Guest wellbredbitch Posted June 23, 2013 Posted June 23, 2013 i was on the nexus just now and 7b is now number 5 in the top files list! HUZZAR!
Shocky Posted June 23, 2013 Posted June 23, 2013 brokefoots? is that the one i'm thinking of that includes a set named Dandelion? with the tight little panties? i loved those. nice camel toe! in my dreams there is an animation where my girl is shown pulling her victim's panties down before spreading their legs and starting to feed. delicious! Yes that one, should be available in week or when its done.
ceruleanboar Posted June 23, 2013 Posted June 23, 2013 Yeah that sucks... Nexus should really encourage people to license there stuff under something like a Creative Commons License. Open and free sharing would create a huge boom to the modding community... It's a shame that people are so restrictive. West Wind Combat Series - Misfit Mage might be easier to get perms for based on the credits I see for it.
ShadowGearX Posted June 23, 2013 Posted June 23, 2013 Pretty BS that the only reason one of the best sets of armor around is a problematic conversion because ofone single aperson. Oh well, we got the SemiPro's conversions coming so I'm happy
Shocky Posted June 23, 2013 Posted June 23, 2013 Brokefoot's is a difficult package to get permissions for given as hes actually used a bunch of meshes from a bunch of other people as well. One of those people being Calyps...who isn't likely to give permissions to use his stuff in anything that relates to skimpy female armors. I realize that most of the Brokefoot sets are pretty darn skimpy but that aside they were mostly done back before Calyps had a change in philosopy. I'm not saying "never" in regards to the Brokefoot sets, I'd like to see them made fully compatible, but I fear we'd see a lot of resistance in regards to getting the permissions required to put them together for SevenBase. If someones already gotten permissions to do it, I'm unaware of it, but I had considered doing that set too but I also considered the amount of permissions required to get it done "legally" and decided we'd likely not get all the permissions we'd need. Far as TMB's goes, I got a bit of a surprise today from Cabal120...so same armor, but, much better looking on default install now The thing is that when I talked with him, he didn't mention this, he said to go on and do it, Also i've seen that someone converted his armor mash-up for UNPB / BBP and there were no issues with, anyway, i've sent him an PM back asking about this, if its true, well...i'll leave it and start doing something else, cause I love this body but it needz moar armors!!
Aramyr Posted June 24, 2013 Posted June 24, 2013 Hmm..those meshes look tasty enough I may be torn away from my current BL2 addiction and back to my latest playthrough, Pro! Loved the HG conversion, too.
agnayah Posted June 24, 2013 Posted June 24, 2013 One problem for 7B. Put on Bombshell body Barbarian skin, head and body are different. Maybe some texture to the head should use whatever differences arise?
lordofthedread Posted June 24, 2013 Posted June 24, 2013 Bodyshape got released, you have no good excuses not to try 7B anymore http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/37546/
Guest wellbredbitch Posted June 24, 2013 Posted June 24, 2013 thanks for the heads up Lordofthedead i am downloading it now.
Trykz Posted June 24, 2013 Posted June 24, 2013 Anyone else having a neck seam issue with the 7b meshes from Nexus? At 0 weight, the mesh around the neck displays a huge seam in the CK, as well as in the game. It doesn't go away until the body is set to 100 weight in game. I'd like the use the Bombshell body in my next race mod, but the next seam issue is a real problem. TIA, Trykz
lordofthedread Posted June 24, 2013 Posted June 24, 2013 I dont have any seams with real girl textures and original or bombshell body.
Trykz Posted June 24, 2013 Posted June 24, 2013 I dont have any seams with real girl textures and original or bombshell body. Are you using them for a custom race outside of the vanilla Skyrim folder paths? I'm thinking that may be the issue. But what I can't figure out is why. Every other body mod I use works fine for custom races, no matter where I put the meshes. I'm using the same textures you are, and the issue is still there. It's almost like the body mesh is smaller around the neck at any weight lower than 100. Oh well...... Thanks for the reply Trykz

Thanks for the reply Trykz I used every version with a custom race(The Ningheim), take a look at the 0 weight comparison screenshot on the 1st page. There is no neck gap. Sorry,I have no idea what is causing your problem, gaps/seams neither depend on the used skeleton nor if the mesh are used with a custom race. Is it possible that the head mesh you are using causes this problem? Now I have an idea, are you using the Barbarian Explorer Armor? If yes, there is only a 100 weight version and a 0 weight version(no weightslider support), this could cause the problems you have with SeveNBase.
Aramyr Posted June 24, 2013 Posted June 24, 2013 Currently using Arngrim's version, but I haven't noticed seams with any version and I'd tried them all. My only issue is feet sinking into the ground a bit, but pretty sure that is caused by something else I have no idea about.

I currently use 7B for my ningheim and UNPB-BBP for vanilla races but they are in seperate folders entirely. If you use a mod installer program you may need to manually install the body into the races folder if available which for ningheim is "L:\SteamLibrary\SteamApps\common\Skyrim\Data\meshes\actors\character\Ningheim\female\body". Now, I was initially using UNPB-BBP body for ningheim which comes with head meshes made to work with UNP type bodies. Your race might possibly have an incompatible head mesh since the bodies do support sliders. I am currently using the natural version off nexus but have used the current Bombshell and demons TBBP with no issues. Also, if your wearing an incompatible armor or an armor that doesnt support weight sliders you will also get the neck gap. I suck at paragraphs, hopefully its not illegible lol. @Aramyr Make sure you're using the latest version of whatever skeleton you are using. XPM's skeleton had that issue an update or 2 back I think one of them still may if memory serves.
lordofthedread Posted June 25, 2013 Posted June 25, 2013 Currently playing a basic Nord girl so cant say about custom races but it seems Serene made beautiful characters without seams using Nigheim.
Trykz Posted June 25, 2013 Posted June 25, 2013 Currently playing a basic Nord girl so cant say about custom races but it seems Serene made beautiful characters without seams using Nigheim. Actually, I misspoke earlier. The issue seems to be with the 7BTBBP body. The Bombshell body displays perfectly, both in the CK and in game. Gonna try the other variants tomorrow. I believe the issue is definitely with the TBBP body, but only when it isn't in the vanilla folder path (Data\meshes\actors\character\character assets). When it's in there, it seems to work fine. In TCRA's custom folders, the seam appears at all weights below 100. TCRA doesn't use any special skeletons or behavior files. It uses whatever the user has installed. If other bodies can display from custom folders, then there must be something different about this particular body. Not a problem really, but it would've been nice to include it with the other variants

Not a problem really, but it would've been nice to include it with the other variants I just went to the mod thread and its probably due to his head meshes but it is a bit odd since he says he uses UNP or CBBE bodies but I notice there are other body choices, I would assume (dont quote me cuz I'm just guessing) that maybe depending on the body you install it will install a compatible head mesh for that body? Maybe you could try to install the UNP version of that mod and then overwrite the body with this one? I find it odd that his bodies would not be in their own seperate folder? That would indicate his bodies would replace the vanilla one's? I don't know though. Maybe someone with a bit more knowledge on modding and race setup could help. EDIT: My bad, it is your mod! lol Sorry. You obviously don't need me to quote what you wrote lol

I copies the weighting from 100 to 0 weight to solve my seam issues. I spent days and days on the mesh an spoke to a fellow modder from here on LL and he/she suggested i try that and it solved the seam issues. So sorry... Ill try to update the mesh but cant promise anything sorry again. Demon
Pork Type Posted June 25, 2013 Posted June 25, 2013 My "lady-in-waiting", Annabelle: (That's not actually Annabelle; that's an older character that I put through ECE so that I could develop the concept. Annabelle's officially a Breton, but in my little world of make-believe, she's also half Redguard and grew up in Hammerfell where she learned the arts of physical warfare.) She's "Waiting" for me to take this mess of tangled cords that is my Skyrim graphics settings and make something of it... I recently upgraded to a 2 GB vid card, so that I could realistically run an ENB. I'm just not sure which. I'm auditioning a few, and some (like Unbleak) are just giving me insta-crash. But I'm not here to ask for ENB advice. I'll sort that out elsewhere. I'm here to whore screenshots of my character while we wonder where the hell SemiPr0 got off to. Edit: But also, seriously, look at the way her abdominal muscles naturally contour down towards her Mons Pubis, and the way the little "horns" on the Dragonscale bikini perfectly encapsulate them on their way down. That's some pure freakin' artistry on CrossCrusade's part.

The other bodies work fine, and TCRA is already around 1.5gb anyway LOL Thank you for the reply. It saves me from face planting my keyboard for days trying to figure it out Trykz
Demonhunter Posted June 25, 2013 Author Posted June 25, 2013 no worries. im going to be reworking the body in the next week or so to fix some weighting's but hopefully soon it will be fully functional
Trykz Posted June 25, 2013 Posted June 25, 2013 no worries. im going to be reworking the body in the next week or so to fix some weighting's but hopefully soon it will be fully functional Awesome..... I have at least that long before TCRA will be finalized, so I might still be able to include it. Adding eye textures takes forever. The assets are already in the BSA, but I didn't add them all before I released the first version. I have about 30 finished, and still have about 100 or so to go LOL
