I don't think it's armour actually. I think it's a RaceMenu overlay from Necro Stitch.

 

I see the NecroStitch but how is one part of her body completely black?

Necro Stitch adds patches as well as stitches. It looks like the stitches outline patches of skin which can then be coloured using RaceMenu. If you look at the last photo on the mod description page you can see the exact same pattern of stitches as in the shot you linked but with much paler colours.

Obviously the wrong texture. The question is for what body are those shoes and which body texture is "installed", although even if for example those shoes were for cbbe and the texture for UNP it shouldn't look THAT fucked up.

I think you have to be a little bit more specific as in what exactly you are looking for

I know the dog is a new mod http://dragonporn.ldblog.jp/archives/8156145.html

and the bikini top looks like this one exept for a different body type http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/64584/?

I'm not sure about the rest of the clothes but what I can tell you is that the images author converts a lot of stuff so it's most likely private

That can be replicated with the School night Heels (I think its call that) and a compatible stocking.

This appears to be a re-texture of that.
