Hello everyone !

I struggle on the 1st step of The Gordian Bind,

I did get the Glass shard but I don't know How to use them as lockpick. Anyone mind giving a hint ?

If it's working right, you should be able to just activate the lock and lockpick it, just like regular lockpicks, if I recall correctly

Sadly it doens't work I have the message Like I doesn't have any lockpick, I even tried to stick the glass to the door and it doesn't work neither

When you drop the empty bottle, it should shatter into glass shards that themselves act as lockpicks. If that's not happening, or the shards aren't acting as lockpicks, there's a bug, or you've got some kind of mod conflict. My recommendation? Load a save from before you started A Gordian Bind and try again. If it still doesn't work, just console yourself some lockpicks - should be something like "player.additem 0000000a 5". This is a long mod and definitely worth cheating a little if you run across a bug or a spot you can't figure out.

Misinformation! Glass shards don't work like lockpick. They for restraints. To pick a lock, you need other item.

I leave the sanctuary and Irkalla forces me to go to a cave where no one is supposed to see or hear the conversation.. then Irkalla runs away.

I don't know what to do anymore... I went around the entire map several times without any success... I didn't find anything.

I wanted to look for Mephala without knowing where (I ran all over the map explored so far) and even go to the dark labyrinth sanctuary in search of clues (the labyrinth was still there but the sanctuary was now blocked with a wall).
 

By the way, I found a hidden cell under the waterfalls with a couple of empty cages and some shackle devices inside a chest (elbows, hands and a chained ball). It caught my attention to have the key to enter there, since until the moment of the story I had never had to go to that place before.

You do need to visit the dark labyrinth you were in before, i talked to the ghostly npc there (Azure was it?) and it advanced quest objectives slightly.

 

However i am still stuck in same phase, i don't know where the Mephala would be and i have no clues that are helpful. She said to look more in the mushroom cave but haven't we seen it all? I even tried checking the hidden cave you go in with leg shackle but there is nothing new either. Actually i didn't need leg shackle because the water is gone, i just drop there... Have to be careful because it's rather long drop that already triggered Naked Defeat once.

It crashes after "Pstt! Hey mortal". Also activating the orb gives CTD.

Nevermind. It is Fuz Ro D-oh fault. GOG version of it is currently bugged and causes crashes whenever you try to talk with objects.

I had a similar crash, but in my case it was caused by having the wrong version of the Papyrus extender mod installed. Have you checked that mod?

In my game I went to the dark labyrinth several times to talk to Azure. However, she wasn't there... It's strange since I could see the blue spectrum through the walls... but where she was supposed to be, there was now an impenetrable wall that caused me to be unable to get close.
I used the console to breach the wall or teleport to Azure, but just as i got close enough to talk...she just disappeared.

I decided to use the console (tcl) again but this time to traverse the water in the hidden cave of the waterfall and that worked for me.
Something must be wrong in your game, perhaps you should go back to a previous save, since you should not fall as such... but rather sink. At the bottom of the cave there is a portal.

Any tips for passing the final fight?

The Dremoras are very strong so I don't do much damage to them... however... if I try to isolate them I can defeat them one by one...
But as soon as they tie my arms with the runic bonds... everything is lost...
Is there a way to remove the runic links? I see that these links are 3 minutes long, however that is just a description. Since said time never advances... it always stays frozen at 3 minutes.
I thought about using the learned shout but this one has a 17000 cooldown.
I only have the forging fork, some knives, the canes and a one-handed mace equipped. Armor and leather boots.

First, defeating them isn't the point. You need to slay Irkalla once and then talk to the God (forgot his name now) - that trigger un-aggroing.

But yes, the shout will remove the runes. But I believe cooldown is stopped for the fight.

ah ok... I thought there were many alternative endings.

I simply wanted to find one in which Irkalla didn't die.
At this rate she would die more times than Krillin..

There's more than 1 ending, but I only did the one where they both live. You have to have the fake soul gem to to get it.

How do you use the embalming tool after it's in the wall? It just keeps repeating the dialogue that it could be used for lockpicking but won't let me use it. And this is with the yoke on as well.

I'm having trouble getting past the final barrier

Getting the seal of approval from kazaakpethkelek, but the barrier still shoves me away. Wearing:
All fitted ebonite pieces
red catsuit
earplugs
muffling hood
polished belt and plugs (grand soulgem)

 

Other progress-blocking issues I've encountered:

When returning to Azura after Boethia's trials, they are located behind a solid wall (which was previously the tentacle wall) which I could not pass. Had to console to them.

When I left the sunken area (door to Mephala's shrine) to go collect staffs and come back, I was not able to re-enter the area  wearing the ball & chain. Worked fine for me the first time though...

Strange, you are second one who says there is solid wall blocking way to Azura when going in second time, i had just clear path no issues.

Of course i had to round there from the backside, but isn't that where you enter from in the first place? You can't just run straight from the entrance of the labyrinth.

 

Also i was wearing earmufflers because the noise was still there, maybe boots too but they were probably redundant.

I want to say the embalming tool only picks the yoke - what hand restraints do you have on?

Just the yoke because it only appears after you get the mittens off right? At least, that's the only hand bondage but there's no option to even interact with the embalming thing and the yoke. Can only try to take to tool from the crack which then has the popup mentioning lockpicking, or try to unequip the yoke from the inventory like all other regular devices. No idea what went wrong or how to fix it.

Yeh, the yoke is used slightly later; if that's what you've got on, and interacting with the embalming tool, after you put it in the wall crack, isn't working, I think there's a bug.

You may need to restart from an earlier save.

Solo el yugo porque solo aparece después de quitarte los guantes, ¿verdad? Al menos, esa es la única atadura de manos, pero no hay opción de siquiera interactuar con la cosa embalsamadora y el yugo. Solo puedo intentar tomar la herramienta de la grieta que luego muestra la ventana emergente que menciona abrir cerraduras, o intentar desequipar el yugo del inventario como todos los demás dispositivos normales. I have 5 splinter lockpicks in my inventory but there doesn't seem to be any interaction between the yoke and the tool itself. Crouching near it didn't do anything either.

In my game, I first placed the tool on the wall, then take the lockpicks and took off the gloves(fire and water).
then I just had to interact with the tool on the wall...
So, you may have to go back to a previous save or simply fail the mission to start over.
