Just make a hard save via the console and then start a new run with your extra mods. I'd run the Norita route first, ya gonna love that one!

 

Then just for fun, start a new run with your extra mods and see first hand what is safe and not so safe to run with NR. But, there's about 98% change you'll break NR and or some other mod. SS2 for example  is massively script heavy and will cause issues at some point.

There 's a wall inside Mrs White house blocking the way to her room from living room POV. 

But if one uses "tcl" and gets behind the wall there is no wall from that POV.

Not a problem here, it's something with your loadout.  You will have to figure that out by disabling mods and testing.

iv still not gotten to the end of Norita but im very far in kinda dont want to finish it ill be disappointed when it ends, its one of them things when you get to the conclusion dont want it to end as iv enjoyed it a lot, like watchinga TV series waiting for the next episode or next season

Just do another run. There are so many different ways to play a character. I have 8 full saves and I'm running 2 new runs atm. Not one of them are alike

iv not even attempted to try that at all yet, im trying to reinstall F4 from Steam and then downgrade it to 1.10.163 just so I can use the CK I have been playing my game and NR run on the GOG edition which is fine all the mods work fine but I wont be able to use the CK

Yeah ill probably do that I still have the Nora path to do I havent done that yet so there is still plenty of content and branches to explore

So I've landed on the USS Moon of Steel and am told to walk around. I went in to the private room and slept for a day, met all of the BOS but can't seem to continue on with the story line.

 

What do I do next?

I really wish there was a sort of "cheat sheet" for the quests because sometimes you do the quest and get stuck, like I'm on the USS moon of steel and I can't progress the story further. Everyone just says to walk around and tour the place but can't move forward.

I finished Nora's route last night. So hopefully I'll finish uploading a new version tomorrow night with all the fixes, voices and small additions.

 

It has great missions, but it's uneven. On the one hand, I noticed many passages where my lack of knowledge limited the story. It was my first quest mod, and it shows because the first quests are very simple, but then towards the end you see more complex quests.

 

And in the other  hand, I agree with many that the Golden Globes missions are the best in the Nora route, but with the Overboss...? They were getting too hardcore. That's why I later created Commonwealth Slavers, to put all the hardcore ideas there and leave NR as the fun one.

 

Anyway, it was my first quest mod, and thanks to it, I gained experience to create the Norita route.

Does the same thing always happen if you reload a previous point, or were you able to continue? 

 

When a character doesn't appear, the first thing that comes to mind is that you have Nuka Ride patches, on the one hand, which is normal, but that the load order of these patches is wrong.

That was actually what I did download the depot files and installed them over the top of the default Fallout 4 in Steam I have it all up and running it works just like the GOG version I was using earlier the only part I didnt do was the depot for the creation kit which ill need to do then thanks for letting me know anyways

Well I have loved Norita's route a lot it's definitely been a great "Ride" so to speak

I can definitely see there is also more branching choices within Norita's route too specially towards those latter half quests so big decisions to make which had me intrigued as to what it would of been like to pick another conversation option I do have like 400 saves as I have saved after nearly every intereaction just incase I find any unvoiced dialogue that I can screenshot. While enjoying it at the same time
