I would also like to add that I received your modifications from a site where the authorship was not indicated, and I did not know who the author of these wonderful modifications was. There are many sites offering such mods, and not all of them indicate the author. I am not a Loverslab user, I registered only today, after your subscriber's comment.

I think the people complaining here are, as we say, "making a mountain out of a molehill." And free distribution of mod collections gives more people the opportunity to benefit from the fruits of your labor.

Hello, I lost the dog!

He and Murphy accompanied me to the Porn Studio, but once I was sent back to the Whore House, the dog was gone (if I remember correctly, he should have come back with me). Back at the Whore House, he wasn't there either.

The problem with this is that Lindstrom sends you to sleep, and then you have to train with the dog, which is impossible not to do. And if the dog isn't there, well, it crashes (well, I have a loading screen for this AAF scene that never ends).

I have no option to summon the dog in the MCM cheat menu.

Hahaha, this matter is much simpler in China. If I find someone selling your MOD, I will report it directly to the police or report the relevant website to the Cyberspace Administration of China. Hahaha

Translation groups on most well-known Chinese websites only redistribute MODs rather than sell them. Admittedly, this isn't entirely ideal either, because many websites use these MODs as resources to attract attention. However, given that many foreign websites are inaccessible in China, the situation remains rather ambiguous. We have thus established a set of rules, which require displaying the original authors and original release pages. We also strongly detest those who integrate a large number of MODs and sell them as their own works. In fact, the reason I started translating MODs is that there was someone selling integrated MODs and even mocked those who tried to stop them when accused.

What version do you have? A couple of versions ago I added a script to send Snoopy to the Whore House, after filming for the porn studio.

The authorship thing is a bit annoying, but it's what it means to share these things online. I remember finding a couple of my stories in an "erotic story collection" sold on Amazon. Several authors took it down, but this type of plagiarism is so common that there are probably more out there.

Within your mod - add graphics, in game books, posters, billboards and such with subtle info about it being your mod and info to your donation site.

 

They may bundle and redistribute your mod, but I doubt they will take the time to replace stuff.

You could make the added graphics and info a story about the legendary technician/coder/engineer/savior that is you.

Alternatively you could make a separate highly dependent, highly identifiable mod like TurboDriver does with the Sim4 mod which if not used with the main mod blocks some content.

If you're going to include other people's work, just remember to include the authorship. I gave someone else permission to publish my "Nuka Ride" mod on a Russian site, and I don't even have a problem with that person receiving donations. They even take the time to troubleshoot or respond to their users, who can't access sites like these.

 

My mod is free for everyone, so a shout-out to those who helped make it happen is all I ask.

Sounds like a good idea, but it breaks the immersion a bit. I remember a Skyrim mod where a courier approaches you to give you a letter in which the author asks for donations to his Patreon xD I said, “I'll never do this in my fucking life.”

 

Though I do something like that is at the beginning of the mod. If the mod doesn't start it's scripts, Murphy tells you this.

First, I don't know why you are so aggressive. Well, maybe Russian comrades are all so belligerent. What has my country done to offend you?

Second, have you sold it? If you have, then you are a thief, regardless of whether the author minds or not.

Third, if we have to elevate it to the national level, I can only say that fake products have a huge market in your country, while in ours, it is illegal. Started a fresh run on 2.8.2g and running into an issue I haven't seen on previous playthroughs - Medium Bomb is missing when Lindstrom tells you to go talk to him outside after completing The Hooker. The Scavver quest also does not start, though this may be normal as I don't remember if it's supposed to start after you talk to Medium Bomb or after the initial convo with Lindstrom.

 

If I try teleporting myself to Medium Bomb via RefID, it teleports me right outside the whore house where he usually floats, though he's not there ofc. Nothing much has changed about my load order from the last time I played CS but I checked for conflicts just in case - nothing other than a few records superseded by Nuka Ride, but I've always used CS and NR together.

 

I'm avoiding this for now by skipping part 1 of the mod but I'm assuming Medium is gonna be missing later on for other quests too.

Well, he doesn't appear because the quest couldn't start. There are some aliases that aren't optional, meaning if they're not filled out, the quest can't start. These are:

Jared - If something killed him, his alias will not be able to be filled.

The Weapon Workbench near the Lexington Redrocket - A mod that modifies the map could be the cause. But I play Desperados, which is a massive map change, but things like workbenches and other furniture remain.

 

Try starting it manually as a test.

Starting it manually did not work. Jared is alive; not sure about the workbench but I'll try to track it down.

 

That said, I tried asking Lindstrom to let me go scavenging and this time The Scavver started and Medium appeared - this is on a new save after force skipping part 1 of CS. I guess that means the workbench must exist. Maybe something just broke with my original save.

I have the latest version, so I check regularly to see if there are new versions for your mods.
But Snoopy hasn't arrived at the Whore House he must have gotten lost!
Could you add an option in the MCM/cheat to summon Snoopy like you can for other important characters?

happy friday, i hope this finds you well. in the new version you just posted, I see in the fomod options there is now a toggle for compatibility with vtaw wardrobe, cool! does this mean that the previous vtaw wardrobe + previews patch is now obsolete and can be disabled? thank you!!!

Yep. You can delete the old one. I added some special keywords to the dresses and skirts, thinking about future futa content. And since there are so many outfits, there will still be more stuff to edit in the future. So it's better to package it now in fomod.

Suggestion: Would be cool if the PC gets stripped on Whore Room punishment and the clothing gets stored in the suitcase in her room. Is a bit more immersive to face the "john's" naked as a punishment instead being sent there fully dressed. Usually i can do small overrides myself, got it to work for DD but im absolutely clueless and get's several warnings while trying to compile CS Script. Shame on me! Would really appreciate it if you consider implementation of that in a future update:-)

Sure, but I'll make it optional, because I like to have some pieces equipped (tops, stockings, heels) during intercourse. ✔️
