It's not a special edition issue. I've had this on LE as well. To fix it you need to fiddle with the name change or hair change settings for npc's in the mcm (not the debug conversations for that specific npc). I can't remember exactly what combination of settings fixes it but, once it's progressed, I think you can set them back to how you had them before again.

Oh i definitely got that letter but I thought it was for another mod, because it is not mentioned in the settings for the letter quest. I thought it was just you automatically get letters at the level you set it at.

Do you know exactly which dialogue that is? I had a look but couldn't find it. Because yeah, it should switch like other dialogues do. I don't know if I just forgot to add the variant to that line, or maybe it's conditioned wrong so the bimbo version never plays.

 

Because on the topic of things being conditioned wrong, I just noticed that almost all of Morella's 'babe' dialogue (where she refers to you as her partner) is conditioned checking that she's in the MorellaRelationshipLevel faction instead of the PC, so will never play. I haven't verified ingame yet so I might be wrong, but if I'm right then Morella can currently only say like half of her possible lines!

Or, as another possibility if that's more Anaita's role in the mod, would be to give her a bit of a hypnotic influence over a female PC who reads The Rules.  Not as extensive as The Letter quest, but just if you've read the Rules and get into a conversation with her, she has a chance to tell you to be a Good Girl and you just kinda helplessly have to fuck a guy or put on a sexy outfit (provided) for a bit and your corruption ticks up.

 

Yeah, some dialogue from bimbos encouraging the PC to act more sexy is a nice idea. As for making them actually act on it... well, I'll put it on my list. It'd be a decent amount of effort.

 

As for Anaita, nah, I wouldn't want to give her any actual power like that. She's just meant as an intro to bimbos in the mod, and the Good Girl note serves a a nice little bit of bait to get yourself corrupted.

can i ask why there is no hypno merchant at riften? im at the right side of honeyside but there is no npc. (fresh new game playthrough)

Honestly, given how popular the Hypnosis Questline seems to be, and how limited its interaction with the rest of the mod is, did you consider spinning it off into its own mod? Might make sense to prevent feature bloat (no one wants a new SLS ^^) and allow people who are not into one or the other to use the bits they like without installing a lot of stuff they don't want.

Any chance of a quick start version for the quest? E.g. a MCM option to auto complete the Small treasure quest and start getting hypno letters from the get go.

 

Got bored of going to the mine each playthrough. At the moment, I put days to receive and level to the minimum, wait for the courier to deliver then use the console to complete the small treasure quest straight away. I do that as if I just do the console, the courier still deliveres the small treasure letter.

Played through the quest again and mod. The clothing wasn't forced this time. I think the main problem was I also had the Bimbo Corruption from SL Hormones active as well. I liked the progression into being a ditz with the dreams. 

 

The hypno letters only turned up once my character was a female. Not sure if this is intended as I started off male to test the whole run through. 

 

Overall a fun mod which I did enjoy. For my usual play throughs however it isn't for me.

I think this mod is intended as an alternative to Hormones. Having both running will cause some oddness unless one/both mods get a compatibility patch developed...

My current playthrough only has me as gender-bent and not bimbo-corrupted right now. I'll try to rush thru to fully bimbo-corrupted tonight, then her as a separate save and try to let you know.

I do have her refer to me as babe in the voice lines, and she asks to see my bed and stuff. Thing is, she'll say some stuff about wanting to do acrobatics on the bed, etc, but then when I go to her about having sex she says she's not in the mood. I figure I might need to give her more gifts? I just tend to hoard all my jewelry is the problem. >.>

That's not a bad idea but, ugh, it'd be so much effort. Maybe I'll look into doing it after 1.9.

I'll add one. For now, you could do setstage CC_HypnoQuest_1 40 in the console. No need to change the days or level, since for those only affect the courier delivering the first note- once you've got the note, the quest just goes.

Yeah, it's certainly not a mod that everyone's going to want to use 100% of the time. I'm glad you enjoyed your time with it though!

 

The hypno letters only start for a male character if you enable that in the MCM, since some parts of it don't work perfectly with a male PC. It's good enough that I allow it, but annoying enough that I disable it by default.

Well the complication is that you can "cure" it with Bimbo Tonics but each one only lasts for 8 hours so you have to keep using them.

Ah, ok. Hopefully I'm wrong and those lines are all playing, or maybe it's just some of them that are conditioned wrong. I'll have to take a proper look.

 

I've been meaning to adjust Morella'a more horny lines to only play if she's actually in the mood. The way it works is that interactions with her (complements, hugs, gifts) build 'mood points', and she'll agree to sex once you have enough. She is, functionally, a vending machine where you put in complements and sex falls out, which is something I'm working on improving for 1.9!

Hm. I had a search through the mod's files and usage data links and I can't see any references to that spell effect at all. So that means no quick fix, unfortunately. I'll take a deeper dive into it later. Let me know if you come across any more info, it might give somewhere to start looking.

My best guesses would be SLHormones, OAroused, or OSLAroused, by that description, but I'm honestly not too sure.

Turned off OAroused and OSLAroused, that didn't fix it. 

Maybe it's some kind of combat movement overhaul that's causing the issue?

EDIT: On further testing, the reverse boob job only happens during sex scenes.
Console logs mention MusSOSManager to disable actors, and, in the case of the current scene, an animation as '$Zap_Wri_Boobjob01'.

EDIT 2: Tested interactions with SkyClimb, and it looks like boobs remain unaffected by mantling with that mod. Similar with parrying using Elden Parry, no effect there.

EDIT 3: Also interesting to note that piercings retain their position (on the nipple of where the boobs are supposed to be), but the boobs disappear for the duration of the scene. Pretty sure that's significant, but not sure what it means.

You didn't accidentally activate the nude suits in SexLab?

The ZAZ Animations, while some are nice, are problematic these days, I don't even activate them anymore.

Did not know those were a thing (the nude suits)... and what sort of problematic are we talking about here?

EDIT: I can confirm that the Nude Suits are disabled in SexLab's MCM.

I highly recommend making separate racemenu presets for your character for a bimbo and non-bimbo version of them. You can check my signature for Bof's Babes n Bimbos for an example of what I mean. Sorry for the shameless self plug, but this is the exact reason I started doing it myself lol.

Well for starters they are added directly to the SL Animations, without going via SLAL, so can't be controlled by it. I also found that for some weird reason they get 'preferred' in many situations (often to the occlusion of all other anims), even if the anim filtering in ZAZ is disabled. They also seem to align just as badly for me as many of the 'original' SL animations.

Is there a way to turn them off without removing the ESM? Asking because it seems to be a dependency for YPS, but if this might fix the issue that was bugging me, it'd be a big help.

Well, you can just not enable them when starting a new game. After enabling them though I failed to get rid of them again, you can't unregister them using SLAL for obvious reasons. You can reset the Animation Registry in SL and they will show up as disabled in the ZAZ MCM afterwards. For some reason SL still continued to use them though, not sure if that's just due to how ZAZ registers the animations, or was caused by a bug or even another mod (perhaps connected to SLU++ and the expansion to the SL animation registry it does). At any rate, I could not get rid of them except by starting a new game. You can try though, nothing to lose, perhaps it will work as it should with your LO.

Hi. I'm not up to date with information whether once discused idea of goth bimbos has been accepted or not but in case You haven't given up on it I'd like to share some slavetats for 3ba i made for myself with that idea in mind. I used blender to place it on uv map so they're not getting wierdly distorted in game (unless they're palced on a body with bizzare proportions). I don't know your additude towards using someone else's ip so if it bothers you just ingnore those files or let me know to delete this message (i used pics from google graphics and downloaded some fancy fonts that are free 4 personal use).  bos tats.7z

It depends on the body you use. I have CBBE on LE and that means I experience a lot of clipping with larger boobs.

A few years ago I used another body (CLAMS) that was a lot better in a lot of ways, except that it lowered my framerate below 10 FPS.

There were other downsides as well; CBBE clothing didn't automatically fit and well.. I just accepted clipping.

 

Maybe there is a fix though, let's hold our breathes together and wait for someone to end our misery.
