The obvious reason is, it's fare easier to experience a wide variety of scripted things (like deviouse mods or enslavement/bdms) if you don't have to worry about breaking an AI. And if you are not a modder yourself like i am and play a male character, just be creative with your mod list. I am able to do almost everything i want in my game with intelligent combining of mods ? Wanna bondage npc´s, just download DD, Craft the devices and use some followers for that. Wanna go one step further, there is paradies halls + it's addons. More then enough content in that regard really.  Want homosexuality being a part of your game, be a bit more creative, set your game right and choose the right animations for female chars (their is plenty that works for that and Futa Animations should be fine too.) And DD for male chars is a thing now.  The only thing i see what is a bit of problematic is lesbian playthroughs, there are not nearly enough animations ? and strapon is not always a satisfying solution. But as long as i can't mod and either feel a need, have the time nor the brains right now to learn it, i stick with combining enough mods together to simulate my needs for the game, so yeah in a way their is more then enough male content in here, as long as you take the time to fine tune.  (Still cry of course when i see what wonderful toys Debauchery could give me, but that's life for ya.)
