I'd just do what I'm doing now. Nothing. Sit in front of my computer browsing Youtube and modding games while Max is on the TV playing Aqua Teen Hunger Force. Maybe wack it to some hentai and I'd chug all my sodas and order a extra large extra pepperoni extra bacon extra cheese pizza with a large order of breadsticks and cream cheese dip. If I don't destroy my toilet first the Earth going will.

I imagine there would be a lot of emotions trying to come out at the same time, but after calming down I'd probably take it well. Just relax, have a nice dinner, chat with my family a bit. Meditate and contemplate in intervals throughout the day. Read Boethius. Depending on the exact time the world ends I'll either go to sleep or head outdoors either to the woods or beach and enjoy the little mercies of sound and sunlight the earth offers every victim who inhabits it.

 

Also bring a gun just incase. Fuck going through some prolonged, excruciating death. I'm ready to nope out of there at any minute.

I know Lovers Lab rules, and I know the ground rules you laid out in your first post, but I don't think you can separate a question like this from religion, so I'm not going to try.

 

This might sound like a surprising answer on Lovers Lab, but in increasing level of importance, I think I'd try to get right with the world and the people I'd wronged, get right with myself, and get right with God.

 

I'm not trying to push any particular belief system on anybody else, or say that my beliefs are better than any of yours.  I'm not trying to pick any fights, but maybe, just maybe, there is something bigger than ourselves.  How, or if you choose to believe that is up to all of you, and it's not my place to condone or criticize any of your beliefs.

Phone in sick to work would be the first thing, then pretty much what I normally do when not working, read a bit, play games for a bit, watch some odds and sods youtube videos, have a drink or two.

 

If you are the only person knowing the world is ending, there is pretty much nothing you can do about it anyway, and of course you could always find out it was some arse of a being just messing you around for shits and giggles, and after the end was supposed to happen saying surprise, I lied about it, it is not really going to end.

In all likelihood, the exact same shit I do every day.  Honestly, none of us truly knows if today is it, so every day is our last day, until we just happen to get a tomorrow.  But 'tomorrow' is never a guarantee, much less 80+ years of them followed by dying peacefully in one's sleep.

Honestly? Not sure. I like living day to day with some long term plans and live for my own enjoyment every day I try to maximize the enjoyment and pleasure I have while minimizing anything that would me uncomfortable so Its hard to think what I would do with a last day since I already enjoy most days and Am most of the time satisfied. All I know is that I would like to go out in a blaze of glory or in a comical way so I may just do something so incredibly stupid and random that Ill end in the news for shit and giggles.
