HDT Ahegao Tongues and Expressions for SexLab

Hello, I need a help cause I'm dumb. Everything works just fine except that even when I give npc's the tongue. When I execute sexlab animations, they will unequip it after certain amount of time even if I used console commands. At console commands it also says NO TONGUE, can I know what I did wrong?

Edit: Nevermind I forgot to download ConsoleUtilSSE. Everything works fine now except for the strange equip/unequip sound during scene. T.T

There appears to be a bug/conflict with Defeat's tie up mechanic. 

 

If you try to rape an NPC that's tied up, their animations break.

 

This appears to be because adding and removing tongue causes the NPC's inventory to refresh, which causes them to reequip any defeat bondage devices (rope/yoke/armbinder), resetting their idle state and breaking the SL animation.

Hi!

Ver 1.2.1 kinda killed all expressions on my character, the mouth moves, but the face looks neutral, no tongues. (the "faking it"- face :P)

Ver. 1.2 had tongues and expressions, so I kinda tried swapping the "sslBaseExpression.pex" and "sslBaseVoice.pex" from 1.2 into 1.2.1 and I got the expressions back, but still no tongue.

Ahh so the sound might come from SOS? It's quite annoying to hear that equip sound during scenes I thought I messed up my download or something >_<

Thank you for creating a cool mode. but It seems to conflict with the sexlab beta9's Open Mouth option. The Open Mouth option from beta9 secures only the size of the mouth when using the tongue of HDTahegao. If you delete HDTahegao, the sexlab's Open Mouth option works properly. If possible, it would be better to make HDTahegao's mouth open size follow the size of the sexlab beta9's mouth open option.

For me, it works perfectly with proper mouth open size. It looks perfect !!! Very good job Throwaway4Nexus !!

 

One question though: I see some issue of two tongues tangling in the kiss scene between man and female.

What happens when two tongues meet by kissing? HDT kicks in and resolves the contacting dynamic of both tongue mesh?

I don't have VR, but whoever wishes to try has my blessing. Should be pretty easy, just open the two files side by side and copy-paste stuff as needed, then compile.

If you enable equip sounds in the MCM, it will play any of the wave files that come with SexLab at Sound\fx\SexLab\fxOral01

I fixed that in the newest version just now. 

 

Basically, the old condition was "if the character has 10 items with the aheago keyword, don't play". This is because I was adding the tongues at the start of the sex scene, so players in a scene were sure to have 10. With the new version, the tongues are added in real time with ConsoleUtil, so you never have 10 anymore. So I replaced the condition with "if you're in the sexlab animating faction, don't play". That did the trick.

Nope, yoke worked fine for me: https://imgur.com/a/Skky06D 

 

The old versions may have had that problem since they physically added items to the inventory. The new version, thanks to fable, uses ConsoleUtil to do the adding, and when you add items to an NPC that way it doesn't make them equip anything else. Pretty cool.

Try the newest version posted just now, characters do obey that function by opening their mouths (I transit their "big Aah" phoneme all the way to 100 for that function). I know it could be a configurable value instead of plain 100, but SexLab7 doesn't have that configuration and I couldn't be bothered to make two versions of the mod, so 100 it is. Blowjobs work fine.

I don't think tongues collide with each other, from what I could see in the nif, they only seem to have collisions against other parts of the NPC body, but it doesn't hurt to give it a try!

 

Glad it's working well for you! With the latest change just now you will see (hopefully) less incidences of tongue-on-chin. It was tricky, specially on the player, due to the engine bug where a player can equip an armor and not load the 3d for it, but I just spent 20 minutes looking at tongues and didn't see a single instance of it, so hopefully it's fixed. I marked it "TODD!!" in the debug output whenever I had to step in and ensure it.

 

Let me know if anything else seems buggy, otherwise I think that was it!

Hi again. i´ve tested 1.2.5 version and you nailed  it again!!..Works perfectly and ithe  annoying equip/unequip sound has been removed,

also, tongues work in 1st, 3rd person view as in freecam mode. i would like to congratulate too for your facial animations because i like them more than the default ones from Sexlab ( which were good but a bit limited), amazing work and definitely a must-have mod. :)

Here is the Latest version (Non HDT) Converted to LE. Again, tested and its working fine for me on both NPCs, both vanilla and mod added, and a female Player Character, both vanilla and custom races. Same as last time, back up saves first, give it a test :) Have noticed what a few other people have, that the mouth seems to close fairly often when A tongue is equipped, might be something to take a look at? Actors also seem to be opening their mouths when a voice sound effect is played, despite that option not being checked in sexlab's MCM

Huh. I thought I tested that. I'll look into it, but I want to set the expectation that probably I won't be able to do much about it, unlike the previous fixes. Don't expect updates for this any time soon. Alternatively, if anyone wishes to take a look at the psc files and suggest code that helps with this, please go ahead and post your suggestion in this thread.

It is possible, but it's not easy. If you wish to try it, here's how: 

  1. Open each tongue nif file in Nifskope
  2. Right click on the tongue (the green mesh will appear) and choose "Transform/Edit" from the pop-up menu
  3. Enter a new scale to your liking (ex. 0.99) and click "Accept"
  4. Right click on it again and choose "Transform/Apply".
  5. Save the nif file, and test in game.

You will discover two things: a) the tongue is smaller as you expected, but b) it's also mis-aligned. To fix it, you'll need to continuously try tiny edits to the x, y and z values (they are in the same pop-up where you fixed the scale) until you get it right. Once you do, please post your nif files here and I'll add them as an optional file.

As for tongues-on-chins: before I published this version I spent 20 minutes watching a 10-actor orgy at CandleHeart hall ("Scent of Sex" mod with rules gone wild) and not even once did I see a tongue on a chin. I really thought I had cracked that nut. Too bad to hear I didn't, but I don't know what else I can do, especially since I can't reproduce the issue on my end. Hopefully someone can take a look at the code and offer suggestions.

I'm not so confident with nifskope. Using this a little it only seems that some tongues are proportionally absurd so maybe an option to choose equippable tongues would be nice

Oh, that's much easier: just go to the meshes folder and overwrite the NIF files for the tongues you don't like with the ones you do.

Can you provide it as an option nonetheless? There would be people starting anew and installing for the first time.

 

Or you could put up a guide how to ESLify your mod; what lines to change in what source files and recompile. So far I've only touched on _AhegaoAlias.psc just as you mentioned and only swapped the form IDs with ESL version form IDs near the end of the file like so;

 

(There may be more that I should change, but I couldn't make distinction since these looked like the only perceivable form IDs in it.)

I'm opening the app via MO2 so it should pick up all the necessary files, right? Or have I mistaken?
