Judging by the absolute perfection of the legs, I would say it is CBBE, but I'm not sure. I've been trying to find the original post for this picture so I can ask the author, but I can't find it. I couldn't make heads or tails with the Outfit Studio, even with a step-by-step guide, so I highly doubt I'd be able to use this. But I will give it a shot nonetheless.

But also check the comments posts first as there's a link there, or used to be anyway to a fix from 3dm that fixes the original camera position - which pretty much has you staring at the back of your characters head when moving.

And the other that makes pose selection much easier by placing all of it in one big selection menu tree. It's great that things haven't gotten better here since I last left.
