From what I have seen that is because they have not been properly set up for the game, mostly it is those mods created using xedit, as the ck will automatically assign certain things when you create new records and certain other items, while xedit you have to manually do so, and quite often they are not correctly set up by the mod creator.

If it helps, my fomod options for Atlantean Landscape 1.5.3 are:

Tundra Versions = Standard Tundra

Patches = Terrain Parallax Blending Fix patch, Moss Rocks patch, Skyrim Landscape and Water Fixes patch, Snowy Surfaces Sound Collision and Aesthetics patch.

 

Theres a few load orders posted in the thread, have a quick search, mine has a lot of additional mods so not a good reference for someone new (my spreadsheet with mod list etc is here if you care to look but it probably won't help you)

The only part that really confused me was the ending line... oh man, there are so many patches and some of the installers are not automated. My brain was melting when I saw it.

Would anyone please help me to find a good Stock Game guide? I have some other modlists installed in pc, the problem is that they we're installed using Wabbajack and stock game is a new thing for me. The last time I've followed a modlist guide was like 3 years ago.

Hi there! I have a question.

BethINI config is a little confusing to me. The screenshots show one thing and the instructions say another. I don't really know what to do. I have a RTX 2080, an AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D and 32gb ram. Would anyone please help me choosing good settings? If anyone has a similar pc would you please share some screenshots of how you configured the ini file?

I have an RTX 2080 with a Ryzen 7 3700X and 32GB RAM and play at 4k, I've copied my INI's here for you to look at for reference but keep in mind that I have a massive mod list (way beyond the scope of this guide) and may have made changes to INI's that you don't need, I strongly recommend you follow Aylis instructions going through BethINI.

Just do everything step by step, one at a time, and you should be fine, it's overwhelming to look at the extend of the list but going section by section and step by step and you should be just fine. ?

What do you mean by stock? to me stock means unaltered, unmodded, so just do a fresh install from steam (or wherever) and you're good to go (personally I'd run BethINI and install the unofficial patch as a minimum if I wanted to play stock unmoded).

(Also, it's a little rude to ask for help finding another mod list, in a thread for a mod list someone has put many hundreds of hours into compiling and testing for us)

No, I was not searching for another modlist, also I already found what I've been looking for.

I was reffering to a guide to make a copy of Skyrim's folder to another and configure MO to read only the archives of the second folder while playing and modding, so you don't need to copy any files to Steam folder. There's a way to do that and I found the guide to do so.

I'll follow the instructions exactly as the guide says then.

Hi guys! 

 

I am following the modlist and I saw something that in a first view doesn't make much sense, or maybe it does, I don't really know.
There are two mods that change the books and the book covers.
The mods in question are Book Covers and  Better Books. 
Better books mod is replacing the covers from the first one. 
My question is... shouldn't book covers be placed after better books? Just asking because I don't really know if all the covers will be replaced by better books. Also I don't know which covers look better in game. Sorry if my question sounds silly, that's just something I was thinking about.

Morning all,

 

I've just done a fresh install of Skyrim SE and followed the guide and I'm seeing purple texture on the ground (this is around, but not in, Whiterun).

Solved that problem, turns out there where texture related things in the Quests section, which I hadn't completed yet.

 

Next issue floating heads with invisible armour... weirdly the armour is visible if I kill the NPC and wear it.

 

EDIT: Looks to be Nordic leather and Fur armors that are affected.

As I did with my Fallout 4 game, I also upgraded the environment of my SSE game...here's the result.  Pfuscher's HD texture mods are awesome.  View is from Redoran's Retreat.  As for my PC's marks..it's from a run in with some randy spiders who defeated her. 

UPDATE:  I'd recommend this version of Pfuscher's HD texture mods as it's not as large and I was suffering from occasional CTD's with the original set of PFuscher's mods (probably due to JK's Skyrim mod which has a fix that's included in the link below as well as for Beyond Reach which I also have installed)

Hey! Sup! Good morning everyone.
So, I am finally finishing my mod setup but I have doubt, and I promisse this is going to be the last one... lol
How should I config LOD32 in xLODGen?

No, it causes more issues than it solves.

I have tried using this list, and followed the directions, but I cannot get any physics to work, except for hair.  Is there something I can easily check that would cause a lack of physics?

 

The only mods I do not have loading from this list (thank you by the way) are the Lux mods, as they always cause a CTD.

The modlist is a big list of things to install and you will need to re-install some mods, so they patch things added later in the list, this especially includes Lux/Lux Via/Lux Orbis.

 

For HDT physics, you want CBBE -> XP32 Skeleton (check settings during install) -> Faster HDT-SMP -> CBPC -> bodyslide set to CBBE 3BA SMP + body Preset -> build body -> batch build everything else -> start game, enjoy the jiggle.

Yes i had noticed that mod. First thing i noticed how old it was! Then i thought how many scripts does it have and how much is it going to kill my FPS there has to be an incredible amount of things going on. The main thing was how many patches would be required to make it work with all the modes i already have! So i decided better stay away from that one .
