In my opinion, it seems strange when character who decided to sacrifice his life in the end of f3 questline, wakes up after two weeks and absolutely undamaged, so i decided to interpret it in my own way.

Since I've been rebuilding my Fallout installs, I figured it was about time I finally gave my character a bit of an overhaul. Nothing too special yet since I'm still trying to get all my mods in order, converted, and playing nice with each other, and she's barely out of the vault, but she's much better than she was.

maybe NV next, although its stability if I recall is pretty infamous too. but I haven't played it with NVAC

 

Oddly, almost all of my stability issues have come from FO3. Any time I entered a small and enclosed area, my game would bug out and crash - and even outside in the open it'd run kind of shitty and crash routinely in certain areas. I struggled with every fix I could I find on the internet for the last two years before finally getting tired of it. NV runs like a champ though, with barely any crashes, so I did a TTW install and have been working on converting mods over to get my old FO3 build more or less back. It's been running great so far with almost all of my old content. I've gotten about half-way through the main quest and done a bunch of the side quests (no dlc yet though), and it hasn't crashed on me once, though it is a bit taxing on my old system.

Agreed, I had no problems with FOV on win7 but then again I had few problems with FO3 on winXP and win7 either. As a member of the official forums and helper/solver of the sound/radio codec issues that have plagued many users of the years most of the problems boil down to an incorrect installation. It is very important with these OLD games that were built for older operating systems to install the game the right way the first time otherwise they never seem to correct themselves fully. (imo/e)

I give up. Fuck you Fallout 3 and your save corruption hijinx. I was actually having kinda fun too, since Sydney's a great groupmate and Jasmine isn't half bad either. Spelunking in repetitive subway tunnels was ok. But yeah.

In my own personal FNV little head canon, Shannon is the "courier" who is an Enclave loyalist seeking to take over the area. Ty and Ea are essentially background/setting characters to the narrative and their role in it all has yet to come to fruition. Tidbits of their tale I have in ancient posts on the FNV Nexus site here (clicky) for those who are interested. Thinking about continuing it all. But in any case, I'll be posting new shiz with these chars from time to time, and my other two will at some point make their debut in the adult section. XD
