After use Wrye Smash to check its detail, I have its ID listed: xx000D63 GMHS xx1001D8F GMHSbotB xx001D91 GMHSbotHS xx001D93 GMHSC xx000D65 GMHSSOU xx000D67 GMHST Just replace xx with the mod order in your load and acquire it with "player.additem xxxx 1".

I don't think that dragon is supposed to have a key ( http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Vulthuryol ). Try searching the key name in the console and seeing what it pops up as in your load order. Then pop w/e mod it is open in the ck.

Is there a mod with only those necklaces the other mod? you can load up CK and place JUST the Necklace and wat evar else you want in the game, place it ingame or add Craft Recipies, and save it as a .Esp... but you probably cant release unless the author says so, so be careful!
