Is there a group sex mod without Sexout as well or only with?

Not as far as I know. The only only sex-related mods (not sexout) for FONV that I can recall are Animated Prostitution and Sexual Innuendo. If I remember correctly there were no group/gangbang type sex acts included. And frankly the only "group sex" mods for sexout are this one (How About) and mine (SexoutRapist). There are others that have them as part of a scripted encounter (I am thinking Tryouts), but I can't think of any that have them as a more "random" or as a choice option. And they are pretty much limited to 3-ways since there are no other types of group animations (yet).

SexoutSex has a threesome option as well, I believe, but beyond that I don't think there's any other plugins that go beyond three people at once.

BrutalRapers has threesomes if two actors are both close enough to you, either via combat or stalking.

 

I would definitely like to see more group action though.

I was thinking more of Player initiated group sex/rape rather than "surprise buttsex" groups. Without the animations, 3-ways are the only groups sex available. And frankly the current 3-way animations need to be cleaned up some. And added to - I have some great/naughty ideas for 3-ways positions, but don't have the skill for creating the animations.

Well, bear in mind that most of the current 3-ways are just conjoined 2-ways. They weren't made to be threesome anims from the start, they just "pretty much worked" when Pride was first implementing threesome sex.

 

Dedicated threesome (or moresome!) anims would be super, yes.

When I choose: "I've got an idea....", after that I don't have any options to choose for the groupsex nor give a drink, just "Nevermind" to close the conversation. In my inventory, there are Whiskey, Scotch, Jet, etc. But no one pop out in the dialog option.

Having an oddity, wondering if anyone else is experiencing this.

Whenever I give someone a drink they run away. After a few seconds they'll continue running. Another second or two and I get the option to take advantage or let them be. If I take advantage they teleport back to me, let them be and they faint where they stand.

To give an idea how far they run, I gave Sunny a drink in front of the Prospector and she finally collapsed on the far side of the cemetary.

I has some problem, when i'm close to npc to talk there option "Hey i've good an idea" and after i choose that option there's no option besides "Nevermind." What should i do?

you need whiskey in your inventory to get more options then nevermind

How do i make NPC follow me, when i choose i have an idea, its just there option about drink if u brought a whiskey, and after He/she got drunk nothing happens. Can someone please give me detail how do i use? With SS is more Help full

You've got to convince so many people to have a drink with you before you can access the threesome options.
