I want to change that annoying preacher in whiterun   You think they had a female voice actor record heimskr's lines for no apparent reason?   its ok I fixed him... click on him in console and typed disable... bye bye heimskr     You can use this to take him over and then change him, probably still have to get rid of the voice though.
