Alright question. I've been playing the mod for a few days now. I'm currently in "The Scaver" mission. And I have Nooo clue what's happening.
I think the timer is not resetting as I progress the quest.
At first when I spoke with Medium Bomb it asked to find weapons and what not.
Alright. I searched for a few in game hours before the timer would tick quickly out of nowhere and blow up even though I had basically a whole day to go about.
So I figured that the timer must have bugged out. I spoke to The Bomb and learned that that's how you conclude the scavenging part and that actually just picking up very few scraps was enough.

Okay, he asks us to go back to corvega, I followed. Boom. Died moments after starting.     The timer isn't turning off
Okay.
Reload savefile from not long ago and gun it to the stage where we meet the raiders at corvega. Boom     Dead mid convo.
I reload a savefile moments after I get out of the whore house and meet Medium bomb and have it move on to the next stage of the job.
I manage to make it as far as meeting the group of minutemen and start piling them up.
Boom    Dead midway through stacking them up.

I don't know what's happening. I figure some mod like  Dynamic Timescale enhancer  (?) May be messing with it? I mean still I am sure that for every moment it says that a timer is being reset to a new time frame or disabled it simply isn't nor is the time it says actually accurate.
I read while searching the topic here that there's a cheat to disable timer. Good enough I though. Alright!

The timer goes off anyways and I get blown up moments after I start making my way back.


Invulnerability cheat doesn't work on it either in MCM. All I can try now is perhaps TGM command and see if that by passes it.

Anyhow. I figure commands to skip to the next stage should fix it? I am unsure on how that works. While being at this stage, what commands should I input? Or should I reload a save from aaaallll the way back before I started the quest, start it, and then input a command to skip it while at the whore house? Anyhow that's all your honor. Thanks for your attention. Hope you have a good day. I'm amazed by the mod. I've seen fully voice acted mods that don't get as well written or developed as this one.

Oh one thing I noticed during this mission now that I think about it. Jared kept trying to initiate a convo to fuck.
Is there a timer for how long can you take or ignore him before it goes off? I noticed that he may just not say anything but have started the convo as far as the game was concerned and I didn't notice because you must move your camera to a specific angle while he's in PA so the dialogue options to answer back at him, so instead no answer options would show up and instead my character's nickname would appear with some subtitles as though she was saying some generic lines instead.
I mean. I can't fuck him while in this mission because he dumb's out and forgets how to re enter PA after an AAF scene plays out but keeps trying to basically stranding himself next to the PA he tries to re-enter,      and we are currently on the move. If I stop to speak with him I will go too far away from the rest and another timer kicks in.               Aaaahhhhhh

So is my best bet to just try to stay as far away from him as possible so as to avoid triggering that from him while we walk? Could that be the case?

That collar sound is not mine, it's Raider Pet's. This mod really doesn't get along very well with Raider Pet. Also that mod puts you in a faction where NOBODY attacks you and this mod loses charm like that. 

 

And you don't solve that by uninstalling Raider Pet. 

 

That dialogue is Raider Pet's, you notice it because:

 

  • he has no voice. 
  • It makes no sense in that context. 

 

It's literally the scenario I joked about here.

Running the latest version of AAF (V171-0) does give me other issues I can't find. Everything works fine. Other story mods also work fine. All anims start correctly, furniture is used etc and the scene stops. But when it does the quest stages never advance. Had it on both the 'Thorns' and 'Truce' quest. So I manually have to advance to the next stage using 'setstage'. It appears CS no longer hooks properly and can't detect when the scene is done?

 

The only AAF errors that appear in the log seem quite unimportant?

Hi, I'm having the same issue as this, the quest stages do not advance after every aaf animations, did you resolve this? Thank you!

One user said that everything worked again after uninstalling the “Daily Life Of Hookers AAF Patch”, see if it works for you too.

Hiii, tried unsinstalling and removing the "daily life of hookers" as well as its aaf patch, sadly still not working dor me :(

No it's the end of the mod. I you choose the true ending, the brothel will be saved and you can go back & work there.. no Raiders, if you choose.

Uninstaling mods in mid game is not wise. And I don't understand how people can say Hard or Safe Save. There is no such thing.

Effectively, you are running mods that edit the UI and that consumes memory. Note that I'm not referring to your specific PC memory, but to the memory at which the Fallout engine handles. Before Buffout arrived, many of us suffered the same thing:  CTD when opening perks or pipboy. 

 

Here are some culprits. 

 

  • Schnips - Workshop Rearranged - VIS-G Patch.en
  • Scrap Everything - Ultimate Edition.esp (My mod is not compatible with this mod by the way). 

 

Possibly my (minimal) Lexington map edition requires some nifs that don't exist due to the irruption of those mods.

At the moment I am in chemistry table do some drugs... I have nice mod that player humming ( NexusMod link to Workbench Humming - Cut content restored ) while use Workbench... that measn...when use workbench, crafting, cooking ect ect.... and here is my idea... how about to change this humming into female crying or sobbing? Maybe you could integrate it with the CS mod... but in this case, Workbench Humming would not be compatible... and I like it very much :(

Hello. This mod has been amazing so far, but as I'm nearing the end quest I seem to be getting an error. I'm at the correctional facility and as soon as the survive Dwayne portion of the quest begins my quest bugs. I have about 3 seconds before I get teleported to the back wall and get "Your adventure ended." Even if I dont take a single hit. I've tried putting god mode on, i've tried to kill him with console commands I've even tried to skip it by setting stage, but I still get that message. One time I even manage to kill him in the 3 seconds. It let me put the synth device on him and he teleported out, but I still got teleported to back wall and got "Your adventure ended." I've tried to load to older saves out side of the facility, even one still on the harvester field, the same thing keeps happening. Has anyone else had this problem and is there a fix?

Ah, that sounds like a typical brawl bug that you can fix in two ways. 

Install Unofficial Fallout Patch
Or install Brawl Bug Fix

Basically the bug gives you forfeit the fight the instant it starts.

Amusingly, my character never breaks down to cry in the story. I've been asked to use tear overlays and, for some reason, that's not a line I want to cross. You'll have to make a patch for your own personal use.

Absolutely amazing mod, I can't even begin to imagine the work that went into it. Thank you for this.

 

Would it be possible to give the player an option via the MCM that in the good ending, (when staying an addict) rather than being able to find slavers jet in the commonwealth, it would only be available as a reward for continuing to work at the whore house? (Since it's seems to be a pretty unique variety this would make sense in-world too and likely the new owner would know how to produce it for you). This would give an incentive to keep working there and just more flavor to the ending and permanent consequences.

 

Also, the character no longer does the actual animation when taking slavers jet after the main story ended, is that intentional or is something messed up?

That's a good idea, I'll implement it in the next update. If the character is a junkie she'll receive caps + 1 slavers jet per client.

 

I'm not sure about the latter. She shouldn't have to stop doing the animation. I'll have to test it, but now I'm more focused on my other mod.

Hey buddy! Let me just start by saying that you are a real guru when it comes to modding! This is by far one of the best fo4 mods for me, and I don't even consider playing Fo4 without this mod. It's like how it is supposed to be in post-apocalypse era. Ehh, if only bethesda had a bit more cohones to implement something like that xD

 

Just one quick question, is there a way to make junkie perk ( nervous and depressed poses ) not to affect my weapon animations? Or at least could I set a timer for duration of the poses after my junkie gal consumes some Slavers Jet?

just want to say I finished the mod and it was amazingly fun I hope to see more of your works since they are really good! the only problem I had was even tho my character was super submissive I was not able to wear clothes and I felt too lazy to check why it was not happening, so I just used cheat to give myself permission. nice mod thank you

Aww man really? Dang no wonder. That makes complete sense you're right.
Totally went over me that I had that mod and of course it deals with the same raiders.
So my out is to essentially disable it and restart it all over right?
Dang. Wished there was a way to fast forward in the story.

I just started this mod and so far everything works pretty good but I have run into a couple problems. The first is that the default slave collar for some reason repeatedly shocks me until death even with no armor or weapon equipped. I was able to solve it by changing to the alternative collar which doesn't randomly kill me for some reason. The other issue is that some of the raider bosses (so far Jared and Chancer) are females and have no voiced dialogue and it seems through the dialogue they are intended to be male. I think it's because of this A Bit Prettier Raider Faces at Fallout 4 Nexus - Mods and community (nexusmods.com) mod. 

Jared in my game looks just like the children of atom looking woman in the first picture of the mod I linked so I can say with certainty that this mod is the culprit.
