I do not think this dark elves are, more likely this here. The skintone, eyes, ears, lips, nose can be any race with RM3. What are the textures then? They kinda remind me of univision. Its probably Fairskin, with Adorable face, or just SG. Its really hard to tell because of the angle and not seeing much of the skin itself. This post I made should give you an idea what I mean.

Blue jacket is retextured jacket from Hotpants bikini. Fur hood is retextured from Hunting Grounds outfit, bracers look like Princess of the Woods and about 5 other mods that use the same mesh and texture.
