  4. You can paint weights by hand. I think if you invert the mask that hides the unweighted parts it would only show those areas that would need hand painting, as the auto feature isn't up to the job. I don't think that would help with the skirt moving like pants. That aside; I didn't even understand what exactly those masks on the unweighted vertices are for, do you believe I know how to paint weights properly?!   6. That's not at all what i expected. Seemes to be happening when I copy the bone weights but I have no idea how to fix that. When you copy the bone weights part of the outfit isn't getting weighted, then a mask is applied on save which hides the unweighted area of the outfit, hence the shredded look. You have to increase the search radius value on copy bone wieghts until on "save as" you don't get a warning message, this means its AOK. You can get larger values than the slider gives by just entering a number in the box.

  9. Bit.ly has generated a warning that's all and it could be due to the use of shorteners. There is a link on the bit.ly warning page that allows you to continue at your own risk. I've dl'd the file before and found no problems with it.

  13. I converted an outfit to hdt bodyslide but I have a question regarding etiquette. The outfit meshes had to be re-assembled from two sources due to oblivion t-pose, one source was the original outfit on Nexus (armours) and the other was an authorised collection mod from way back (boots and gloves in Skyrim pose). As such it would have to include those meshes and the reworked esp to be functional, what is the etiquette I should be following here, contact the original author (hard as he isn't a native English speaker) and ask for permission or share it anyway? I am asking as I want to do the right thing by the author of the original mod.
