This is the official Special Edition version of SexLab Parasites - Kyne's Blessing.

Q: Parasites are not displayed when equipped?

A: This is most likely due to Devious Devices feature - Device Hider, as explained here: 

 

 

Requirements:

 

• The file was split in two parts because of file size limitations in LL. You need to download BOTH Parasites and ParasitesTextures.
• Parasites are set up as custom, organic Devious Devices - Devious Devices version 5.1 or more is required
• SexLab is required. There is no plan for OStim at the moment.
• Zaz animation pack V7.0 or later
• SexLab Aroused (original or Redux)
• Estrus Chaurus (only resources and scripts.. esp is not required)

 

Compatibility:

 

The mod comes as loose files with my current make up of meshes for CBBE.

You will want to refresh them with Bodyslides using these converted files:

 

• Parasites CBBE and 3BBB Bodyslides conversions
• Parasites BHUNP Bodyslides conversions

 

This mod is intended for female player characters, but some parasites will work on males too

 

The first chapter of the main quest about the Queen of Chaurus can be played by male characters, but the later chapters are meant for female player characters

 

NiOverride (included in Racemenu) is needed if you want proper inflation of breasts and belly during infections, but it is not required for the mod to operate.
If you want to go that way, you will also need an advanced skeleton like XPMS+

 

You will have to install Estrus Chaurus + if you want to see actual tentacle and slime/ooze attacks when you harvest certain items (chaurus egg mounds, creepy clusters). You can still be infected by their related parasite if you don't have EC+ but the full effect relies on EC+ being available.

 

For Special Edition, the Flying option of the Queen of Chaurus armor relies on  Animated Wings Ultimate.

 

This mod is designed to fit in with my other mods:

• SexLab Stories - The Brood Maiden story will be playing a role in the upcoming quest from Parasites. The Stories Devious side of the mod handles the lactation effect when the player wears a Tentacle Monster or Living Armor parasites
• SexLab Hormones - I added an option in Hormones' menu to better manage the max values of node scales when using NetImmerse Override. When you check that option, the max values of nodes (for mods I manage) are scaled back depending on which effect is currently active (pregnancy, hormones scaling, parasites, lactation). This should prevent abusive growth of belly and breasts especially.
• Sanguine Debauchery + - Enslavement to Falmers, Spiders or Chaurus provides a good way to experience Parasites since they make these creatures more likely to have sex with you. SD+ enslavement to Falmers and Chaurus will also play a part in the upcoming main quest of Parasites.

I accidentally uploaded the files for LE instead of SE.

 

You need to download both files - Parasites and ParasitesTextures.

 

RELEASE NOTES for milestone Parasites 2023-02-26

Enhancements:

• Parasite flare delay slider should be at the top of the menu for easy access

• Add menu option for a silent Estrus Chaurus infection for role play or testing

• Increase maximum value of parasite event delay slider in MCM

Bug Fixes:

• Hormones detects external body changes internally but reports no pregnancy or estrus parasite in status menu

• Spriggan exposure can happen at great distances (line of sight)

• Spriggan 'needles' can spam player when hit by magic effects

• Parasite events threshold becomes negative and triggers events too often

• Parasite event threshold gets very high values early on and should be capped daily

• Temple of Kynareth members are missing removal dialogues for Spriggan Gloves

Just a FYI, the CBBE and 3BA bodyslides on the conversion post are newer than the ones you linked. Those are April 2021 (v5) these are Dec 2021 (v8).

Any chance for the face huggers to get adjusted to work with beast races?
khajiit and argonians mouths clip through pretty hard. That and the star seed infection body also is invisible for beast races but human works fine.

Probably @DeepBlueFrog forgot to package them. You can copy the LE language files into that folder

Good catch,.. I missed them carrying over changes from LE to SE.

 

I updated my script for future updates.

 

In the meantime, copying them over from LE is safe. The files should be identical.

I will be creating SE pages for all my mods, maintain both LE and SE versions for a while and eventually, support SE only (sometimes next year I think).

 

For SD+, I would answer yes and no. 

The current version is relatively stable and can be part of a long term game.

There is still a potential for game breaking changes at some point though. I am not happy at all with how many of the features flow at the moment, and trying to fix that without an impact on current saves will be a challenge.

I've been using this mod for quite a while now, and I had some questions : first of all, how do you deflate your PC's belly once it has been inflated by a facehugger ? Also, my PC randomly started laying chaurus eggs, was it a consequence of her being inflated by a facehugger ? If her laying chaurus eggs was a consequence of being inflated, could you add hugger eggs to lay them instead of chaurus eggs ? And maybe even add a MCM setting to make the PC pick the eggs instantly after laying them to avoid making a mess on the ground ?

 

I also wanted to confirm to you that the spell to transform into the chaurus queen doesn't work when GodMode is enabled.

the god mode prevents this - ergo the transformation cannot take place

in the no idea how many hundred pages of the treads (LE version) there is also 1-2 posts from me about it

I believe you've got the nodes reversed in the current version. Lower numbers on the body scale sliders produce larger changes, and vice versa. Love the fact that there's an official port now, though! Thanks for your work~

Is there a way to reduce breast size with this mod ? My PC's breast grew a lot and even if I like big breast, this is too much for me.

Edit : I don't know how, but my PC's breast decreased after some time. Could it be the influence of the Chaurus Queen skin ?

Welcome to idiot post number 3 I just can't get this right, So I'm having the issue i posted about before will update Here if installing DD 5.1 fixes it.

 

 

update: yep that fixed it thanks blue for the help...

 

 

 I'm still using the lykiaos race and the facehugger belt doesn't seem  correct. it's fine overall but it doesn't wrap around the waist and the  end of the tail near the legs is kinda bloated.

 

since this seems to be the correct place for it I'm going to post the screenshots here.

 

:Looks to me like something is streatching the model.... i dunno why this is the only one that looks odd.  As I said befor lykaios race, CBBE body with 3bbb addon.
