Formion Posted January 8, 2014 Posted January 8, 2014 Couple of things I noticed while fooling around. Don't know if anyone is aware of these or not, but they are not really bugs... probably. So, you have a bandit submit, and speak to him/her informing them that you'll turn them in. Automatically, they get to wear tunics and prisoner's bindings and start following you. Now, this is where it gets funny. Say, you have another go at them after that, through dialogue options again. And you accidentally take the prisoner's bindings from them, you just tied yourself up. But really, you can do anything you could before, it is just the dialogue options you have that suggest it. Speaking of which... from the above scenario, assuming that you removed only their clothes from their inventory but left the bindings. If you command them to wait here, they will kneel/lie hogtied, but their clothes also respawn when that happens. Would it be possible for that not to happen and have them hogtied naked instead?

The rags are an outfit, and NPC's tend to pretty much auto add/equip their outfit if they find themselves naked. It's kind of annoying. As to removing the cuffs, eh, yep, I suppose that is true. But if you remove the manacles from someone and then put them on, I guess your need to level up your survival instincts! More serious answer, I thought they had the "can't remove flag", so either I need to make sure the remove all command is checking for that flag, or I need to auto re-equip them or whatever. Heh, or add them to the outfit, because then I KNOW they'll put them on!
nutluck Posted January 8, 2014 Posted January 8, 2014 It is true if you remove the cuffs that sometimes they don't get put back on. Perhaps just change it to it is like the PC, when the PC is tied up and bandits take another turn or catch you trying to escape you auto get rebound. Might be easiest to remove the requirement to remove the cuffs to do stuff to the NPC and just have them disappear during the animations and then reappear like they do with the PC. just a thought.

I just do an inventory qty check of >= 1, not if you are actually wearing them. Keep it kind of basic.

Also if there is a guard within a certain range and you have it ticked as it is by default that guards will react to public sex then they will never take a turn and just free you. Ways to increase the chance, turn the morality number up to 3. Ask people indoors when no guards are around. Finally if you use arousal if the person you ask has a high arousal then there is a bonus chance they do. In my experience asking outside and it is about a 50/50 it seems, inside it is about 75/25 with the morality turned up to 3 and no guards around using arousal mod.

That mod also just happens to be included in SexLab already so the full API is already present and usable for any mod that requires SexLab. I couldn't find how to reference the mod on the Git site, and didn't have any luck looking in the Sexlab scripts. How do you reference the AddPackageOverride() and other such functions within the Framework if it's already embedded there? Edit: Doh, nvm. It's ActorUtil.AddPackageOverride()
Neodarkside Posted January 9, 2014 Posted January 9, 2014 Think I came across a bug. I use Amazing Follower Tweaks which allows me to setup a backpack and equipped outfit settings, which allows me to unload heavy things like armor onto a follower and not have them swap to them like a fool. Anyways, when I surrendered to anything, the enemy stole all my gear and hers like normal, however nothing that was in my followers backpack was there. After killing the enemy and recovering my stuff, none of the items listed in the backpack were on the enemy. I like the death proof change, tho I am not very fond of the decrease in time before an enemy rapes my character. 30s was plenty, it gave the enemy time to move away so I can try to break the bindings. I had one time were I was surrounded by 2 cave trolls, neither moved further than 5 feet from my character. I couldn't escape and after 6 back to back rapes I hit the reload button. Perhaps a suggestion, add a silder to the settings that let the player decide on 10s or 30s or even a minute. Also allow for a choice between the laydown bindings or the kneeling bindings. I liked the kneeling animation more, even tho it seemed odd they would stand up even if they failed. But anyways, neat mod, I like it.
dysfunkshunal Posted January 9, 2014 Posted January 9, 2014 I agree with the above poster. As of the most recent update, I cannot get out of a PC victim rape loop. The NPC agressor never walks away, and after so many attempts I am 'vulnerable' and raped again. I was raped 5x in a row and saw no way to escape, since the NPC always stuck around, so I reloaded. Didn't there used to be a button you had to press to actually attempt an escape? I thought the functionality used to be that you didn't automatically attempt to free yourself, but had the opportunity to press a button to roll a chance at escape. Perhaps I'm misremembering, but I like that idea anway, because you obviously don't want to attempt escape with your captor standing right over you. Doesn't make a lot of sense. Otherwise, GREAT mod! I really think this is required SexLab material here!! EDIT: Nevermind, I've discovered that the 'escape key' action is bound to the "Can be randomly assaulted while bound" setting.

I tried it several times but even waiting quite a while and trying various buttons from submit/DD didn't work. Is it just a passive chance per second and I'm unlucky or should you be able to do something to remove the bonds?
Skyrimfloo Posted January 9, 2014 Posted January 9, 2014 I just got a guy teleported to my side using the latest version. I'm on a new save, so I don't think there's any conflict with old versions. This happened when trying to submit to a wolf: the combat stopped, then a bandit warped out of nowhere (from the mine south of Riverwood, actually, I was near the magic stones) and bonkered the whole situation, because he started punching me, the wolf and then at the end I got killed by the wolf while I was in a "bleeding" position. Another thing was that the submit key didn't seem to work, but that's probably because of some other mod messing with the hotkeys since the same seems to be happening with Realistic Needs and Diseases (no hotkeys are working there). I mention it just in case it's happening to somebody else, who knows. In any case, I'm going to try uninstalling, saving and reinstalling to see if maybe something was left in the code (I use Mod Organizer, so it shouldn't, but I could have fucked up the installation, who knows).
