Look at those stiff-as-boards arms. Walking / running animations have been weirdly neglected in Skyrim for over a year now. Good time to once again lament the existence of a truly superb animation from Blade & Soul: There's an old Skyrim walk that seems to try to imitate this, but it doesn't quite hit the mark. But it's the best anyone's done:

By no means am I an expert at this, but I can pick something apart as well as anyone else. It comes down to the stiffness of the joints. The shoulders in the B&S animation do circular motions whereas the Skyrim animation's shoulders just go from A to B to A. The wrists do nothing at all. The hands do nothing. The fingers do nothing. There is a striking difference in skillset between these two results. On a more opinionated note, while I can't begrudge BBP for being the first and only option available to us, even HDT is a better option. And frankly that double-bounce is a little silly - artistic license taken too far. ;p these animations are so popular that they are already used in other games (stolen) Here I've got to admit to being pretty disappointed that someone hasn't already done this for Skyrim. Surely some enterprising Chinese Skyrim webpage will present it to us someday.

Compare this animation, with the video, it's all identical since there is no doubt. even the hand position is the same. edit: not all use HDT, this is for me personally too much of a good, simple exaggerated. bothers me at HDT that after-swinging the breasts, before they come to a standstill. it looks like worn-out shock absorbers at the car, therefore are for me the animations by Dragonfly is the best option.

Hope somebody finds them because nothing works for me.

Anyways the effects of the mod don't seem to be showing up in game. Maybe I'm just missing something? Thanks in advance.
