Loss of gold/equipment, assault and Simple Slavery Plus. I'm sure more aggressive scenes for Ostim Standalone will come and they will fix the auto play problem. The biggest thing for me, would be reliability in execution of defeat scenarios, not many features. Things like a sabre cate is not selling you to SSPlus, nor do giants. Your description says that only human defeat is covered, which is great. Defeat by animals should result in death. What else could there be, besides being badly injured and left for dead? Maybe a future expansion could be defeat by non-human/non-animal actors, like giants, falmer, Dwemer machines. Of course no sexual assault, as Ostim doesn't cover that. Maybe one scenario could be the defeated player is moved to a new location (Inn, wilderness), badly injured, caught disease coupled with loss of equipment. What about vampires? There could be some interesting defeat scenarios. Being turned, made to serve a cattle etc. So far I've not found a defeat mod that I really liked. I hope yours changes that 😊.

This mod runs off Acheron, which is the actual defeat mod that calculates when/ if you are defeated, and what to do. Acheron processes your defeat, and decides the outcome based on what you were defeated by. This mod is one of the outcomes for Acheron to play when you are defeated by human enemies. This mod is never ran when you are defeated by anything else, and as such the events/ outcomes in my mod will only play when Acheron runs it, i.e. when you are defeated by humans. There are other addons for Acheron that are available to cover other defeats with their own outcome events, but my mod only covers defeat to human enemies. Waking up in a different location, whether from rescue or just blacking out and waking, are definitely good ideas I could add as release events to this mod though.
HDMFanatic Posted May 18, 2024 Posted May 18, 2024 I'd like to asked about the new soft requirement in Simple Slavery Plus Plus: by the looks of it SS++ requires the Zaz Animation Pack which I don't believe works with OStim Standalone unless there's some type of conversion I'm not aware of. I'm assuming if you don't have it then you just won't get the Slave Auction Event?

There are no release events from SS++ which work with OStim only, but some people use both systems, so the link is here for now.

You can use this with Babo Dialogue, the two mods won't interact and this mod only creates scenes if OStim is installed, it does not use SexLab (I could add it to be honest).

Well, there is one now. I have just uploaded an OStim conversion for Dark Arena. This means that you can be defeated by this mod, sent to an auction scene by SS++, and end up working as a slave in the Dark Arena, rather than being dumped outside of Riften.

I have plans to add that as a feature, but not through DDNG. DDNG requires the original DD, which is way too tied in to SexLab, as well as many other in game functions, for me to try to rip out.

No, for defeated player consequences, like for enslavement etc. Im not huge fan of it but it adds nice mini game. But you are right, its too tied to Sexlab. Im using both sexlab and ostim so didnt realized.

Yeah, for an OStim-only load order DD is difficult to implement. I'm also not a fan of fully converting a playthrough to a full slave experience either, but I'll see what I can do for a little minigame.

I have remove the restriction on gender juste to be sure, but it doesnt change anything. Not sure what is causing the problem. Thanks!

Gonna need more info than that Have you installed all the required mods? What version of Skyrim are you on? Does OStim work if you activate it through a different mod? Can you send a papyrus.0.log?

On the previous 1.0 version, I was using it with Children of Lilith to basically have certain NPCs drain the player of health. After updating, the drain feature won't work - I was wondering if you might have any idea on what may have changed between versions to cause it to no longer work?

Did you make sure to enable one of "Enable Male assaulters" or "Enable Female assaulters" in the MCM? Did you change the morality setting? I think whatever actors defeated you were filtered out and thus unable to assault you. Edit: Update released now. Let me know if Children of Lilith functions as desired. A starting animation can be set - must be enabled in the MCM. This requires FunnyBizness animations. A random animation should be chosen and the scene should start there. This is still very much a beta test, not recommended for general gameplay. Nothing else was changed, so should be OK. Unfortunately, I tested 2.10 and the same issue is there for CoL. I also have a problem where sometimes the scene is repeated even after ending it (like scene will end and then get pulled into it again); or sometimes the animation of defeat plays and message of gold stolen just repeats and nothing happens. I am not using any other acheron addons and it was on a new game (clean save).

I thought it was probably the "OnOStimEnd" mod event, which I added back in in the update, but it seems not. Could you provide more details on how the two mods interacted. The events repeating shouldn't be happening at the same time too, not entirely sure why that is occuring. If v2.0.1 worked better for you, maybe revert for the time being, perhaps I overlooked something in the update.
