No, we don't use the version it was made for.

Sorry, but i do not understand it. Is the patch outdated? or is it something else?

I want to be sure about this because modifing main cities could be problematic

@Alabaster_Stone

Ah, those. I had them just before 'RS-Children'. I removed them as they were a bit overpowered and were sometimes able to one-shot you.

@Raikano

Patch is for 1.1 - mod is version 1.2A. So far it has always been problematic if a patch was made for a specific version of another mod. I just removed two mods because of that.

Fair enough,

Also MO2 question, how do you manually add the files that we have to download from here to it? the tutorial video doesn't show how.

Easiest way is to open up the downloads tab on the right and just drag the file in from your downloads folder. Then it'll be treated like any other mod.

Pro tip: Right-click the mod after you install it, select 'Information,' then go to the 'Nexus Info' tab, and at the bottom you can add the LL download page under 'Use Custom URL' for quick reference.

Wenches are ok, i never found any big issue besides really minor details

Yuriana also works really good and it does gets updated, i almost always install it, can vouch that it works pretty well unless you actively try to glitch them out (quests thats it)

Enslaved wenches also works just fine, its just an addon, but the follower system with those custom NPCS its janky at best, i recomend you just bother to free them and call it a day, its not dangerous (save corruption or something) its just janky to interact, maybe you can side-step it with

I personally will try one last time with deadly wenches since i found a patch that makes them less BS to fight. But besides that they are fairly ok to have in the game.

hateful wenches can bring a LOT of issues to the table in my experience (such as AI getting stuck in combat mode, CTDS lag, etc)

forgotten wenches do work Ok enough to have around and in fact i think it fits given what we know of Falmers (not pretty) just be careful around that mission where you have to get the Lexicon, i remember being a nasty glitch where they keep spawning in the final room until it crashes the game.

Never used judgment wenches, may in this playthought since i found "female" Automatons

Wench body works ok, but its not 3BA (i believe), i think someone made a conversion here on LL? you can also make your own or use it as is if you dont mind losing some jiggle

while i understand the reason for being removed here, i have been fine using it so far, the only "mayor" issue you may find on the 3 base (Wenches, Yuriana, enslaved) its a CTD at the first mission on Markath (yuriana) but just reload and it should be ok, i never ever had found issues on tavern wenches, Ensalved wenches are also ok as long as you dont try the follower thingy after rescuing them.

Have funnn

@Aylis"Icy Mesh Remaster" https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/73381 was updated with a added option for

"Real Ice reMastered" https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/80311

on Page 6(6.1) in the FOMOD, now there is a "LOD Patch" for "Real Ice reMastered"

Previously we chose RIS https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/1484

but now that this option is available do we choose "Real Ice reMastered"?

I'm going through the mods and I boot up the game after each section to check and make sure all the mods for that cluster and I've noticed that the game won't register full screen for some reason. It is full screen but it won't be full screen as black bars show up at the top and bottom of my screen making the game feel a little weird to me, any suggestions or know how on how to fix it? I've only installed up to the UI mods so far.

@Alabaster_StoneThe only thing I could think of is since you are using ENB it could be the letterboxing effect your ENB of choice might have enabled by default. I always disable it and that's the first thing I check. It looks like its the letterbox effect from the image. If you didn't install an enb preset yet and its not the letterboxing then I don't know what else it could be.

Well I haven't download or hit an ENB preset yet in this guide, so it might be letterboxing then. I dunno how to access/ get at that though.

@Alabaster_Stone For manual downloads, you can also click the second icon from the left under the File, View, Tools menus.

As for letterboxing, that's weird that it happens before you install the preset. If you go with Pi-Cho as the guide lists you can edit enbeffectpostpass.fx.ini in the enbseries folder and change "Enable Letterbox Bars=true" to =false. I always do that first thing, along with turning off the FPS limit.

I did go with Pi-cho so I wonder if I fucked up during the installation process? I just dragged and dropped the enb series stuff into the main skyrim file and let it overwrite the files of the ENB wrapper and then did the same with the high settings dropping it into the same main folder.

No, that's all your supposed to do--just drag and drop all of the files in the "0. Skyrim SE Folder" from Pi-Cho into your main Skyrim SE folder. The ENB sets the letterbox by default. You have to manually change it (and change it again every time it updates). I would also recommend in game opening the ENB settings (Shift + Return) and turning off Depth of View (it's annoying and ugly to me) and maybe Ambient Occlusion (if you're unhappy with your framerate, it can bump it up 4-5 FPS on some video cards).

@Aylis Good news - Environs Greenwood Shack has updated and now has an additional patch for Alternate Perspective. I'm testing it out now.

That is so weird, I never had the letterbox thing happen to me with the old guide? This is a new issue to me.

It isn't really an issue... In-game, shift+enter, then look for "enbeffectpostpaas.fx", and untick "enable letterbox bars".

Edit: and don't forget to apply and your new configuration.

It depends on the ENB used. Rudy ENB also had it by default, but I've used some that don't. Personally I can't stand it and don't know why anyone would want it.

I'm also playing around with this:

https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/84329

I know some people find it sacrilegious, but I have always really liked the PC having a voice in Fallout 4. I'm not crazy about the voice but with vocal AI advancing rapidly (until it reaches the point where it starts T2: Judgment Day on all our asses) I expect it can only improve. I'm really hoping for a Scandinavia-sounding voice at some point.

I've also been watching like 17 hours of the Dagoth Ur meme and giggling like a moron the entire time.

It makes the game more "cinematic" to play, according to some weridos over at reddit who like playing with letterboxing. They probably like DoF and raindrops on the screen camera as well.

For mods that have a FOMOD like markarth outskirts but you don't mention to tick anything do we just click through it or...?

Generally it's up to user preference sometimes. For patches or certain selections installed through the FOMOD, if it's your first time using the list I would open up all the sections on the list and Ctrl+F through it whenever you're unsure if you need to make a certain selection.
