My other guess would be SG Renewal's, looks like those lips from here. I'm going by the face as the chest where I would identify moles and stuff is got sweat in the way. Gloves are from Triss or something else, originally from Triss though I think. Top and armbands are from Temptress. Shorts + panties are from Bouncing bodices.
