How come I only have 2 MODs, Carn and Phaze's Species, and can still jump out because of the release animation? I always thought it was a CBO problem, and finally found out that only these two mods can still jump out because of triggering the animation UI (it is stated in your notes that carn is Compatible )

Great mod, I used it as a base for personal use and replaced everything with sfw demons, but is there a way to change the size of the portraits? I have some big hulking type of demons who look absolutely tiny, it's kinda funny but a bit immersion breaking.

It depends on what the image file is like before hand so hard to say from here. Could you show me? Sounds like you made something great!

I just grabbed random Diablo or Doom pictures and deleted the background, I was too lazy to change all the names lol, but the all the files are in .DDS, I wanted the feet to be visible but it works just making the Demon bigger and cutting off the lower torso even if it looks a bit weird outside of portraits. Demon looks like

Having trouble with species inheritance.  After some 30 children, not a single one inherited the parent species trait (lunar wolf).  Should the trait instead be set to 'Congenital' rather than 'Inheritable'? Or does it require that both parents be of the same species?

Something has either changed with the game or your mod list. If children did not inherit species, myself and everyone else would have noticed a long time ago. Are you running anything that might conflict with the generation of children at all?

Well, aside from your Futa mod, I use Love Marriage Family mod, but the desc on that mod seems to alter fertility and complication rates, not affect the generation itself. Species mod is also near the bottom of my load order, so should take precedence over others, unless CK3 doesn't follow the same load-order logic as Stellaris.

Anything that changes the same vanilla file will not work. I dont use that mod so cannot check.

It's strange because inheritance appears to work with NPC's children.

 

Edit: It turns out that mod was causing the problem, so can list that as one of the incompatible mods.

Edit: Yes, they can be deleted, make sure to make a backup of the original.
