Idk, they are not npc before trap, sort of animation, hit it - spawn naked npc

Btw, spawn apex and floran npc with betabound employers station,  they work as nodes and with table without problem

So the TTPP trap works as a spawner.

Time to kick down their door and demand to know why the butcher color directives.

EDIT: Good news, TTPP is gonna fix their directives. Bad news: Existing NPCs will remain broken until I figure out a new, more failsave system for SBR too.

That's not really an error. In fact, this asset error (aswell as the note literally 4 lines before this) state clearly that it works. The node is successfully spawned, you are loaded into position "birthing" and 4 seconds later you have given birth, no extra baby data is present after the first one, so it ends.

Where exactly is the problem now?

I'm having an issue, I try to initiate a node and my character goes invisible and nothing happens. The log just says "[Error] [string "/scripts/util.lua"]:140: bad argument #1 to 'pairs' (table expected, got nil)" over and over again.

I'm pretty sure the log tells us way more than that, so how about to provide us with the full thing?

The Store for animals seems to be empty, do I need to enable somthing?

You mean in Lustia?

It is empty by default because Sexbound has nothing to do with monsters by default. Lustbound has addons though that add stuff from other mods, like when you have Teratophilia installed.

would "all" and "default" work in pregnancy table for father species and mother species
is there an easy way for me to signify that latex species as mother or father will always have the outcome of latex species by doing
"all": ["latex", "humanoid"]},
would default be "any race not already listed"

The keyword "all" is currently only supported for the compatibleSpecies table, and only as value, not as key. Though I could reasonably add it for the genetic table too.

I am having this as well as other nodes also disappearing, but still accessible and able to be mined and picked up.
This is my log.-

Well, the only thing I see immediately wrong is that you installed the SBR Aphrodite's Bow Patch incorrectly. If that doesn't fix it, we can look into more detail.

I fixed the patch, and after doing that I ran around and used a bunch of sex nodes, after those still didn't work, I went to Lustia. Still can't fuck other people as the wheel doesn't appear. I saw that the NPCs can fuck each other, except the humans for some reason? I am using the Lucario race with the patch. Going in a second time for more to show a screenshot to show me in a sex node after popping out and hopping back in.

You seem to have the mod installed twice, the first time correctly, then the folder left in the mods folder, is still being loaded.

Root: Detected unnamed asset source at '..\mods\sexbound-reborn-1.1_h1-paked'

Other than that, the following errors are ocurring:

[10:52:23.982] [Error] [string "/scripts/sexbound/override/common/identity.lu..."]:69:
attempt to perform arithmetic on a nil value (local 'g')

[10:54:44.948] [Error] [string "/scripts/sexbound/override/npc/identity.lua"]:48:
bad argument #1 to 'gmatch' (string expected, got nil)

These might be a sympton of the folder installation, if that isn't just a empty folder, and the files inside are being loaded, making it effectively being loaded twice.

Besides that, you have several mods that alter the player/NPC context and maybe incompatible with the recent changes from Reborn! If that's the case, would help to find out which ones, so we can either fix or note them down as incompatible. For example: FU, Borderlands Shields, ArmorAdapt and maybe more i don't recognize or know of.

Of course! Just redraw the entire art of the mod with larger breats

Unironically, however, this mod uses separate art assets than the Vanilla game. There is no "reused bodies", we don't just load up the bigger tits from the normal player body and use those. Thus, if you want more endowed art assets, try looking in these forums, or perhaps take a swing at it yourself. I know at least a couple mods that try that already exist.

Okay, Yeah, that folder did nothing. it was a left over empty folder I forgot to delete. I don't know  how Frakin Universe or borderlands shields do anything, but I'll see about uninstalling all my steam mods to see If one of them really is messing with it.

So, the error you are experiencing is tied to the color genetics code - and you are mentioning having the Lucario race installed.

Because there is a grave error in the Lucario species file (which just goes unnoticed because, for once, Starbound actually handles it rather well and glosses over the error) the race is fully incompatible with SBR 1.1. If you want to know technical details, inside the color directives defined for the race (yes, that incredibly huge mess of values), someone accidentally replaced the letter l instead of the number 1. Starbound handles this by treating illegal characters as 0, SBR's current code uses Lua's base "tonumber" function which does not handle these cases, hence failing, as it is not a valid hex number. I already contacted the author of the Lucario race, informed them about this issue and they said they'll fix it asap. Though until then, and depending on how if Starbound applies the filtered or non-filtered values to directives, this issue will potentially persist until I upgraded the color genetics logic (which may take a day or two more). If it is not the Lucario race causing this, however, then please let me know.

On another node, you also have TTPP installed. There is a similar issue with that mod. Their tentacle traps spawn NPCs with an outdated directives syntax which the current version of SBR does not work with. I also contacted the developers of that mod to fix this, but even then all already existing TTPP trap spawned NPCs are incompatible with 1.1 until said patch I'm working on.

I see. R.I.P. my Lucario Characters.

Any other races that are incompatible?

Just for now.

The only other race I have heard anything weird of for now is the Vulpes race. Then again, that one was supposedly made for Starbound 1.3 so that's that.

Ik, there is a mod around here called "bigger bust" but I havent been able to get it working, apparently it requires the sexbound API.

That thing is literally just assets which you are supposed to replace inside the main mod. Which is never recommended.

But that said, it should be working with SBR the exact same it does with SxB as none of the assets changed yet.

So, should i safely assume all errors regarding "g" and "gmatch" are genetics and poor color codes?

There is a mod based on that which works properly as far as I can tell called Celo's Aesthetics, I've been using it and it doesn't seem to cause any issues so far. Also comes as an actual .pak file so no messing with SBR's original files

When it stems from identity.lua scripts, yes. "r", "g" or "b" nil arithmetics are broken colors. gmatch nil errors are weird directives.

Important Notes

To anyone affected by the incompatibilities with, e.g., the Lucario race or older NPCs spawned by rescuing them from TTPP traps:

I pushed an early build with the assumed fixes for these issues to GitHub, ahead of the Revision 1 release schedule (which will include more changes).

I have tested that normal behavior works the same as before, so if you want to grab the early build and test if all the incompatibilities have indeed been fixed you can grab the build from here: https://github.com/ErinaSugino/Starbound-SBR-Mod/releases/tag/v1.1_r1b1
