I know this may sound cruel but can you make a birth control spell? A kill sperm destruction spell wold be nice - maybe even render you unfertile for that cicle. As for aborting you seem to have that covered with unborn health in your MCM screenshot. Is it something like poison hurting you - and the baby? Nightshade tea would unfortunly be on high demand after some raids against the Falmer - if you can get pregnant by Falmer that is.

 

Definitly need something along those lines.

 

Maybe 'contraceptive' potions...and then of course the other end of the spectrum 'fertility' potions.

On that last point about the Falmer, since Falmer are basically just blind and crazy elves, then most likely yes, Falmer would/should be able to impregnate non-falmer humans and elves.

Procreation already got such a spell... it's called "wash out sperm" and got a Default success rate of 35%. My Version don't got this spell now and i don't know if i will create such a spell in the first Beta. Washing out sperm don't realy work in reality. In the realy early days, before fish-bubble-condoms and stuff around, the peaple triied to wash out with a mit of vinegar and some other stuff. So maybe i will try to make some alchemist recepts to wash out sperm.

 

The 4 "Quest Steps" area Close to reality so i decidet to Keep them. At all the Menstruation cycle only got 2 Phases.

1. The Follicular Phase

2. The Luteal Phase

 

But i already changed some things here. in Procreation you can only become pregnant when ovulating and that's from the first ofulating second. That's not true. The egg have to travel first. This takes up to 4 Days and then the woman can become pregnant. That's how i made it... after ovulating it takes 75% of the Ovulating Length, till the woman can become pregnant.

 

Because Ovulating isn't a real Phase in the Menstruation cycle i also keepd : "you can only become pregnant when ovulating" The Step "Ovulating" is just a hind and in reality it is part of the Luteal Phase.

I will keep reality so sry, at now i't not planed to make it compatible with animals cause humans can't become pregnant with animals. Animals got totaly diffrent chromosomes like human have.

 

At least I also added some pains like labor pains, ovulating pains, birth animations, Special camera view when giving birth (wip 70% done)

In future plans i will try to make a recept for Kind of "the pill". I know, in skyrim Ages there was no pill, but our here will find a way ;-)

 

About the "Unborn health" State: at now: in the 1st trimster you can lose your child but at now it's not done and harder then i thought. It's my first Skyrim Script i've ever made and i still need to learn a lot. I thought it would be nice when the unbourn will lose HP when drinking alcohol or when the Player is falling. At this Point the unbourn only losing HP when an enemy made a critical hit. That's uncool and i hope i will figure a way out.

but.... it still take some time Many things are already done, many are not.

i had to remove the NPC Pregnacy and need to code it new before the first release.

Just finished the Wash Out Receipt Cooking blue flowers and any kind of wine That's like in old old old and even older days with :-)

And i still don't know what should happen, when a child dies before/when Born... So it seems i just make a Message Box popping up with bad News (for the first release)

Btw i try to continue the mod but a i had to make it completely new. Only the MCM Looks like the same with some changes, but the code is complete new.

I've attached a Screen (THe Screen is out of date. i made it already 1 week ago)

 

 

May I make a couple of suggestions:

• Support NPCs, If you are implementing this with ReferenceAlias, it's just a matter of having more than one and using the next empty one. Feel free to take any code from mine. As much as I like the existing ones, it'd be nice to see them improved upon.
• Make it an ESM, if it's a framework, it might encourage others can make quest mods for it.

But at now there are still some Problems with the NPCs.... After i solverd this, i probable start a closed beta.

Soon i got hollidays for 1 week. I hope i will make big staps then.

@ flyingtoasters: it will be an ESP but i worked with keywords and ModEvents so it will be possible to make add-ons.

No, but I guess you could set the 1st and 2nd trimester days to 1, and then 3rd trimester days to max.  Then when the 3rd trimester eventually runs out, just quickly get pregnant again, and 2d ays later you 3rd trimester again.

I will add this feature in my Version (But only for the Player, not the NPCs ... that would be to difficulty for now, because there are a lot of mathmatics for the NPC Script)

Mod Main functions are working all.... at now i try to add some FX and optimizing for males also (that you can see, who is pregnant from the male Player)

Hello everyone I just had a quick question. I just downloaded the mod and everything is appearing correctly but for some reason my character wont exit stage one of the cycle. For some reason no mater how much time I wait in game it wont progress through the cycle. 

 

Just wondering if anyone had an idea what I could do to correct this.

it seems I haven't really paid attention although i tried it. now she's pregnant is it possible to get rid of the baby? some kind of abortion or by drinking a lot of alcohol, getting sick or something like that.

No, there isnt, it have been told that if u uninstall it in the middle of the preng u will have to wait untill it comes out or reload a previous save to it, the results of dont doit as it says are uncertain to me, never uninstalled in the middle of the pregnancy

no, i neither want to uninstall it nor reload a previous save. i like the mod, but i don't want the child hmm...guess i have no other choice - i have to kill it after birth.

 

 

EDIT: I just saw that a remake is being developed and it has options that solve my problem. then i will reload that save, uninstall it and wait for the new mod.

the pregnancy seems to be much longer ago than I thought. 20-25h real time (mcm menu tells me i might be pregnant), but i had the menstruation cycles a few ingame days earlier. is it safe to uninstall on a savegame where the message isn't displayed yet??

if u haven't any magic effect of the mod it is said is safe XD

there's no magic effect from procreation active. but ur XD confuses me a bit. i know it's never really safe to uninstall a mod mid-game, but i don't want to wait the whole pregnancy (i set it to nearly 90 days )

Well, my XD is because it happened to me and i can't ensure is safe, it is said that is safe, but as i said, it happened to me, i had magic efect running so i went back to a preeeeeeeeevious save, where my character wasn't pregnant and hadn't any magic effect (23 days back in game XD) if ure sure that there isn't any effect guess is ok, even the escalation of skeleton hasn't began, i uninstalled procreation only in days without menstruation or pregnancy and MCM menu is availible to tweak, where my char was in normal state, hope it helps bud

i'll give it a try. mcm pregnant menu isn't available (i would have to play more than half of the time i needed so far), but no effects are active, skeleton looks normal. let's hope everything works fine, otherwise i'm fucked
