hmm I already have them, if you look closely at the pic, its the dragon priest hood which isn't in any popular hood mod. 

 

 

this dragon priest hood with hair is not to be found, I suspect it is fotoshop

The top seems to be this. I'm unsure about the rest, though.

yes,top is savage armor,leggins are from thief armor (Ladybody),gunlets and necklace are from Lady Arcana (Ladybody).

Shorts are from Bouncy Bodices and Booties and the armbands are from westwind misfit.All converted with outfitstudio for my char's body. ;)

I'm looking for some earrings seen on this page. Like the eyepatch they don't seem to be actual parts of the costume (Nexus link). My apologies if I've overlooked something. Any help will be greatly appreciated! :-)

TirexiHD found it by googling tattoo packs in google lol, i examined photos real carefully and actually got a confirmed match hehe from only those 3 tats in the screenshot.. I know im gloating i just feel like a detective!! Sorry i have failed u mate, the version that said follower is wearing the armor is now obsolete and is no longer downloadable so i cant even send it to u or try to make it addable to game via creation kit :/. and i know i saw it around before too... Sorry
