about any stages you had problems with, that would be helpful.  I think having to use the console to advance stages in the later quests was more due to have a high script load that was causing things not to complete. For example, I couldn't get the Winterhold quest "Hitting the Books" to start at all.  I made it to the end of the main quests. I couldn't get the house quest to complete and leave the journal, though I didn't see anything else to do with it.  So overall I didn't really run into too many issues. I will try it again with few script intensive mods running.

tlrd Posted March 1 Posted March 1 I've found a compatibility issue for some reason having Growl - Werebeasts of Skyrim bugs out the werebear. He'll start to transform and then a second after the transformation he turns into a werewolf. The animation and quest progress as fine however. I've no clue what the issue I loaded them both in xedit and couldn't find the issue. Other werebear's( the ones you can summon via the creature summoner form the MNC page) work just fine and its registered in the creature framework(someone was having similar issues but there solution didn't work) after uninstalling growl the werebear transformation sticks and the animation play just fine so its got to be something with GROWL just don't know what.
