Obryanov Posted June 13 Posted June 13 Every time I think of this mod, I remember that nobody has ever made slapping versions of barehanded animations while the difference between punching and slapping is too great to simply edit existing animations. Would have opened a bunch of opportunities for related effects, like a chance to break nails after a successful barehanded attack in hardcore mode to further discourage combat.

Would waiting over and over make the wait go faster? Yeah, as SkyAddiction says- it's a consequence of how I implemented the timer, as a tradeoff against needing multiple competing timers for the curse. In normal gameplay, the timer oddities aren't really noticeable. I have a a lot of other dialogue mods so i was trying to turn off the new dialogue npcs gain just the hello idle and bumps ones. I went into SSEedit and found what i think is giving them new dialogue and gave them impossible conditions but it didn't seem to do anything my followers still say bimbo idles hellos and goodbyes These are the four that i found that were labeled hellos idle bumps goodbyes. Is there other dialogue topics that list these as well? This is the impossible condition i added to all of the hellos goodbyes idles and bumps. I'm relatively new to SSEedit so maybe this is not correct or maybe what I want to do is not possible. Any help would be nice . Also thank you for the mod can't wait for the next update. I think, remembering back to when I first implemented it, the bimbo hellos/goodbyes in the CC_BimbofyFollower quest refused to play, so I rewrote them inside one of the other quests (possibly CC_HypnoQuest) instead? So if I'm remembering right, you've probably blocked off the 'fake' ones, and the real ones are elsewhere, still valid and playing. Yes, there's a variety of things bimbo NPCs will do on their own. But since it's hooked into Skyrim story manager scene system, they're not very common. I might make a custom system for it in a future patch (since I've already made a system like that for the Dwemer brainwashing helmet). 20 hours ago, xNitroxx said: I have a question. I'm using BoS version 1.9.0.6, and the hypnosis quests don't work, even after reinstalling. The first quest, "Anonymous Letter", appears completely empty and nothing happens. I tried updating to the current version 1.9.0.7 , but even with the SE patch, FNIS says that it is not compatible with SE, and my character is stuck walking in a T-pose. Am I missing something? In version 1.9.0.6, FNIS works fine and doesn't show this error. That's really weird. If use the console to set stage CC_HypnoQuest_1 to stage 20, does it proceed as expected? 9 hours ago, Obryanov said: Every time I think of this mod, I remember that nobody has ever made slapping versions of barehanded animations while the difference between punching and slapping is too great to simply edit existing animations. Wut1969 Posted June 14 Posted June 14 I have this feeling that @JohnConstantin2431 is the same person as @Chillie Jacky who was here about a month ago. I wonder if this is true.

It's why they all have the same problems and ask the same questions. Edited June 14 by SkyAddiction 1

I don't mind people asking questions, I have had lots of questions and honestly, I still have, but it is the way they ask them.

I was referring to unarmed animations, not slapping butts (though the two wouldn't be mutually exclusive). There's not much to use for combat in general. Some of gunslicer's animations work, but they aren't quite there (they are for women that are just sexy, not bimbos that are trying to fight). Non-sex animations for NSFW content are a rarity, but at least we have a bunch of idle and movement animations.
Lilith_Galac Posted June 15 Posted June 15 eeee I'm so so excited to hear that BoS is close to an update!! Super excited to see what you've been cooking up! 5
Wut1969 Posted June 15 Posted June 15 I haven't tried it, but there is this: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/181568. It could be a start, as the animations are there.

DrSeptimus Posted June 15 Posted June 15 (edited) Sorry, I completely forgot the keyword effect. What is the effect for this keyword again? CC_Keyword_PiercingNipple [KYWD:070ED5C5] CC_SluttyEffect [KYWD:07157BFA] And I cannot remember if CC_CumPotion can be apply to wine and beer. CC_CumPotion [KYWD:079FB238] And CC_SluttyItem [KYWD:07A37E96], do I need to equip the item? I am installing new armor and potion mod and completely forgot what each keyword does. Would love to have a list where I don't need to install it in post. I've had several PMs from users asking me to fix their mod lists, even offering to pay me. There's no way I'm the only one who's had that happen. All used Wabbajack lists. I suppose BoS might not be on most lists, but the end result doesn't matter. If they're not going to at least deconflict and clean every single mod and build their own compatibility patches, they're doomed to experience the same newbie problems I had back in 2013, and unlike then, people will just ignore them for failing to put in the minimal effort for a stable load order. I often scan through mod lists (not Wabbajack lists) to see if they've found interesting mods or useful patches I don't know about. This is the most comprehensive mod list I've ever seen for Skyrim, and almost certainly the most competent. Look at the amount of work that goes into getting it up and running, and that's with premade compatibility patches that are regularly updated. Note that if the exact list isn't followed, all compatibility patches must be built by the user. If someone wants to use a Wabbajack list and then go through each mod and deconflict them, they can go right ahead. That's fine. However, if they want to drop a list into MO2, slap BoS or any other complex mod on top and then expect other people to fix their issues, they're going to, justifiably, get virtual side-eye and silence. 1
jib_buttkiss Posted June 16 Author Posted June 16 Now, I know I'm meant to be finalising and polishing features for the next update, instead of working on new things... but Hexbolt's update to Love Sickness the other day had me feeling inspired: On 6/16/2026 at 1:51 AM, DrSeptimus said: Sorry, I completely forgot the keyword effect. If you find ones like you've described, link them and I can add those too! 2 hours ago, Balgin said: MCM refresh never worked before but I hope we'll all get to find out pretty soon one way or another. Ah- then yeah you'll need a new save to access the new MCM page for bimbo skill loss. I separated it out so now you can choose which skills can get lost when you get dumber, but it was too much to leave on the one page. 2

It's not a feature I use often because there are a few skills I don't think should be lost, but being able to choose will probably guarantee that I will next time around. 1

New pages added to the mcm need new saves or they just don't appear. Ironically old saves that don't have BOS on their mod list (so pre BOS saves) get the full mcm on load as if they were a new game.

Cool to see something similar integrated!
