I doubt it's GlossTech as GlossTech makes the body look almost metallic, unlike this one which actually looks wet or covered with a sticky substance. Also, anyone want to guess which ENB is used in the picture? Either modified nif file, or it's the specular settings in ENB settings. I will do a wild guess here, on that armor question. I'm guessing that you could just do the same but instead of editing body nif, you edit the Armor nif you want to soak in oil effect. Edit: Default keybinding is: "Shift" + "Enter/return". Perhaps a result picture?
