Vithiss Posted March 21, 2014 Posted March 21, 2014 Everybody just stands in place moaning. I have Sexlab Framework installed and it said it was installed with an in-game message, as did Defeat. I've ticked the two mod's check boxes in the mod loader. I've ran FNIS 15-20 times probably. I used BOSS for load order. I checked all the boxes in FNIS as well. I'm lost as what I'm missing. Any ideas? First question is do the sex animations work with other mods. If yes then it is something with defeat. If no then it is something with your animations, FNIS, or sexlab not installed correctly or having a conflict. Defeat is the only Sexlab mod I installed. Try with matchmaker http://www.loverslab.com/topic/17343-sexlab-matchmaker-rev-6-updated-11102013/?hl=%20match%20%20maker It is super simple, just two spells. If animations work with it then SexLab is ok, and FNIS. It will at least narrow things down some. Good luck.

Well I assume you mean defeat is the only sexlab mod other than sexlab it's self and the required mods for sexlab. If that is the case do as the other poster suggested and add another mod of some sort and test it. See if the animations start with it. If they do then yes it is a issue with this mod, if they don't then it has nothing to do with this mod and is a bigger issue and you should make a new thread in the support thread asking for help.

It turns out that the animations start about ten seconds after the sounds start. False alarm. Thanks for the advice though.
gvman3670 Posted March 22, 2014 Posted March 22, 2014 every time i open the console i get a dialog coming up "Companion under orders" with a cancel or clean up options. It's from hitting the "0" key. Happens to me, too.
gvman3670 Posted March 22, 2014 Posted March 22, 2014 well thats really obnoxious... and honestly made me uninstall the mod entirely. What? Hitting the zero key is obnoxious?

Aelie Posted March 22, 2014 Posted March 22, 2014 well thats really obnoxious... and honestly made me uninstall the mod entirely. What? Hitting the zero key is obnoxious? it is when youre constantly typing things in the console and every time you type a box opens that you have to close

Hitting the zero key is obnoxious? it is when youre constantly typing things in the console and every time you type a box opens that you have to close you type that many 0 that frequently? beside, if you type the 0 slowly (wait a fraction of second before and after typing it), the box doesnt open (and I even have the feeling it's only when one type two consecutive 0, but I may be wrong)
Aelie Posted March 22, 2014 Posted March 22, 2014 i dont think there are almost any formids that dont have a 0 or three in them
00ptic Posted March 22, 2014 Posted March 22, 2014 You could just change it to some other key (I think mine is on the =).
Princessity Posted March 22, 2014 Posted March 22, 2014 Yah that key is configurable in MCM Aelie ^^ I think you can even null it
MacDakka Posted March 22, 2014 Posted March 22, 2014 Aye, and you can leave the window open in the background, finish everything you do in your console without minding it and then close it once you are done, since it will not interfere with the console, just stay in the background. It is a bit obnoxious, I agree, but it happens with a lot of mods that use hotkeys to open information windows. You could also use 'Better Messagebox Controls' and not even have to move your mouse and click anymore, just press E (or whatever your Activate key is) with the Cancel option highlighted.
Guest Posted March 22, 2014 Posted March 22, 2014 Yeah, in my experience that dialogue box has absolutely no effect on any of the codes.
-Wulfy- Posted March 23, 2014 Posted March 23, 2014 I'm not sure if I missed this or that it isn't there, but is there a way to set the strip options to be regulated by the main Sexlab menu only? If not it might be a nice idea when wanting to switch some options around. I think it'll be nicer if it's all in one menu for all Sexlab mods that strip your clothes. =)
magicrealm Posted March 24, 2014 Posted March 24, 2014 Is this mod still supported ? Will there be any update ? what about hideout ?
nutluck Posted March 24, 2014 Posted March 24, 2014 Is this mod still supported ? Will there be any update ? what about hideout ? Yes, yes, broken off into separate add on mod. That was the short answer. The long answer is, Guobo has been working on a huge update that completely reworks large parts of this mod and adds more features for awhile now. As for when it will be done... when it's done. I would rather he take his time and make sure he covers everything he can than try and rush it. The hide out is going to be a add on mod that will get worked on after this next big update.
originalwankster Posted March 24, 2014 Posted March 24, 2014 Speaking of, I'm not sure if this has been addressed already, but will the next update be compatible with old Defeat saves or will a new save be required?
nutluck Posted March 24, 2014 Posted March 24, 2014 Speaking of, I'm not sure if this has been addressed already, but will the next update be compatible with old Defeat saves or will a new save be required? Don't think it has been brought up yet, and until the update is done might not know. But since defeat doesn't run scripts all the time my guess is it will be safe to do and work fine to update it. As long as you do it in a place where nothing of defeat is running before you uninstall and update.
D_ManXX2 Posted March 24, 2014 Posted March 24, 2014 I was wondering if the rag doll on sex end could cause the npc to look alive even after they died ?? Sexlab had more problem occurring when rag doll is enabled and was wondering if this could be side effect of that. Normally when npc dies they would rag doll looking like they died but with the rag doll on in sexlab i have not seen any rag dolling at all when npc dies just a static pose before defeat registers the npc as dead but by that time the npc would make some kind of weird moon walk movements. like they still alive. Also maybe in FNIS could also be problem that makes this bug like the draugr standing instead of sleeping pose when you don't have any DLC installed.
Killerwolf1010 Posted March 25, 2014 Posted March 25, 2014 I'm still having trouble with the Active System. Doesn't matter what I set the settings to, for some reason the lower level and weaker the enemy, the harder it is for me to grapple them. No trouble grappling much stronger enemies than me in combat. The rolls I'm getting are so weird, like they're reversed for what the system should be doing: Resist: Level 1 Bandit victim with like 10% health vs Me at level 8, a werewolf with 260 health, 260 stamina. Can't grapple her at all. Bonus Chance: 0% = 0% rolls Bonus Chance: 100% = -120% rolls Player Low Stamina Bonus Chance: 0% = 83% Player Low Stamina Bonus Chance: 100% = -17% Why is everything backwards...
D_ManXX2 Posted March 25, 2014 Posted March 25, 2014 Has anyone seen this bug with Rob command ?? Sometimes i click the rob the armor it goes correctly but sometime when i then click on rob shoes the npc suddenly have all new clothes on again. This seem to happen mostly on Bandit NPC.
pihwht Posted March 25, 2014 Posted March 25, 2014 Has anyone seen this bug with Rob command ?? Sometimes i click the rob the armor it goes correctly but sometime when i then click on rob shoes the npc suddenly have all new clothes on again. This seem to happen mostly on Bandit NPC. Most, maybe all, npcs have outfits. If they lose their clothes/armor eventually their default outfit will be restored unless they are player teammates. That is why your followers will wear what you give them until you tell them to go home and why lydia will often put her old steel armor back on if she has been dismissed. Different things can trigger restoration of the outfit, and if never makes much sense to me. Apparently, stealing someone's shoes prompts the game to check on what they are wearing. Who would have thought.
monolith Posted March 25, 2014 Posted March 25, 2014 Bethesdas famous "default outfit". This has driven many a modder to insanity, madness and despair . There are miles and miles of forum posts on this on the nexus and bethesda sites. Nothing Goubo or anyone can do about it I think. UFO edited most of the persistent npcs so it does not happen, but generic stuff like bandits and necromancers still benefit from their default outfit. So it's not a bug, it's a feature.
peter321 Posted March 25, 2014 Posted March 25, 2014 Hi, first of all:nice mod! Is it compatibel with Death Alternative - Your Money or Your Life? and if so, should i load it after or befor it? cheers

Another poster suggested in a bit back and Goubo said he had come up with a indepth system of his own for this mod.
