I chained Ali up now with o3ds bondage furniture, wondering what will happen when i eventually start the alicia quest and Ali should appear. Seemed the most elegant way to avoid downgrading the mod to me since simple stuff like trying to kill her via console command didn't work. I'll try to remember and report what happened when i start the quest normally in 1-2 weeks, don't plan to visit windhelm soon

One thing I could try is make sure Ali is disabled until you actually meet Alicia for the first time.

I'm having the same issue with Ali showing up before meeting her other half.

 

Game is a complete fresh Install. i actually noticed the bug while i was still in Jail (live another life) I kept getting a notification that a follower cant follow me there. This was happening before i added EFF.

(main page claims EFF incompatible, I disagree. I have only ever used EFF and i have never had any issues with Alicia or ALi, although after reading that it was incompatible i always use basic conversation follower commands instead of EFF commands. Aside from leaders teleport in case someone is stuck in a (random) mods crappy navmesh. Alastherium rings a bell)

 

Had issue with previous build where after healing Alicia (put her back together) she dissapeared from my game. summon nor banish and resummon did not help she was always gone. had to console command (player.placeatme <alicia ID>) to get her back. She continued to work perfectly after that as well.

 

On to current problem. The Ali that shows up follows the new rules you incorporated about no conversation options until after meeting Alicia. but she does follow the character wherever I go. thought for a while i had gotten her to go away. Used camper in woods start and she wasn't there. ran to helgen (blah blah) rescued hadvar. when the quest updated to leave the cave she spawned at entrance. made her follow me out in case she got stuck inside after cave collapses. then disbanded her. This all before i initialized EFF in load order. i then ran to levelers tower to sleep without potentially getting a disease. saved and quit after entering. Initialized EFF and loaded back in. Still no Ali. slept. woke up and she came running. basic dismiss and EFF dismiss do not work. although it was funny to watch her fling away when i left levelers tower (force field was on).

 

I personally dont mind her following me. Ali/Alicia are staple companions anyway along with the whore from Dragon Break, Viconia and Vilja. I am more concerned that once i meet Alicia they will both be following me.

Once you trigger a couple of transformations between Ali and Alicia by beating them with Alicia's Whip or Sanguine's Rod, you'll only see one of them at a time until the Cure scene.

Can the armors/clothing ect. be swapped just by unpacking bsa to get proper folder structure and then switching whats needed and dropping only the changes into the data folder like your alternate download with paths for bodies?

 

I changed the bodies to match the Adec Manga DM v3 bodies i use but the default armor obviously doesn't fit. Since the original armors used are not made for my body i need to use different armors and clothing. but i will go in and remove parts of the armor mesh to keep the feel of their default armor as intact as possible.

 

Scratch that I will test and find out and Edit my post to give my findings in case anyone else wanted to do the same.

Well it partially worked.

 

Not sure what the foot issue is i Swapped her default armor with modified daedric armor (only modified the chest). And the deadric armor works fine when its actually Deadric armor, so it shouldnt be the mesh that's causing problems. unless when i removed the branches in the armors nif to remove anything covering the chest it removed some sort of connection point the the boots mount to. (i confess i have no idea how armors boots and gloves link together if they do at all) will switch with an unmodified daedric armor to see if it fixes.

Ok this is just weird. i put in a unmodified daedric armor and my game would CTD on load but switched back to footless look and loaded fine

Anyone upgrading who get the grey face problem, it is because the old facegen data is still present simply delete it and reload and the problem goes away,

Is Alicia's masturbation scene turned off now since whenever i beat her/set her on fire etc she now approaches the PC for sex when before sometimes she would just play with herself.

I have Alicia. I stumbled upon her spirit, went through the abandoned prison, got to Misty Grove, put Ali in the box. Now Alicia talks about catching a woman, and I'm reading on here about other quests, but I can't seem to find any information on how to start them. Oh and in Misty Grove I couldn't find a way away from the box. I found a group of guys around a table but that's it. So I left. Her stats from "kneel and show me your cuts" are really weird. Shows days since last beating as - 26 and that she's been hit like 14 million times. I've only had her a few days... maybe a week. So I have the latest version.

 

Did I break something?

 

Oh and Ali shows up as soon as I'm in the keep in Helen. She stalks me. :-)

I went to Solstheim, she loved up like a mannequin there and didn't bother me again in that game until I met Alicia later.

 

I like Alicia. She's a bit quirky, but fun. I would like to get more out of her but don't know how to proceed.

1) Ali showing up too early is a known bug, one that Skyrimill is looking into.

 

2) The "Catch a woman" dialog only results in more if you sleep in Alicia's dungeon, which then leaves you with a choice about exactly how Evil your character really is. The only other quests with Alicia right now involve finding journals and poetry, learning her origin, and making a choice about her destiny.

 

She will sometimes masturbate herself or rape you in combat, which is both funny and potentially dangerous. 

 

3) If you read the journal on the mage's corpse and examine the dwemer chest, you'll be able to make a choice about leaving Alicia unchanged, trapping her forever as Ali or Alicia, or purifying her. If you return her to pure humanity, she'll leave you and seek out her sister in the temple of dibella. To leave Misty Grove, turn around and walk out the way you came in. You'll return to the prison.

 

Can't help with the Solstheim issue. Haven't been there with her.

This is one of my favorite mods. I loved Alicia when DDProductions83 first brought her out. Fun concept, great dialog, and first rate voice acting. Then your expansion turned her into one of the best companion mods, and added a Lore Friendly (!) sexlab questline, with meaningfully different Good and Evil paths. That's amazing. So, thanks.

Hey, I have a few problems:

 

-I read that Ali shouldnt show up before the first meeting with Alicia - well, Ali showed up at my marriage??

-I went to Windhelm to see if the Mod works fine so I sneaked into Hjerim (unlocked front door)

-Alicia is there but her face is darker then the rest of her body, not grey (as mentioned in the troubleshooting)

->I tried to fix her face color with the Creation Kit, but I get tons of errors etc. when lodaing the mod within all requierements (I updated the skyrimeditor.ini for multiple load orders)

 

After clicking through all errors, I search for alcias face mesh, but it wont load - I can't see anything

 

Modding can be annoying...

 

BTW: all requirements are installed and worked fine before

Just for your information ...

 

I had a problem in Misty Grove. I went there because of the Sanguine Quest, not because of Alicias Quest.

 

Only that I couldn't finish the Sanguine Quest, cause everytime Sanguine was sending me back, the game crashed.

I tried different saves, but always with the same effect.

 

I did this quest serveral times with different chars before without Alicia and it never crashed?!

 

On my way looking for another exit to Misty Grove I found by accident  the cage, chest and the dead body for the Alicia Quest.

 

But I can actually live with that, Alicia is so much moor fun - I don't need the Sanguine staff.

Yes to the side of the house that you need to get access to for the butchers quest is a entrance to the basement that Alicia is in, the only downside is without getting access to the house you can't pick up the special alicia rod (could console that in i suppose)

Alicia is independent of the Hjerim questline. Going into that basement won't trigger it, IIRC.

I have UFO and am having the same problem (why so many AFT users here? UFO is 10x easier and is compatible with near everything. If UFO is the real problem it will be a first for me)

I have AFT, same issue, new game start at Helgen runs perfectly except that Ali shows up at random. (AFT because UFO is bulky and slow and has serious issues with dismissing followers, and AFT is compatible with nearly everything without needing a bunch of compatibility patches like UFO does.. :\ Less .esps = moar fun.)

Edit: after testing the mod i would really like an option file that would remove Ali and the questline.  basicly she is still in windhelm and has the sexlab addons but the transformation and all related unvoiced quests are gone.

I want to run with this version of Alicia instead of the original but, like many others, the moment I installed her she appeared running towards me in Dragonsreach literally seconds after buying my Breezehome on my latest run through of Skyrim!  She looked fantastic even featuring BBP (are her eyes supposed to glow oddly red?) So body wise - wow! That's a new use for fish-hooks....   

 

I'm not ready to head over to her part of the world and go into her story. I know you have a fix coming along for the instant arrival, but is there anything I can safely do with her in the meantime? I've unchecked her ESP for the moment because adding her as a follower and then dismissing her didn't work. She just hung around like a lost part!  I'm using UFO on this run through, as it has recently had an update. I've only a couple of followers in tow - Selene Kate and Cerwiden but there's nothing else I can think of that should muddle your mod. Obviously I have the Sexlab and Zaz stuff in.

 

Looking forward to the fixed mod! Looks brilliant.

Hi, i was wondering as how to reset her quest to start, or preferably set her quest to "not started" via the console. Thanks in advance for anyone who can help me

I had no problem with meeting her and most of her functions, what I had though must be something with her animations. I had her follow me, gave her her stuff and she wore them, she also wore wet and cold clothes from the mod but when we get to kill something, she plays the undressing animation over and over. If I fast travel while she does that I get a CTD. I must be something I did wrong with installing her but can't find the source of it yet since the other animation where she must get on her knees when I tell her, she does it normally.

Update: When she did it again I hit her with Ebony blade a couple of times and she ragdolled and got unstuck, so now, I'll just hit her. LoL. Everything works fine now so no problems.

Even without a UFO (i deinstalled it) i have the problem that she joins after the first zoning. So heelgate keep if you start a new game.
