I've been looking for that male circlet, too. I've seen it in another pic. I was thinking maybe it was a custom mod, but it might not be. http://static-3.nexusmods.com/15/mods/110/images/49130-2-1418516619.png It's a tweaked version of one of the circlets from the LB + LH Jewel Collection for Lady Body, but I haven't been able to find it.

No. 48 doesn't look like that. It's kind of falling to the sides, this hair is brushed back, almost like Legolas hair.

They do not work with males, and the shape of the gem is different.
