As I recall, Tirwin takes off her clothes before walking deeper into the cave. When the animation is about to start, she magically redresses and then gets fucked through her clothes...

 

When the message box pops up letting you know the trolls are approaching and you are just sitting there reading it, Tirwin teleports to the spot she will be fucked. I think her teleport is what puts her clothes back on? I recall you need to quickly close the box before she teleports and this will keep her from redressing? I think...? Again, it has been a while since I played that part.

Does anyone have a copy of the version 0.46 of the mod? I updated but realized that the latest version overwrites the high quality voice files add on mod that's only up to 0.43

You can delete the ‘sounds’ folder from the mod and then you will get silent voices.

  • At whiterun entrance, tirwin never stops me to start the bind. I used setstage 355 to be able to advance

So, im sure is something very broken in my load order. But if someone had the same issue, or is there is something common on those situation that would help find whats wrong. Help would be much appreciated.

 

I played everything prior in the mod (older save) and was great! Thank you for these great mods!

I have the same problem and unfortunately despite deep digging and reconstructing my modlist nothing helped. Maybe you will have more luck.

It turns out to be an issue between this and CCAS after removing CCAS I was able to load into Ilinalta's Deep

This is exactly how it happens.

 

It's good to know that it's only due to the dialog box being open for too long.

Make sure the Voice file replacer installs after and overrides all versions of Animal Research.

In the beta test or here, I noticed you always seem to get some of the strangest errors.  To me that seems like something messing with graphic rendering order or some strange nonsense are you running some kind of enb or somethings meant to enhance graphics, fps or anything? So the physics and collision havoc took place but left the visible image above?

 

I ran into some strange behavior similar in the Bee And Barb where a wall pillar mesh was there but invisible in my game and the only thing I could think of was I somehow targeted it by accident with Jaxson's Positioner earlier in my game an left, I managed to fix that but I know you couldn't had done anything like that here.

 

 

The chest?  ...  I'd not written a script in a long time but this looks solid to me, @Gristle grabed the key's ref in code as a property instead of using the alias now.

I know WolfChest points to the bandit's treasure chest but Is it an object scope thing? Could WolfChest or WolfCageKey possibly be empty on WolfChest.AddItem(WolfCageKey,1) come stage 60 at times?  Does not seem probable to me but some alias and properties are defined at the main quest level.

 

One thing I did notice was the cagegate is persistent (because it's a named ref id when it was placed), while other objects are  temp.

I'd be tempted to create my own container like a lockbox or satchel with the key in it, dropplace it on a crate or in the wagon starting it out disabled and enabled the in the fragment. Still it would need to be defined like the cagegate and other placed items.  

 

I remember playing with linked ref's on a house, basically your script would enable one object which was disabled like an xmarker and every other disabled object linked to it would be enable - that's how hearthfire building scripts work.

I've encountered an issue with Unknown Pleasures quest. After talking to Karita at the inn, my next obective is to travel to the Nightcaller Temple. However, when I arrive at the spot, nothing happens, there is just a quest marker at the tower. I've tried entering the temple or reaching the exact spot where the quest market is, but nothign triggers the quest to progress further. 

 

What exactly is supposed to happen? I quess I could skip this part of the quest by going straight to quest stage 40.

 

Any ideas?

I do not have an enb or any mods relating to graphics. The only mods I have that change appearances of anything relate to bodies like CBBE/3BBB. Those of course do not relate to objects like keys.

 

I think it might have to do with the fact I am using an older character that has had many mods come and go over the last couple years? I know removing mods (sometimes even adding) mid-game can often have unpredictable results. It might even break the game. That might be why my newer character has had no problems so far (although I have not done much with it yet).

 

Not sure why so many others are having the same problem with the key? Either they are loading really old characters just like me or there is something else that we have in common?

I remember that happening to me. You are not actually supposed to go to the tower. There is some guy in that inn that force-greets you and tells you to go somewhere else right after the conversation with Karita. Do you see anyone in the inn that you do not normally see?

As Donuts4me wrote. After talking to Karita, an NPC named Otto should approach you with Force Greet .

it's very important not to rush through Animal Research quests in general.  You're likely running out the door too quickly. You're told to go to the tower but is another npc inside  the inn who will walk up and send you elsewhere. There are commonly twists and misdirection in many VAR quests. (The authors are imaginative and slick).

For example, I had no problem with the key on the old save and the new save. Once I had Aela outside Whiterun because she has a different schedule package. Probably the key difference between me and you is that I use LE. And so the SE/AE version may have its problems and the key may be a problem for AE users, for example.

I tried that but the high quality sound files are not working with .53 so now I just got silent voices even with the addon installed

Alright, I found Otto in the Inn, he was standing in a room with beds, not moving so that's probably why I missed him. Thanks for the help!

I'm also not getting any file conflict notifications in my vortex. I tried reinstalling everything a few times but no luck.

Okay after re downloading everything and updating vortex the voice files finally worked. I still don't understand what happened maybe it's my vortex  that is messed up?

Also Storm always follow me, even Tirwin was dismissed, it kind of annoin.

Try setting her standard outfit in the dialogue and run around the city, village, and wilds of Skyrim, then give her a custom outfit.

A question: does anybody know of there is a High Quality Voice pack patch for AR v.46? I wanted to update to the latest update 53, but then decided to go back and wait in case the new HQ audio gets released as well.

 

However, after going back to my previous 0.46 version of the mod, the HQ Voices stopped working, and all I can find to reinstall the voice-pack is the 0.43 on the creator's page (which does not work for me either). https://www.loverslab.com/files/file/36360-animal-research-the-insatiable-scholar-hiqh-quality-voice-pack/

So my best quess is that I need the voice patch for the matching 0.46 version of AR for it to work again, but I can't find it anywhere.

I get to the Black Briar lodge quest marker in Seeds of Lust and nothing triggers.  

 

Edit: It looks like the problem is that the stable master did not spawn.  Also, from this quest forward I noticed I had to use the console to advance quest stages more frequently.
