It looks like the stitches outline patches of skin which can then be coloured using RaceMenu. If you look at the last photo on the mod description page you can see the exact same pattern of stitches as in the shot you linked but with much paler colours. Whats in this mod? The question is for what body are those shoes and which body texture is "installed", although even if for example those shoes were for cbbe and the texture for UNP it shouldn't look THAT fucked up.

That can be replicated with the School night Heels (I think its call that) and a compatible stocking. This appears to be a re-texture of that. ah thank you.. well I haven't been able to find anything useful by googleing that does anyone happen to have a download link ?
