Also to answer the question, no the lack of a version number isn't the problem. That's a new feature in FNIS that hasn't really been adopted yet by many mods.

Make sure you're running FNIS for Users with administrator privileges. Also, try installing Matchmaker and using the "Irresistible attraction" spells to start a sex scene. If you can have sex using the Matchmaker spells but not Submit through the seduction dialogues then that would narrow it down to your Submit install. You might just have to deactivate the mod then reactivate it.

 

By the way, any time you add, remove, update, etc any mod that FNIS lists when it runs (or would list when it runs), you need to run FNIS again. If you still can't get it to work, enable papyrus logging if you haven't already, load up the game, try to initiate a sex scene with Submit. Wait about 30 seconds or so, giving it enough time that whatever is failing will show up, then exit the game and post your papyrus log. Also post your load order under a spoiler tag.

 

If your papyrus logging isn't enabled then go into your skyrim.ini file and add the following down at the bottom:

matchmaker doesnt work, says something along the lines of 'your spell fizzled and failed to affect XXXXX'

i added that to my skyrim.ini, opened the game, tried both submitting and matchmaker, nothing happened. then i open Documents\My Games\Skyrim\Logs the folder is empty does not even have a script folder in logs

 

@fredfish cant remember exactly what error it gave, was something along the lines of bad installation directory when i copied the game with usb drive to a laptop. I try this morning on desktop and it run with no error

You edited the skyrim.ini file in the documents/my games/Skyrim folder, right? If not, that's the one you need to edit and put in the Papyrus stuff into.

What race is your character? What is the race of the target you keep trying?

• Added option to disable the player from being raped if they surrender.  This allows a death-less alternative to simply reloading upon losing, including being robbed of gear, but without the player being raped.

 

What is this? A new update?!

 

I was going to start playing Skyrim again for the first time in forever, when I had a dilemma:

 

Do I make a male character, and enjoy prowling dungeons and old forts, preying on all of those lovely, naughty bandit ladies?  Well, I could do that, but then I wouldn't make any use of the entire player surrender half of the mod, because, sorry, don't want to watch my dude get buggered!    

 

Or do I make a female character, and risk the poor girl's booty every time she slinks into those same dungeons and old forts, knowing that at any moment, some dirty bandit could have his wicked way with her.  Well, I could do that, but then it wouldn't have the same appeal when she was one taking advantage of others.

 

So, I realized, a minor MCM option could be added, that would remove the player rape when they were the victim (They would still properly be robbed of gear and/or gold), and keep the naughty s3xx0rz when they were the victor.  Huzzah!

 

For those with a similar mindset, enjoy!  For those that liked the way it was, don't worry, the option is turned on by default that will allow player rape to happen, so basically nothing would change for you.

thank you! i'm starting a new game and was thinking just about this same thing - just robbing + putting on some of those devious devices. BUT what would be really really great is randomization of the events - kill/rape/rob and first and foremost rape+kill, so  you would never know what awaits you in the end of the scene. is it at least theoretically possible to implement?

Having some crashes after I lose fights. I have auto-surrender on and when I lose a fight, I go through the ropes off...well, ya know, and then when they're finished I CTD with no error. Sometimes they'll bind my character up and it will crash shortly after that, but it's only when I lose a fight and auto-surrender and after I get worked on. Any ideas?

Have a queery about submit shouting people.

 

When I submit shout a bandit or anybody really, they either work correctly and give the dialogue "Submit or die!" option or they just say "Good morning!" or "Umm-hmm?" with no chat box appearing at all. Is this a known glitch?

Everything goes well until my character is hogtied on the ground. When i press the the key to attempt an escape, i get an instant game crash. What could be causing this? Thanks in advance for any ideas.

If i use the submit shout key while riding a horse, my char stands on the horse, and can't get off, this happened a couple of times, there no way to fix it except reload last save..
I use convenient horses. please disable the shout key while riding, it's very annoying when it happens.

Crashing here as well, only in player submitting situations. Dialog with NPCs is fine, using submit shouts on enemies is fine, but it doesn't matter if I manually or auto-submit, something breaks and I crash. I've tried turning off all other mods, played with install order in MO, nothing seems to work. The thing that sucks is the crash isn't always the same, but multiple enemies seems to complicate things, and enemy type doesn't matter. Crashing aside, several times I've gotten glitches where after submitting to a group of enemies, the first rape will start then I get a message that says I'm still in combat and one of the other enemies will come and kill me while being raped. I hope something comes out of this because previously I had an older version of submit that worked flawlessly.

Just tried submitting to a random troll as that's what was around with the latest (28 jun) version - no CTD. Now I might get pregnant. You did this!

Good news: I can submit to the troll just fine.

 

Bad news: I crash after I'm done fucking and go into a bleedout state or whatever it is. Every time.

 

So, I guess Submit is broken for me too.

 

EDIT2: Since I'm in Darkfall Cave I don't have any more interesting test subjects - so falmer this time. Submit worked fine, got raped, kneeled after he's done, tied up. No crash at all. Not sure what happened with that troll and how I was able to reproduce it too.

Is there any way to lengthen the time I have to choose speech options after a rape? I am talking about the part that starts with "now what should I do with you?" I have to click my choices exceptionally quick or the dialogue will reset. A few times I have accidentally hit the no witnesses and frequently the conversation gets reset.

 

BTW the turning in for a reward idea is fun as hell

I think that's more of a Skyrim issue than a Submit issue.  When the rape is done, the victim goes into a bleed-out-like anmiation.  At a certain point, they stand up on their own.  I believe that when this happens, it is changing animations, and the animation change (the act of standing up after the bleed out) causes the dialog to abort.  If you wait until they stand up before talking to them, then you won't get that dialog abort.  Or like you said, learn to click through the dialogs pretty quick ...

Did you update your FNIS to the newest version? (5.1.1) Sexlab 1.58 requires FNIS 5.1+

 

You should also be aware that Sexlab 1.58 just came out so there may be some incompatibilities that cropped up with Submit. So if you have the newest version of FNIS and it's not working, try rolling back to Sexlab Framework 1.57

Hmm, well that's unfortunate. Did you have 1.57 before? Perhaps you have the archive somewhere. If you installed using Mod Organizer the old version should still be in the Downloads folder, just check the "Show hidden" option and type Sexlabframework into the name filter and you should see it. You could try doing a filesearch on your computer for SexLabFramework.v157.7z to see if it's stashed it away somewhere.

i had sexlab v1.55 installed before (haven't played in a while)

i usually delete older versions of mods to not get confused.

 

guess i use sexlab defeat for now. it kinda does the same thing.
