Depravity: A SexLab-Oriented Perk Tree

Description:

This is a personal project to answer the call of many requests over the years [1, 2, 3, 4] for a sex/Sexlab oriented Perk Tree. While there are some mods that provide fairly involved sex-oriented perks [e.g., 5, 6, 7], I have personally found that they either pigeonhole the player into singular playstyles, are unbalanced by either not providing enough of a boon to justify over vanilla perks or being drastically overpowered, or simply do not interact with other very popular mods that make an immersive lewd playthrough of the game. This mod will introduce the Skill Depravity, along with an associated Perk Tree, that allows many different playstyles and centers around perks that will help the player in the presence of many of the most popular mods in LL, including Devious Devices/Deviously Cursed Loot, SexLab Survival, Submissive Lola, SlaveRun, CreatureFramework, etc. The ultimate goal of this Perk Tree is to enable the user to play through the entirety of Skyrim SE, potentially with these various mods in place, and having many different sexualized paths to success. I am trying to add something for everyone in terms of kinks (with limits, of course), so if you have a suggestion please let me know and I can try to implement it! While I do code in my profession, I am very new to Skyrim mods and Papyrus, so not everything will be possible but I'm willing to consider anything.

 

 

 

Current Perks

Rather than make multiple Skills/Perk Trees, I have separated many playstyles into branches. I will list the branches below with the perk progression underneath them. In the coming alpha version of the Perk Tree, there is a "core" skill in each cluster of skills which unlock the rest in that cluster.

 

Base Node: Innate Sexuality.  This perk ensures the user will have a sufficiently lewd playthrough by passively increasing the arousal of those around them. (Requires: SL Arousal)

Prostitution Branch:

This branch is centered around gaining additional gold from consensual sexual encounters with humans. This is to help (but not trivialize) progression in the face of mods like SexLab Survival, which have extremely high prices for perpetual licensing. I.e. a method to still use the base settings of SL Survival while still having hope in eventually becoming able to wear, for example, bikini armors. The branch is tuned so that relatively little bonus gold is given at the start of the game, so the player has the intended difficulty of mods like Survival, but as the player agrees to more consensual sex acts, there is some hope of eventual wealth accumulation.

 

 

Courtesan.  This perk gives the player an additional 20 gold as a tip after any consensual sex act with a human Actor. A simple perk that allows for some minor additional accumulation of gold that opens up the rest of the prostitution cluster.

 

The Art of XXX. There are 4 perks titled "The Art of XXX", each of which provide an additional tip if the client orgasms based on the sexual service provided and the sexual skill (as determined by SexLab) of the Player for that service. For example, if the player is unskilled in Anal sex, they will receive a meager 3 gold for the service, but if they are masters of Anal sex, they will receive an additional 24 gold. Each of these arts stack, so that animation tags that are labeled "Oral" and "Anal" have the chance to provide up to 48 additional gold.  The "Arts" are:

 

• Foreplay - Any animations labeled "foreplay" will trigger this. Probably the strongest as most "lead-in" animations are labeled this way.
• Anal - Any animations labeled "Anal"
• Oral - Any animations labeled "Oral"
• Vaginal - Any animations labeled "Vaginal"
• Lewdity - Any animations labeled "Orgy"

 

Agent of Pleasure. This is the final Perk that brings the branch together. You can now utilize your "mastery" of sexual relations by entering in a (one-handed and noise-friendly) combination to increase the orgasm meter of your partner (Requires: SexLab Seperate Orgasms). The combination is as follows:

 

• First Stage of Animation - MWHEELDOWN x3, MWHEELUP x3
• Second Stage of Animation - MWHEELDOWN x2, MWHEELUP x2
• Third+ Stages of Animation - MWHEELDOWN x1, MWHEELUP x1

 

Each successful combination will increase the orgasm meter of your partner. Since animations tend to speed up as they progress, it becomes easier to increase the orgasm level of your partner later in the romp. This will ensure that you will get the tip you deserve

 

 

Depraved Branch:

 

This branch, stemming from the prostitution branch, represents the dragonborn's descent into becoming a sex friend. They will begin to gain personal bonuses from lewd behavior. In terms of playstyle, this gears towards players who want to be able to play the vanilla game (in terms of fighting and experiencing the vanilla story) while also having abundant sexual relations.

Exhibitionist. Dramatically increase your stamina regeneration rate when exposing your chest. In terms of SexLab Survival integration, this is bikini-armor friendly, so that random item equipment slots will not hinder the ability so long as you are not wearing a body piece. Moreover, you will still receive bikini armor experience. Stamina was chosen to encourage running/sprinting (as a streaker), reduce chance of Defeat/Yamete triggers and increase your ability to fight (especially when you have "Men are Stronger" enabled for Sexlab Survival), while not being overpowered or trivializing encounters.

 

Cumslut (X/3). Increase physical and magical damage absorption depending on how much cum you are covered in. (Required Mod: SL Advanced Cum Stages). Specifically, the player receives a Y% chance to ignore 30%/60%/80% of incoming physical or magical damage, where  Y is a function of how many layers of cum are on the player (0-16, where 1 10% chance and 16 layers gives a 70% chance). This perk both encourages a degenerate playthrough and allows the player to advance through particularly difficult encounters without trivializing them by one-shotting the enemies. I highly recommend Ultimate Combat SE with "Hardcore Damage" enabled in conjunction with this as it makes the fights much more exciting.

 

Healing Touch. Masturbation now heals you for 10 HPS. Due to many SL mods limiting your carrying capacity, money, magicka use and bartering skills, often you find yourself without sufficient ability to heal. This perk is to sexualize the healing process without being OP. You can do so to your hearts content out of combat, or you can do so riskily during combat provided the enemy will take a while to get to you (10HPS is not that fast!). Masturbation can be done through the use of many mods including SL Survival.

 

 

 

Bestial Branch:

This branch stems from the depraved branch. At the precipice of depravity the dragonborn can find the bestial branch, reaping benefits from sexual relations with the many creatures of Skyrim. This again is centered around a legitimate playthrough, enjoying both fighting and sexual relations. While the perks below are very strong, some also have drawbacks. Moreover they tend to be balanced by the length of time it takes to obtain, as many of the high level enemies in Skyrim are not creatures.

 

Easing In. Ease into pet play, gaining increased damage resistance the more creatures you sleep with. This operates on the SexLab creature statistics and gives a direct buff to armor rating based on the cumulative number of creatures slept with. This is to counteract the inability to wear (non-bikini) armor in many mods, but may be subject to additional tuning.

 

In Heat. This perk is meant to be a cost/benefit ability as the benefit is very strong. Touching yourself in front of creatures pacify them for 4 minutes, but also signal your breedability, and they will opt to have their way with you. Each creature in your proximity will come have their way with you once in exchange for pacification, and any creatures thereafter will have their way with you if you have had intercourse in the last minute (real time). This ability is particularly strong since it will also activate the abilities in the Depraved branch, potentially healing and buffing the defense of the user in short succession. However, hostile humanoids are not pacified, so be careful!

 

Mating Call. This perk summons a bestial companion to your side after masturbation (in process of balancing).

 

 

Femme Fatale Branch:

Rather than going down the path of depravity, one can choose to move from the prostitution branch to the Femme Fatale branch, a rogue-like perk cluster that revolves around feminine wiles and sleight-of-hand to get out of the poor situations many mods place you in. Many of these perks are modifications of the rogue-like perks in game, but have the benefit of not being locked behind an entirely different perk tree.

 

Sticky Fingers. Increase pickpocket success rate for 20 seconds after sex (real time). This is allow players to accumulate wealth or items in humanoid areas using sleight-of-hand techniques, rather than fighting.

 

Beguiling Barter. Any merchant will act as a fence directly after sleeping with them.

 

Bag of Toys. (X/3) Obtain a bag to keep your sex toys (among other things). Hold up to X pieces of contraband so long as Devious Devices, strap-ons or other sexual items make up 80% of the number of items and weight of the bag. This perk has two benefits: The weight does not count toward your carrying capacity (the bag has weight 1) and the bag will not be searched by guards or other individuals (e.g. SexLab Survival, SlaveRun). This is extremely useful for the start of the game for smuggling basic necessities such as a singular weapon.

 

Mischevious Mouth. Obtain a special lip gloss on which to apply any number of poisons. The next time you have sexual relations, those poisons will be applied to your partner(s). This is a sexualization of the Pickpocket perk Poisoned.

 

Come Here. Convinced any humanoid to follow you. This is particularly useful in assassination or stealth situations where you want to replace certain actors near an objective.

 

Femme Fatale. Your actions will no longer trigger a hostile reaction towards humanoids. (This perk is clearly overpowered and will be adjusted, but is currently locked behind Depravity 100).

 

 

Damsel Branch

 

This branch focuses around your relationship with your companion/follower, and is particularly useful when you are weak relative to your bodyguard (e.g. early game, start of SL Survival). There are multiple perks that allow you to buff your companion in various narrative ways. Be careful with this branch, as many custom followers are very OP from the get-go!

Muse. Flirt with your companion, increasing their combat capabilities. This opens up new conversation menus to say flirtatious messages to your companion which will increase their capability based on which you choose (Strength/Magicka/Defense).

 

White Knight. Your companion will gain a substantial increase in attack speed when you are unarmed.

 

Good Luck Kiss. Your companion gains a regeneration effect to their Health/Stamina/Magicka after a kissing animation.

The Promise. Have your companion swear commitment to you, locking a chastity belt on them. They will remove this during animations with you present. This is a narrative perk to unlock the next branches....

 

 

Cuckold & Yandere Branches:

 

These two branches are made accessible after obtaining The Promise perk. The multiple perks of these branches are mainly narrative, but lead to a strong feedback loop. 

 

Cuckold Branch

Just A Friend (X/4). This perk has multiple stages and unlocking the next stage is based on the current cuck level of your follower:

1.  Your companion turns a blind eye whenever you begin sexual encounters with others, instead going to grab you a bite to eat. This perk increases your follower's cuck level and provides you with food (useful for Survival Mode).
2. Your companion reluctantly agrees to have a threesome with you and a stranger. This perk increases your follower's cuck level and dramatically increases your relationship with the stranger.
3. Your disparaged companion will now engage in sex with anyone you ask them to. This dramatically increases your follower's cuck level and increases your relationship with the stranger.
4. If your companions cuck level is maximized and another companion's relationship with you is Lover, you break things off with your current companion in favor of the new companion. All "Damsel" ability effects are doubled.

 

 

Yandere Branch

In this branch, the player slowly undermines their companion's feeling of safety with increasingly obsessive behaviors.

 

Yandere (X/4).

1.  The flirtatious words of the Muse perk become somewhat controlling, reducing your companion's safety and buffing you instead of them. 
2.  Employ a threatening tone to your suggestion for sexual relations, giving you health/magicka/stamina regen instead of your companion.
3.  You will gain a substantial increase in attack speed when your companion is unarmed.
4.  If your companion's safety level is minimized, they will attempt to leave you. You can decide to end them, removing them as a potential follower but all "Yandere" effects are doubled for your next companion.

 

 

 

Bondage Branch.

 

Deviate Observer (X/3). When trying to unequip an item, the player has a 10%/20%/40% chance to be presented the Lockpick minigame, unlocking the item on a success. This can only happen once every game day.

 

 

Future Perks

 

Perk clusters that are already being worked on for future updates include the following:

 

• Dominatrix Branch (from Bondage Branch): centered around the use of Devious Devices to gain boons or traverse through story.
• Futanari Branch (from Dominatrix Branch): centered around becoming the dominant one in a sex-obsessed Skyrim, implementing shouts/magical effects. 
• Slave Branch (from Bondage Branch): centered around CNC/completing the game during prolonged slavery.

 

 

Planned Release & Recommendations

Yep I'm interested. 

One thing I will say is that the reason I am still playing skyrim and not moving over to Oblivion is bluntly that I like how I can cheat without upsetting game balance entirely (i.e I can get a perk I meet the requirements for that I wouldn't have in the base game but that perk is still balanced to be something appropriate for my level against the enemies I face. In general I have more opotions earlier than the game expects but I'm not outright making my stats more than the game is balanced around as would be the case cheating in oblivion)  So while I can see the appeal a more tabletop rpg style class based levelling system I would personally like it if I could be more of a generalist.

To an extent this doesn't matter because your sex based perk tree is not the only way to proceed through the game and of course I am not the only audience for this mod but iot would still be nice if the player could take every perk across the sex based tree at some point

With how many bondage/slavery mod there are I would hope for a big focus on your upcoming "slave branch". Maybe make it so every perk has an upside that help the player complete the game, but also a downside as well fitting of the name. For example allowing you to escape death but get sent to simple slavery every time, or stopping bandit from aggroing on you if you have a collar and is bound, but will be captured if you don't have your master with you, etc...
