It seems impossible to get creature gangbang animations with this mod. Haven't you included those yet? I have no sub-menu in the config and there is no option for threesomes, but I don't know if there should be one.

Submit and Defeat can definitely be used together, but you need to alter some settings.

Either set them to take care of different aspects, as others have mentioned; like switching off Player as Victim in Defeat and using it only as the aggressive mod.

Alternatively, turn off Death Proof in Submit.

 

Now, I'm beginning to like the look of the new Sanguine's Debauchery Plus, and have figured that I might try it out again. Does anyone know what conflicts it would have with Submit, and whether it can be sidestepped by simply toggling off Death Proof as above? Any conflicts with Defeat, too, if anyone knows.

I'll test it myself later, and post the findings, but starting with more information is always good.

I can't get creature support to work. I've done everything I can think of.

 

I installed FNIS creatures, it's running, the FNIS log talks about enabling creature animations, 16 of them. [The number seems small, but I don't know how to read FNIS junk).

 

I enabled creature animations in sexlab's MCM menu.

 

I enabled creature support on player as victim to level 2 in sexlab submit. (2 = all creatures, wolves (my test animals), and giants (other test animal) included in their listing by name.).

 

I tried auto-surrendering, I tried manual surrendering. I don't get it...

 

When I surrender to animals, they just go passive and walk off. It's like I'm hitting an 'I'm sorry' button instead, and they just forgive me. No rape. No humpies. @_@ I have version 2330  from the 5th of january, as it's the last time I updated. Was this fixed in a later bugfix or something?

 

Edit: Do note that I have Aelie's Submit + Devious Devices installed. Also Live a Deviant Life.

I just updated to the most recent version, and now I get stuck in bleedout instead of getting the 'you can't continue fighting' message. plz halp?

Were you ragdolling at the time this happened?  This is the only time I've really experienced this, myself.

 

If not, then you need to provide logs or else there isn't a lot I can do based on this alone.

 

 

If you use the Beeing Female mod, make sure you have the latest patch, there was a wrong flag setting the player to essential.

I needed to install SexLab Nude Creatures and its requirements to get creature support.  Although you probably only need Gone's animations to actually make it work.

Me and 09JAN14-2215 are not off to such a good start, she looks pretty, but i don't know man, i don't think she's the one..

 

Levity aside, i'm having some problems with enemies not returning to their sandbox after they have had their go. Nor do they seem to do so after you've escaped and the "evil gleam in their eye" has returned, they just stand were you left them. They also do not seem to return to their factions (they don't agro even after the evil gleam thing).

 

I also had manual surrender fail to fire, a message flashed up telling me i was still in combat, and the enemies just lowered their weapons and stood there.

 

I'd upload a log, but it's clean as a wistle, whatever's going wrong Papyrus doesen't think that it's worth mentioning.

I added the in combat message because I had a feeling some people were experiencing the "why they just stood there?!" issue because the game still considered them in combat, and I check for combat before starting anything.  Last night in my usual Helgen testing, I had this archer at the top of the tower on the FAR side of the zone from where me and 6 bandit buddies were having a party.  The tower bandit was outside the 250 unit radius, but inside the 500 unit radius.

 

If I set it to 500, everyone went calm, and he even got ported in during one of the rounds for his turn.

 

If I set it to 250, the 6 in front of me calmed down, but the tower bandit still had a red dot on the compass, indicating I was still in combat.  I could make it so it doesn't do a combat check at all, but that leaves you potentially getting stuck in scenarios while getting attacked.  I did add it so that the hotkey immediately aborts any sex scene several updates ago just in case something wanders along after it started a scene, but I'd prefer not to even start one if you are still in combat.

 

I suppose I could use the "abort due to combat detected" sections to do the pulse spell that removes the calm spell from everyone.

 

As to them not returning to their sandbox, hrm, they seemed to be returning last night when I was testing, as they had the ActorUtil() stuff removed then reapplied to the ones that hadn't had a return.  I can double check them again some more, see if they consistently return or if I get some grumpy ones that get stuck.

Great mod. Really enjoy it; however, I have been having some trouble with it. I spent over two hours waiting for the roll of 100 (which I assume is how you get free). I never was able to get free so I had to reload. This was with 100 lock picking and the locks set at lvl 1.  The only rolls that came close was a 99 once and 98 twice. What roll is needed for escape? How long does it normally take or is it supposed to take 2+ hours irl?

 

I have devious devices but not the sub+dd. Could that be why I can not escape? Isn't that mod supposed to make it even harder to escape? I don't mind it taking a long time to escape (maybe not 2hrs though), just as long as I CAN escape.

Did you push the hotkey? :huh: Because worst case scenario is your attempt roll needs to only be a 90 or higher.  It sounds like what you were waiting on was the chance that wandering bandits would take another turn with you if you were still bound.  Using the hotkey, worst case scenario is it might take a minute or so if you have a low level character with the difficulty cranked all the way up.

 

I even added it into the MCM mouse over desc for the 'Player Submit' option, since it is such a commonly asked question.

Hello, I would say perfect thank you for this wonderful mod update, you can have a fast connection button (turn on and off at random rape), in order to enjoy it for a bit 'and then try to escape more easily when you have mods that increase the bandits, even if this is too perverse.
You get the same MCM menu anyway.

I have no plans to bother with those.  In order for it to work, you have to ensure that you have 5 draugr, or 5 falmer in the activeActor[] array.  Not 4 draugr and a bandit, 4 falmer and a chaurus, or whatever else combination you can come up with.  And you have to make sure none of those 5 wind up with your follower.

 

It's basically a lot of work for little yield.

I'm already using both mods and it works fine. The reason I wanted Submit is to have a little more control and it gives you a fair chance to escape without monsters bashing you in the back. Then there's also a challenge in getting your gear back. It has happened that both mods kicked in at once when I tried to surrender and got my health down to the threshold in defeat at the same time, but it seems that submit takes over in that case. If anything goes wrong I just reload my last save.

Just had a curious unsandbox effect.

 

Was doing the Amren Sword sidequest and its location was White River Overwatch (I think thats the name), anyway had fought and fucked my way up to the top where you go outside to meet the boss. Everything had run as hoped/expectd up to this point, even releasing the wolf and letting him win :D. However got to the boss and got beaten legitimately and all was as expected until I got hogtied. At this point he buggerred off, reloaded at the autosave on exit and same thing. Now you might think this is good but for some reason I could NOT struggle againt the binding. There was no chance to succeed showing and Boss never returned.

Sorry to ask this, but what key is it or is the option to use the key even in the jan 4th version?

 

If it isn't in the jan 4th one, I'll just have to try to talk my brother into getting the update. His biggest concern is that he would have to start over (again). Would it mess up the scripts if he does it right? I know nothing about this kind of thing, and it doesn't help that he doesn't get the reason behind rape mods. Lol. X3

 

Even if the key isn't in the jan 4th one and my brother doesn't update it, I am going to keep using your mod. I'll just reload it when I need to and strip the char of everything before running away. Maybe even add some naughty stuff to the char after... XD

The hotkey is whatever you set it to.  Default is Numpad 7.  It's been a part of the mod since something like last June or July.  It controls Ambush, Shout, Grapple, Surrender, Struggle to free yourself, Struggle to free wrists, Abort Sex Scene, probably something else I'm forgetting.

 

Without it, the mod doesn't do a whole lot other than the consensual speech options. :P

Anyone having bug where your character suddenly flies all over the sky and then u get CTD?

Only time I've experienced that is when the ragdoll effect happens at the same time as the death-proofing restore kicks in.  In which case, yep, it goes fucking nuts.  It's a known issue, and I can't do much about it that I am aware of.

 

It's why I removed everything that did the PushActorAway() to avoid making my mod trigger ragdolling.  I can't help outside sources if they do it.

Can i upgrade on a running game or should i rather start a new game? Started a new game with the 7th jan version yesterday, restarting again wouldn't be too problematic.

Not 100% sure what you mean, but in the latest update, all actors that are considered "valid" for purposes of stopping combat when you surrender are given a custom AI Package that makes them:

  • Use the DoNothing() base template
  • Ignore Combat (May revisit this one).
  • Not make idle comments.
  • Weapon Drawn.

If that's what you meant, then me.

 

If you mean they keep their weapon equipped and only strip down to the bare essentials? That's the Framework, as I don't override the stripping settings for the aggressor, only the victim.  But that by itself would have the weapon equipped, but sheathed.

 

So, uh, I guess that's both? :P

 

As to upgrading, technically, you should be able to just extract over the older files and roll on, maybe at most do a clean save (As much as possible).  Scripts mods can never guarantee there won't be issues with some saved games, but by and large it should be easy enough.

I'm actually a pad player, and I've been finding that binding the hotkey to the left dpad works fine, however when I use it to navigate menus, it will result in me drawing my weapons when I leave the menu. I would assume this is caused by me attempting a submit hold/shout as soon as control resumes.

You already have a toggle for shout or grapple, don't suppose a toggle could be added to remove PC aggressor action completely?

So it was your weapon drawn setting i guess. Really great, very often it looks like they threaten the  player and thus very immersive.

 

Is the Ignore Combat AI used for all near enemies or only the current aggressor? I remember a game about 3 weeks ago where i submitted to a group of ~5 bandits and after a while a lone wolf appeared and killed them all, but i always also use spectator crowds, so there might have been  interferences.

Well, I was thinking about telling you that you could ask Defeat's creator how he managed to do it but on second thoughts maybe it's better to not implement it so Defeat will still have a reason to be downloaded and updated.
